    @ThreeUKSupport @gidonma I have the same problem. Security/firmware update on Friday on my S9+, since then I switch to 3G and it works, but 4G no go. Very frustrating!

    @ThreeUKSupport I havent no. Im upgraded and think ive mistakenly started another contract i need to cancel. Ive been told i have 14 days to do so yet no one can help me and times ticking. Its incredibly stressful as i cant afford two contracts. Am a long term 3 customer

    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.
