Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

@PastdueCredit 2/2 mins again I put the phone down after 1.23 mins I’m on the phone now for a third time it’s befn 15 mins so far anyway in between phone attempts you send me a snotty text saying I havnt tried to resolve i notified @ThreeUK that I had a heart attack

4 months of calling @ThreeUK and their @ThreeUKSupport in India and I've finally received my refund for the upfront cost of a phone I never received and contract I cancelled. Most shocking part? An agent told me "we do not owe you any money, it has been offset against your bill"

@ThreeUKSupport I’m still actually a three customer. You just have systems that can’t cope with more than one contract on one login, so I had to faff about with logging out and in every time I needed to pay my bill in the first place. Sort it out!

@ThreeUKSupport @2balint This isn't helpful. If you are allowing customers to buy an iPhone 14, they need to first have the confirmation that you support eSIM...otherwise the iPhone 14 that they just purchased will be useless on your network

Never use ThreeUK phone service. I've been trying to cancel a contract for more than a year and they keep charging me. Multiple customer service calls and chats over an hour. They promised refunds/cancels and I always get new letters demanding payment. The worst experience.
