@ThreeUKSupport I phoned 333. Told your servers were down and to phone back. Best you check everything’s not broken before you ‘suggest’ using a different browser.

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK All the data is restored here so we're all sorted. No different to how O2 went down for not paying their bill recently 😆

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.

@ThreeUKSupport Well not according to the rest of the industry. According to my sources you are testing eSIMs. I'm asking to be involved. I own a computer support company so could provide useful information.

Please don’t just send me that shit online test to do. The matter of the fact is it isn’t fit for purpose and I am paying to have to use my partners @ThreeUK data to connect our tv !!

Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

@RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

@ThreeUKSupport The girl was very abrupt and came across as very blah about my questions! Her name was sydney. My husband has 3 contracts with 3 but after her unwillingness to help we feel like going elsewhere as we are no further forward with our request.

My friend Vernon in India has resolved my 'debt' problem with @ThreeUK. It was all over the place, £0, £41, £18, £28, and finally back to no debt at all. For anyone in a similar position, I suggest you go directly to #Three customer complaints. So much needless stress caused.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, the phone is from Apple, my rolling monthly contract is with you guys. at&t had to add my IMEI to their computer for their sim to work for me, perhaps that’s the issue but it will not accept my 3 card no more :-(

Our culture continues to be more and more infused in marketing and consumerism to the point where I wonder if it’s even noticed any more. I phone @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for help with a very specific technical question. At the end I’m asked if I would do the person a favour. 1/2

.@ThreeUKSupport topping up/buying an add-on really is a horrible experience. Can't you come up with a website or an app that are fit for purpose? Website: 5 mins going round in circles, error message, balance reported incorrectly.....
