    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @ThreeUK some of the worst customer service I have ever seen! Were promised a £70 refund because of terrible service and spoke to a lovely lady that said we could also cancel our contract without fees. Now being told the £70 can be applied as credit towards EXIT FEES of £100+

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, you've done some network upgrades in Southend which have rendered my phone unusable with calls constantly dropping or breaking up. Have these works been completed? If no, when will they be? and if yes, my line is now a hundred times worse than before!

    @ThreeUKSupport The PAC was never used as the phone was deactivated. Your rep was told the phone was not in use, yet failed to notify my wife it wasn't getting sent by email.

    @ThreeUK Constant errors, a stupid feedback button in the way of the info I'm trying to input. Move to the website on my computer and it logs me out every time I load a new page. Also prices are more expensive on the computer??? I've finally figured it out all but that was hard as hell.
