    Morning @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast I wanted to say both my partner and I and my parents are all on @ThreeUK and we all have full signal and have phoned each other so the complete outage you are reporting is erroneous. It is obviously only affecting some people. Not all of UK

    @RiCHi @BBCBenThompson @BBCBreakfast @ThreeUK Well BBC are reporting the network as down and you can't make a call which is a lie. You can. Data services may be down but that's fixable. They're making it bigger than it actually is.

    @O2 And for the record my patience and understanding is no more. I have been a customer of O2 since you were BT cellnet (over 20 years). I am very very close to calling it a day over this fiasco. Maybe @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK can offer me a better deal or at least customer care!

    @ThreeUKSupport you don't happen to know why my mobile internet speeds have gone from 35Mb/s to 4Mbs/s in the PA42 area? Getting quite annoying to use such a slow speed.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - now I'm told it will be here tomorrow, 16th December. I tell him it's 5pm here and no way will it be here tomorrow. He comes back with 'well 1-2 days'. Simple solution - CANCEL UPGRADE and GO ELSEWHERE!

    @ThreeUK Webchat said data passport £5 - link sent but didn't work. Then tech error cited & told 24h until help. More webchat CS team =2h later, no sol but passed to multiple agents. Told "great news for you" then nothing. I have log of chat for ref. 10+Yr account dismissed. 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I am hoping for appropriate reaction from Head of Customer Service at Three as I was in the conversation online, did not resolve the case. Today on the phone trying few times, I was put on hold for over an hour. Clearly 3 need to resolve it properly
