    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Is all fine saying that I should reframe from swearing and all that but when I'm paying 35 quid for a service that doesn't even work I reply on mobile data heavily as wifi isn't a possibility here

    @ThreeUKSupport When I disconnect from the wifi it does not connect automatically to a network. I am asked to sign -in and then say I do not have enough data.

    @ThreeUKSupport DM send, thanks Fraser. My contract is due to expire in January and I don’t really want the hassle of having to change providers as you guys are otherwise great, but this issue is incredibly frustrating; nothing loads or works 😵‍💫
