@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUK just some advice, get better chat centre staff. After 2 mistakes "upgrading" my contract in 4 months, you've lost a customer that's been with you for 8/9 years. I'm out, can't be dealing with having to go through the same thing every couple of months.
