@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport Live chat tells him he doesn't have an esim according to your system which is completely wrong information. Husband now wants to cancel his sim contract as Three has suspended esim support without informing him, and wants Three to waive off the cancellation charges.

@ThreeUKSupport Your status check service tells us there's a problem here and that your engineers are working, but no more info. When will the work be finished? When will we get a proper service again? Our phones are almost unusable now and have been for days.
