    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUK why are 'Three' so focussed on 'new business' rather than trying to keep your loyal customer base? At renewal, you offer me the same 'deals' as any new customer? yes you don't offer any small incentive to retain clients before they leave to another network. ByeBye 3

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spent probably 2-3 hours on the phone to your call centre being passed around agents trying to cancel and get a refund for what I have paid so far as I never received the router let alone used it. Now I’m being threatened with debt collectors

    @ThreeUKSupport I ordered it right before lockdown but it was sent to the wrong address. Have been trying to cancel it ever since. Your call centre wasn’t taking calls for cancellations and the online chat told me to just cancel the direct debit and you’d contact me to sort it out
