I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

Because I live in a new build and my address isn’t on the automated system it’s caused me endless problems including being told on the phone I won’t get the same offers as a result, doesn’t seem fair 🤔
