    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUK I use a #three SIM in a 4G router (which is at another address). I need to log in to my account to change my address. You are sending confirmation texts to my 4G router which isn't helping me log in!! You don't accept messages. Help!

    @ThreeUKSupport @MarekDanihel3 The Three Smartwatch pairing service (eSIM) not working as advertised either since it’s rollout, in particular the well known E53305. Calling Three support about this will give you a case of extreme distress

    @ThreeUK rubbish customer service - spent 30 minutes on phone trying to get an add on removed that can’t be done via the app - got cut off - spent another 30mins listening to your music and customer support then said couldn’t understand me! Sort yourselves out!
