@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUK Took out new contract directly thru 3 & paid upfront charge. Phone never came & contract got cancelled for no apparent reason. They still haven't refunded upfront charge after nearly 3 weeks & am having to chase them repeatedly to get it back. Appalling customer service

@ThreeUKSupport without 3 5G internet for two days now and the problem doesn’t seem to be fixed anytime soon. Wasn’t 5G broadband supposed to be faster and more reliable than traditional fibre/line? Clearly not it seems.
