@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUKSupport You go through security to get to the chat room although you’re doing it from the app. Then he wanted me to answer all the same questions again. So I did. Then he didn’t like the format, capitals, id written in & wanted me to do it all again. Wtf?!
