@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@ThreeUK why is the customer service so poor? Thanked for being a loyal customer but when requesting to cancel 1 contract it’s taken 4 phone calls and each advisor unhelpful! Poor service we will be cancelling our remaining contracts 👎🏻

@ThreeUKSupport And once again no response…. Fix the signal issue in our postcode please!!! I’m leaving this month. And also will be changing over the other 4 contracts when due. What’s the point in spending so much for no service?!?!
