@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

@virginmedia Still, if I was looking (desperately) for a silver lining, at least you guys responded, and I knew the outage was coming. I know it's thin, but it's all I have at the moment. @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport didn't bother at all.

@ThreeUK unacceptable to be disconnected without any communication and claim that my number was ported out to a different network. I have been trying to resolve this since Monday. Absolutely appalling and patronising customer service! Sort it out asap!

@ThreeUKSupport It's been happening for about 3 months, I actually bought a new phone to try and fix this, but this mobile number is printed on all my business cards, I think people are ignoring my calls too beicsue its coming up +55

Could somebody from @ThreeUK help me? I've been billed for something that I was categorically told that I wouldn't be billed for and I have the screenshots as I feared something like this would happen I tried sorting through the live chat but the advisor just couldn't get it

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it was bought in the uk, no this is my personal phone I pay for but use it for work too. I did lose my phone and sim card and someone at 3 india changed the number to a new sim card about 1 year ago. Could that be the problem.

@virginmedia Boo to you too. It's not Halloween yet. Like I said, I've got enough internet to tweet, but not enough to check web pages. I had a text to say you were doing work in my postcode today, and my broadband is dead. Thanks to @ThreeUK my mobile internet is on life support.
