    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

    Sorry @ThreeUK , first bad signal, then I cancelled within cooling off period. Told I would get a PAC code, two weeks later and 3 calls, nothing. Now the website is asking me for £121. I cancelled my contract, why do I need to pay?

    @TylerCourts @ThreeUKSupport TECHNICALLY I can go to the UK right now (which is why I couldn't provide proof of being unable to get a flight that Three needed to keep my service active) but I absolutely don't feel safe doing so. Companies who take a human-centered approach during COVID are going to win.
