@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

@ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

@ThreeUK over the last few days I’ve really struggled with signal and data in Walton On Thames, Surrey. It’s normally very good? Is there a known issue in this area at the moment? I’ve not been able to use my phone at all whilst in the town centre for the last few days.

Been with @ThreeUK since 2007. But I think it's time to move on as my contract has ended.whoever runs three inhope you are not treated the way you poorly treat your customers. I just want all my money back. @ThreeUK

Today i contacted @enginecreative and @mischiefpr who run @threeuk comms about the company still taking money from my dead fathers account after hours spent in calls and in store in Milton Keynes a year later. The response was "the team are busy on a zoom". You picked a bad enemy

@pyoulou @ThreeUK When my contract ended I kept it rolling because it was a good deal. They contacted me recently to say that I wouldn't be able to continue on the same one and would have to move to a new one. The equivilent contract was DOUBLE the price with no Go Roam added. Customer since 2005!
