    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to sort my issue thanks to Lucas at the King Edward St store. Was given a faulty accessory and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t faulty. Lucas tested it and I wasn’t wrong.

    @ThreeUKSupport WTF MUM ASKED FOR MY DISABLED SISTERS PHONE CAPPED, AND NOW SHE HAS BEEN CHARGED £22.50, THEY ARE SAYING MESSAGES HAVE BEEN SENT TO A GAMING WEBSITE, Now how can this happen to a capped phone 😡 clearly not done your jobs right and didn’t cap it when was asked for

    @ThreeUKSupport I charged them using the power cord supplied. I charged them from 7pm last night until 9.30 this morning. I finally got a result after almost 3hrs on the phone. Three are sending me a third pair in the post. If these don’t work, we will cancel the contract

    So @ThreeUK, I have had constant issues regarding BeatsX headphones that we received as part of a new contract with you. We received an exchange last weekend for a faulty pair. The new pair were also faulty. You sent us a third set which also didn’t work! So, I took both pairs

    Why the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.
