I charged them from 7pm last night until 9.30 this morning. I finally got a result after almost 3hrs on the phone. Three are sending me a third pair in the post. If these don’t work, we will cancel the contract

But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

Was given a faulty accessory and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t faulty. Lucas tested it and I wasn’t wrong.

Signal as been shocking for over 6 months and really expect me to believe that it will be sorted in 7 days! 😂 like I am going to believe that. Spent over half hour on the phone with them and expect me to pay over £1000 to cancel my contract!
