When your 9yr old child keeps getting promotional calls from @ThreeUK but they put the phone down when an adult answers it! 😡 Not happy at all with this! I’ve been with your service for a long time, I will be visiting your store tomorrow!

  • croninftjones
Shelby Cronin (@croninftjones) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@ThreeUKSupport my mum had a problem and she rang up and they said they will credit her account with £20 she got a text message to confirm this and she’s rang up today again because it’s never shown on her account, apparently this credit was never applied

  • Mrjlc93
Josh (@Mrjlc93) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@ThreeUKSupport please remind me what I'm paying you for when the service you are providing is awful. When texts won't send and I can't even watch a twitter video. What's the point in me paying you? Fed up of it

  • vbeautycosmetic
    V B C (@vbeautycosmetic) reported from Welton, England

@ThreeUKSupport can you tell me why you make it so difficult to leave your network?

  • brynwilliams81
Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported from Kirk Ella, England

After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

  • croninftjones
Shelby (@croninftjones) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@ThreeUKSupport your reward app is going down at the wrong time 😫 thought you might of learnt from the Peter Kay pre sale when that went. Need @5SOS

  • Blowerknows
Christopher Blower (@Blowerknows) reported from Beverley, England

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

  • shaun7r

@BowmanJamesr @tfgr_t @ThreeUK Good to see decent customer relations like this 👍

@ThreeUK great, £12 late fee because a text that was sent at 7:10 this morning as a reminder I didn’t get while gone 4. Thanks Three, great service your proving here 🤬

  • hutson_joanne
Joanne Hutson (@hutson_joanne) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

So, I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for many years and would recommend them to anyone, normally. But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

  • croninftjones
Shelby Cronin (@croninftjones) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

Why does my data NEVER work at KC stadium in hull @threeuksupport 😩

  • Dooley1865
Jules (@Dooley1865) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@Katiedev @ThreeUK I cancelled with Three years ago had trouble with canceling & got sick of the excuses , had same problems with Vodafone afterwards so 👋👋 . Been with EE for a while no issues with anything. 👍. X

  • christiansufc
Christian Ashton (@christiansufc) reported from Crosby, England

So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

  • vbeautycosmetic
    V B C (@vbeautycosmetic) reported from Welton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Funny thing is, we only switching numbers so we're still on 3, but you're making it so difficult to cancel the other number

@broadhead1979 @ThreeUK Absolutely ridiculous, think I’ll give up and probably have more chance on Saturday. Poor @ThreeUK very poor

  • TracyRoshLuna
Captain Pug-Rosh (Tracy) - Catch me on Twitch (@TracyRoshLuna) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

Not best happy with my @ThreeUK choices right now. Due for upgrade, but will hugely lose out on data, plus have to pay an upfront cost, for an equivalent if not lesser by comparison handset. Long term customer. That may change. Soon.

  • jordysniper
𝕬𝖗𝖎𝖊𝖑🖤 (@jordysniper) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@NTLPOOLE @ThreeUK It said you can cancel whenever and still keep the credit on your account!

  • bethanyrayanne
Rayanne (@bethanyrayanne) reported from Scunthorpe, England

@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

  • jnides8
    Jim D (@jnides8) reported

First world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.

  • omnishredder_
    Omni (@omnishredder_) reported

@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month

  • JohncraigSincl2
    John craig Sinclair (@JohncraigSincl2) reported

IF ANYONE HAS GOT SIMCARD ONLY CONTRACTS WITH @ThreeUK, CANCEL THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS IT'S ADDING A MINIMUM OF £12.16 ONTO YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BILLS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AS I ONLY FOUND OUT 10 MINUTES AGO

  • LevityODonnell
    Levity (@LevityODonnell) reported

@ThreeUK Sort your **** mobile broadband network out in South Manchester. I had better service with my AOL rom disc and dial up in Y2K.

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.

  • SOAMER
    Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reported

@ThreeUK why do I get calls everyday from +44 20 3504 5286 just one of the numbers asking me about if I’m satisfies with your network?

  • xeode
    Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?

  • nojohokomodobo
    kojohobojyotomo (@nojohokomodobo) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK They don’t cancel your sim for that. I’ve been out the uk since April. You’re just a tit clearly

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
