    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not the only one in this post code area who has terrible 4g... Most days i have to switch to standard 3g just to get any signal at all. Checking your own coverage checked there are constant "engineers are fixing the problem" nothing ever gets better or fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry but I've have lost count of "web chats" I've had. Nothing fixes the issues. It is simply a Mast issue in my area. Not my phone (which between myself and partner have had 3 new phones and several new sims) look at my DMs they go back a couple of years!

    Oh my god that was a code red. Power cut out and for the first time in a long time it took the @threeuk mobile mast with it. I had no connection to the outside world. That felt horrible.

    @matthew4660 @ThreeUK After some tests, I believe that congestion is the main issue especially in my area. At 2AM I'm getting maximums of 26Mb/s ping is still pretty bad, and upload is sluggish. Might just become a vampire and only use my phone post-midnight...

    @Yfielding @VodafoneUK contract phones (6) with @VodafoneGroup and mobile internet with @ThreeUK Both want more money for a substandard service.The speed on 3 mob broadband was amazing. It’s worse than dial up atm and no tech support. Will review ASAP when this is over.Vodaphone is binned for sure
