@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!
-
Sarah Jane Jones (@jenniejos01) reported from Penygroes, Wales

@ThreeUK A number of customers = virtually every @ThreeUK customer (didn't receive the emergency alert). Stop it with the PR clap trap spin and just say we messed up! 🙄
-
Bron (@Browalalla) reported
@ThreeUK No emergency alert for two phones on Three network in our house - one on a contract and one on Sim only no contract. I was looking forward to that!
-
Steve Slavemeister (@SSlavemeister) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @simon_bates 3 signal appalling in Bath BA1. As for getting 4G signal, it's nigh on impossible
-
Matthew Hardeman (@matthewhardeman) reported
@ThreeUK hardly surprised not to have received the emergency alert today. Every experience I’ve had with Three in the past few years has been composed of incompetence, lies, greed and garbage. Not least after having my phone stolen. I’m switching provider.
-
Adam Watkinson (@madwedge) reported
@JIX5A @ThreeUK My wife who is on Three got the alert but I didn't. Don't make **** up.
-
Jordan Stapleton (@GTAJJ_) reported
@JimHanner @cookmandy @ThreeUK Introducing ThreeAM, the all-new service where all your alerts for the day are now automatically rescheduled to sound at exactly 3am. Free of charge.
-
A -8 (@zakadar1) reported
@ThreeUK 3 is the worse network
-
JIX5A (@JIX5A) reported
@Wolfie180 @ThreeUK Regardless of contract or monthly, everyone in the UK, should have got that alert on a registered Sim. Three are in big trouble for this. In case there had been a real emergency, we would not have known!
-
Mark Yates (@yatesy60) reported
@ThreeUK This is actually a good enough reason to ditch this rubbish network. When our lives could actually depend on a simple alert and they cannot get that right. No confidence in it actually working in a emergency, so I will be switching networks when the contract is up.
-
Tony Miller (@TMiller_NHS24) reported
@ThreeUK Wouldn’t have worked where I stay anyway as your network only provides 3G to my home and even at that not great! My work phone however has full 4G at home (EE)! When are you either going to upgrade your network in my area or share networks to let me get 4 (or 5) G?
