    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUKSupport So my sons phone was up for renewal, he rang 3 the other day and they couldn't give him what he wanted, so I was looking online found a decent package he applied for it had to pay a £29 upfront fee which he was absolutly fine with, still with 3. There was a problem it wouldn't

    @ThreeUK credit score 93/99, refused contract because of "poor credit score." (Also, already have sim contract paid on time every month with them) 3's solution? Ask husband to sign up and pay for me! Is this 21st century?

    @ThreeUKSupport just been cut off by the advisor after a 30 minute phone call.... he was unable to help me put me on hold and then cut me off! Poor service team 😢

    @ThreeUKSupport I dont have wifi unfortunately. And with having 3 contracts with you guys i dont really want to be forking out on broadband. I guess im going to have to wait and hope the signal in my area improves.. time to dust the xbox 360 off 😫

    @ThreeUKSupport I did tried all of that. Different browsers, devices, saved passwords, resetting passwords. It seems like the problem is on the other end.
