    @claremackie_ @ThreeUKSupport They steal your money also Clare illegally from your bank. And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.

    SO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.

    I feel the same way. Main reason I signed up with @ThreeUK was the Go Roam element. Little did I realise that it would be a lot easier to get a data service virtually anywhere in the world other than the UK itself!

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract is coming up for renewal and my phone has stopped ringing, nor can i get into my account. Customer Service was helpful but useless, and i have given up trying to get into my account. I shall not be renewing my contract unless your service improves.

    @ThreeUKSupport Today is my day 5 without service ( Text, calls and data) I have two cellphones and Broadband, I tried reboots, airplane mode, my postcode BS13, I don't know what to do, I just have no service or intermittent service for seconds.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. I’m at my wits end dealing with your telephone team in India. It’s my Mothers account - she is 91 with dementia. You have a Court Deputyship Order, my passport & driving licence yet I can’t pay the bill & close the account!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to cancel my mobile broadband contact for the last few days whilst still in cooking off period, however every time I’ve got through I have been told their system is down. How can I cancel within this period if I can’t get through? #threeuk

    @ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUK issue with new phone order and not getting anywhere with the live chat. Was ordered earlier in the week with the “Saturday All Day” extra charge however it turns out it was apparently attempted delivery on Thursday and Friday this week. You aren’t taking any
