Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.
