3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Juniper Green, Scotland
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Juniper Green and nearby locations:
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.
-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK And coming from an Ex Staff Member for Channel Operations.. I know a duff signal and poor network when I see one. No amount of previous reporting has fixed it and I want out of my contact if it doesn't improve !!
-
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.
-
Gary Oliver (@shootrecordlife) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK It's like when have a rant on a WhatsApp group chat then realise it was a bad idea.
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I've also tried turning the phone off and on and switching to airplane mode and back. Having no issues across town at my work, so know it's not the phone.
-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport is there any update on when the work in EH11 2NQ might be finished? Your unlimited mobile data home WiFi has an woefully inadequate signal at the best of times, but today it's dropping out every few mins & not even registering on a speed test. Not ideal when WFH!
-
WOLF (@WolfVlogsLife) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I'm going to have to end my broadband contract due to you breaking it. Its been months still no LG TV. When I get in contact with customer service its same old its 10working days away. Maybe time to sue not paying for goods I've not received
-
Russell Smith (@RussellSmith07) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandHorrendous lack of customer service from @ThreeUKSupport completely faceless and unwilling if to provide support despite an issue being their error. I would appreciate a message back.
-
le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport My number no longer seems to be registered on network and I can't access my account online as you're Experiencing Technical Difficulties. What's going on?
-
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@DMcGillivray2 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I had to threaten to report them to Ofcom Don as they guy was constantly asking me questions. -
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffè Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.
-
🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
kojohobojyotomo (@nojohokomodobo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK They don’t cancel your sim for that. I’ve been out the uk since April. You’re just a tit clearly
-
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out I’ll be leaving when my contract is up
-
f (@bread_bread5) reported@ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you
-
Thiccschach (@BlindWanda) reportedAnybody else got problems with their Three home broadband right now?? @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how about some action on your end telling customers the network has problems.
