-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).
-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Very slow connection as shown on the speed test. A friend also on three is experiencing the same. It's as bad as yesterday. Just improved in the evening. Can't load anything.
-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I did even though I don't believe the problem is with my device, since yesterday I've got the very same issue and also a friend is experiencing the same here. It got better only in the evening. That's been terrible lately
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.
-
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.
-
David Bourne (@DavidBourne1978) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Nope not yet as work is an issue. Best after 7pm tonight
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport is there any update on when the work in EH11 2NQ might be finished? Your unlimited mobile data home WiFi has an woefully inadequate signal at the best of times, but today it's dropping out every few mins & not even registering on a speed test. Not ideal when WFH!
-

-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isnโt up to scratch
-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your network AGAIN! Numerous times I have reported shoddy network speeds on your 4G Home Broadband . And I don't want to hear lame excuses about "Work Being Carried Out" when that simply isn't the case. EH6 area (Leith)
-

-
delwyn hawkins (@desmoderby) reported@ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.
