-
chlo ♡ (@cholehen) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I’m looking for prices on an early upgrade. I don’t have the time to sit on the phone but every time I start a live chat the systems are down :(
-
le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Managed to get some online chat support this morning and it turns out my number has been ported to another network. I don't know why.
-
Jon (@JonInEdinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!
-
Fiona McLean Photography (@fmcleanphoto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

Laura (@aberquine) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandAnyone else on @ThreeUKSupport got No Service?! I’m in Edinburgh EH11. #ThreeUKdown

-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I've also tried turning the phone off and on and switching to airplane mode and back. Having no issues across town at my work, so know it's not the phone.
-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.
-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Oxgangs, Scotland@comer_georgina @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It’s Facebook and Instagram that are down just now. Only showing partial feeds. Doing the same on wifi here.
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport is there any update on when the work in EH11 2NQ might be finished? Your unlimited mobile data home WiFi has an woefully inadequate signal at the best of times, but today it's dropping out every few mins & not even registering on a speed test. Not ideal when WFH!
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.
-
doris (@DX_1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @metwhine aye, maybe quit being sarcastic on twitter for a while and actually respond to customers having issues. idiots.
-
Melville King (@melvvvvkk) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport So I’ve to do without service until the 8th of September? Great service .
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Emma harris (@EmmaHarris772) reportedI have 60gb and have used 40gb and mobile data has stopped working can you please help @ThreeUK
-
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol
-
Paul Robinson 🎗💙🇺🇦 (@Tigerfan11) reportedNever dealt with such crap customer service as @ThreeUK
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
elephantum aureum (@Gilt_Elephant) reported@ThreeUK — get your act together — you continue to be a disgrace in terms of what you promise and the piss poor effort you deliver.
-
M 😎🏖👣🐧 (@MaxMgbrv) reportedScam calls pre 9am on a bank holiday Jesus Christ these malakas never stop Told them to piss off @ThreeUK - sort out this **** - your network - YOUR problem Every spam call should cost you £1000
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport I'm too fed up to complain. I just want to know why the service is so poor in Worcester and WHEN it will be retsored to something like normal? @tomcollinsworcs Please can someone from @ThreeUKSupport reply ... pretty please???
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely unacceptable poor performance of the 3 network in Worcester @tomcollinsworcs please do something. Merger of 3 and @VodafoneUK was supposed to make things better. Where they do put investment - such as by Derby Train station, you can get 1.5Gb/s
