John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandI spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.

I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.

Paul Onky (@CGarboid) reported@ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.

Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
