    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport Is now null and valid I have spoken to so many different advisers been lied too and been placed on hold for ages o have now lost a number through no fault of my own should be ashamed as a network !!

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried live chat on Monday and yesterday; about as useful as a wet paper bag. Nothing about why my signal is still appalling; nothing about the estimated completion time of the works in Moray; and nothing about the type of work going on and why it’s taking so long. Shocking.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I joined Three this week, and I’ve just realised I gave you a STAC instead of a PAC. Is there anything I can do to get my old number back? I actually have a PAC from my old network but obviously got confused in the process!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have waited a month for my old number to be transferred to this network I was then told there was technical issues I decided to cancel my contract with three and move to another network I asked two different advisers for a PAC CODE I was told I do not need one

    @with_donkeyears @ThreeUK @educationgovuk Never a good look to describe a country you moved to as "backward". I live in a small city. Never once had any problems with any sort of connection.

    @ThreeUK OMG your call centres that are abroad are the worst!!! I’ve nothing against call centres abroad, but please train and support them to be able to deal with queries effectively. I’ve had issues since July 2020! And I’m still trying to resolve it!! 😭
