    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    Both @ThreeUKSupport and @AppleSupport are not wanting to help and now i've ended up paying £120 for @beatsbydre x earphones that i've got only 17 months use out of. I really don't understand what I'm supposed to do.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did speak to @AppleSupport and they told me to speak to you. Please can you speak to the @three oxford street store then because they are lying to their customers. If you can't help me then can you refund me the £5 a month i've been paying for the earphones that I now cant use?

    @ThreeUKSupport @AppleSupport I understand I still need to physically take my earphones to be repaired but I was told by a colleague of yours at a Three store that customer service basically start the repair process, I then go get them repaired and then you pay me back.

    @ThreeUK There's very little real support. The doctor will offer you crap pills that "can take up to 3 weeks to begin working". You would be just as fine throwing some runes on a table cloth.

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked your colleague in the Oxford street store to write this down but he said he can't authorise it as only customer service can. He said customer authorise it not the stores.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Anonakii my3auth.text.generic.error when trying to access account by resetting password. Please dedicate some time to fixing this as such an issue shouldn’t be occurring for almost half a decade with lots of us unable to access our accounts in quite some time 😩
