@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport Finally got thru on webchat. Reset request was being sent to wrong email and they couldn’t change it - something broken on a/c so referred to your tech guys and should hear within next 24hrs... if I don’t I’ll call! Thx for getting back to me!

Dear @ThreeUK. Why are we still awaiting you to fulfil your promise from over a year ago that full support for Apple Watch was imminent and why, with 6 million vaccinated in the UK haven’t I got a 5G signal in Evesham? Didn’t you sign up to Bill Gates’ master plan either? Cheers

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have been with you for many years and been happy but have been unable to text at home or outside for many days. Tried the suggestions on your website and tried to login to my account but it keeps coming up with an error. Low bars and no 4G showing. help pls
