    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    Hi @ThreeUK can you help, I tried to buy a data add-on 2 days ago and was told it would take 48hrs..now told by your web chat team I have to wait an extra day and no one can help me.. no WiFi at home and working from home so reliant on data! Really bad service from the web chat

    I have home internet & mobile with you. The connection has been awful all weekend up until the evening. It's fine now. Why is this and will it happen again? ct21 5dq My TV comes through the internet. It's unwatchable when your connection is poor. @ThreeUKSupport #threeuk

    @parulsingh1995 @ThreeUK Have you tried using the Three app to cancel and receive your PAC code through there? I am leaving Three due to the new area I live in has absolutely rubbish coverage for Three.

    @ThreeUK any reasons for why I’ve had no mobile internet coverage since Friday morn? Suggests there’s signal but then buffers constantly. Contacted customer service for it to only buffer again and get nowhere!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just curious: are there any plans in the near future to improve signal coverage around Swansea Uni’s Bay Campus? At present, only EE customers consistently have more than 1 bar anywhere on this campus, which isn’t ideal! Would be great to be able to use data here.

    @ThreeUK how hard can it be to send me proof of my purchase. I've now contacted you 5 times, had a complaint 'resolved' and still no email with my proof of purchase. I need this to claim the free watch and it's proving impossible

    Bought a @threeUK pre-paid sim card at @whsmith at @HeathrowAirport T2. Paid £35 to get it activated for unlimited 5G data, only to find out that she never activated it. Nice people at 3 could not find any record of payment for the sim card. Nice!
