    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport You missed the bit where I contacted support and they said it was done. Went into store and watched them do it and still it is there. I don't own and never have owned a credit card

    @ThreeUKSupport Plus I was told As I can’t return the phone because it was taken in store I could speak to customer support if I don’t like the phone. I always had galaxy for over 10 years I refuse to pay for this phone for 2 years when I am not happy. This is not fair.

    @ThreeUK Dreadful customer service.Cancelled contract 1st July surprise surprise it didn’t get actioned.Cancelled again 2nd August surprise surprise a technical issue prevented cancellation.Debt agency now chasing us.Rang again today & there is now an outage & I HAVE TO RiNG BACK

    @ThreeUKSupport mobile was stolen yesterday, paid upfront costs to get a new device delivered today. It’s now not coming with no explanation. Guy on the phone says it’s not his problem. That is not okay…
