@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

Moving from @EE to @ThreeUKSupport is possibly the stupidest thing I have done. Can’t get on their app to use the live chat, no contact number anywhere for a call centre, not been able to send text messages for a week. Absolutely disgusting network and no one wants to help!

@ThreeUKSupport Seems like 5G and 4g signal is not stable. Phone was also struggling to connect to 3G earlier, so sure it’s a network thing.

@ThreeUKSupport For the love of God @ThreeUK sort it out. Never had so many problems. Apparently I need to go to the store I upgraded in a store 404 miles away to cancel, despite the fact I upgraded on 3chat and all store are closed, have been for weeks. And I live in a different country

@ThreeUK is THE worst network. I cannot believe I’ve renewed my contract with them. Paying for unlimited data, and It can barely load the replies to a tweet when using it. Farcical.
