@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, since I had to re register my account after your systems upgrade I've tried countless times via your live chat service to explain when I log in it tells me that I'm not eligible for upgrade yet your operators tell me I am. Can you sort for me please

  • jim48048482 jim (@jim48048482) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Consumer pay monthly. I get an error telling me to call 333 and then trying to get a pac code out of your support team is like getting blood from a stone. Still waiting for the 3rd call back to give me my new pac code

  • Sentyneli Sam Lade (@Sentyneli) reported

@noodlemaz @ThreeUK We gave up on Three and moved to O2 recently after endless problems with their London signal and a series of full outages around home. We'd both been with them for years. Support tried to blame my phone but eventually relented and let me off what was left of my contract.
