@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

@ThreeUKSupport I have no issue accessing the Internet but my CSC Country is EUX/DE and that apparently needs a service message sending to correct it. How can this be done?

@ThreeUKSupport Ok now how do I turn off your internet restrictions. Just in case I’m talking to someone who cares this experience has cost 3 any future custom or goodwill from me or my company. When an organisation takes choice from a customer because it’s easier it sends up a big red@flag

@ThreeUKSupport i have been having issues with this for two months. Your website continually says you are fixing it. Beyond a joke now. I'll keep publicising it until you sort it. Last year 70mbps. Lately nothing, or 1.5mbps or rarely 10 mbps. Likely leaving next.month now.

@ThreeUKSupport my wife and I got our Z Flip 3 phone on Friday, set them up with our Three SIMs in. They have both been set with a CSC of EUX/DE and so Samsung Pay thinks we're in Germany. Also, no updates will be sent because of that. Does Three need to send a network message?
