    @ThreeUKSupport I have been charged early termination fees despite repeatedly being assured that I could leave without any termination fees because of awful signal. I left in December by transferring to a different network and have been billed for January/Feb and the online chat is useless

    @ThreeUK after spending so long with 3 I decided give them chance after chance after THEY failed to send a new phone I took another and now bill shows I owe £769 they have also not applied the monthly deal agreed so I'm being overcharged. Awful awful company #Disgusting #ofcom
