    @ThreeUKSupport Very weird but I have a bar of 4G in the house, but she on smarty (three network of course) has none. iPhone 11 and iPhone XR respectively

    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    @JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

    @ThreeUK I am unable to make calls from my mobile number for last 14 DAYS. Your customer service Team is not able to resolve it by now. Whenever I chat or speak with your Team they ask for 24-48 hours which never came.

    @ThreeUKSupport Says nobody is available? I just tried to call your customer services again, went through all the questions, declared my issue and the operator terminated the call! This is probably the third time this has happened when I've tried calling. This is dreadful

    amazingly transparent how easy it is to talk to someone when there is a chance of a sale...when you mention that you would in fact like to cancel and move networks, it's a totally different story. Not ok, @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport any reports of issues in the M11 region. Our 3 wireless router runs off 4G, but the Internet is down. There also also 2 mobile phones in the household that without WiFi, are reverting to 4G, but 4G is not working either. So its on H+. Can't do any work....
