@JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine, the SIM card isn’t being recognised by the router. There is only one way the SIM can be inserted into the router and we’ve had 2 SIM cards now. Only light on the router is the power light. Call centre no help and called us liars! Contract needs cancelling with no fee

@ThreeUKSupport Connection/signal even in a slight breeze is shocking. As you can imagine in this wind it's constantly dropping out. That's if it even connects in first place. Keeps saying Internet unavailable.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s a ZTE 5G router. They have refused to accept that the router is faulty. I’ve asked for a replacement router to be sent but the answer is no. The contract needs to be cancelled now without a cancellation fee. I’ve already paid for at least 2 months with no service.

@ThreeUKSupport Already spoken to them, they are the problem! Called me a liar! Router not recognising the two SIM cards that have been sent. Refuse to send a replacement router unless I go to a 3 shop, which isn’t going to happen. Not getting another penny from me.

@Barry_Carrot @ThreeUK When I moved house this year, Sky upgraded my deal and now charge me less. Left me flabbergasted. I was expecting a fight to keep costs down. Woman on the phone did everything she could to reduce my costs.
