@ThreeUK Really unhappy with customer service from Three. Trying to sort out the fact they sent me an extra phone and having to jump through hoops to sort it out and get it picked up. One of their advisors actually told me I could have denied recieving it 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport Re-started my device, no change. My phone on 4G+ is the same, with very slow speeds. I am in St Albans Herts AL2
