@JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@ThreeUK @geegeemidnight Put them eyes away, thrilled to see the back of you!! Customer service and complaints team have been the worst I've ever dealt with. CS given incorrect info, complaints team have marked the case as closed and not told me... no resolution provided! MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!. UNHAPPY!

@ThreeUKSupport Spent hours on it over last week .. the support team could do absolutely nothing.. and were completely robotic, repetitive and rude..and believed that just because I have connection I need to pay in spite of knowing full well that there's a known issue
