    @ThreeUKSupport you guys in support are always, without fail, incredibly helpful. And Roam Free is great .Sadly the Data Passport product is a pain, and invariably you have to wait 45 minutes after midnight to get a new one ... such a shame no better option.

    @PeterKGeoghegan @ThreeUK I ditched Three and was subjected to, imo, a fraud on departure. They claim to have called me and asked me to reconsider; simply went on collecting money after written cancellation. Took *considerable* persistence to get a refund. Fundamentally unethical imo. Will never re-use.

    @DeclanParnell @ThreeUK I called them today, similar length of service to you (on a number of phones too). Tbh they were just not interested, in fact I'd go as far as saying they had a general disinterest in me staying with them. They offered me deals double the price of their competitors, Oh @ThreeUK

    @huwmjames @ThreeUK Got hit with huge roaming costs first time was cruising and didn’t realise was connecting to maritime network. Was with Three at the time and they wrote a fair chunk of though.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, WIFI is totally fine and normal and I have moved the signal box to a different plug and as far from where it currently is as possible (obviously still need to connect to our WiFi router) and it’s made no difference 😕
