I don’t really text and signal for internet use is just as bad as the signal for phone calls and is never consistent when it does work. My postcode is CV5 6HF

I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

So far you've failed to do either of those. Next option - you leave me no choice but to start making official complaints and look into legal action for breach of contract
