    @ThreeUKSupport Why can I not send or receive ANY texts. Your customer service representative couldn’t tell me why. She said it could be that I have gone over my allowance. I have unlimited text allowance. You love fobbing customers off, we are not stupid! Just be honest

    I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what is wrong with this network!! For months I’ve had no reception in and outside!! Cant take calls. Have to use wifi everywhere. Cant use apps outside! I need a full 3 mth refund or im leaving this network! Terrible!

    @ThreeUKSupport I already sent three in this thread. I get them regularly. I spent 3 hours talking to 6 support reps about this yesterday. Have any of them logged this as an issue? If not, I wouldn’t put much faith in whatever is telling you there’s no issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport You'd never charge for a phone I haven't got? That's strange. I was told by a three operator there was no way to change the direct debit date? The phone was an s22 ultra 512gb burgundy. It was in stock when I entered into the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope 3 separate trips. Yeah my sense is that this service has been scraped together years ago and given zero development resource since… so when it breaks there’s nothing support can do except say “try again tomorrow”

    @Willm1975 @frosted_north @ThreeUK I live in Leeds and worked in city centre. As soon as I got into the centre my phone didn’t work - one of the main cities in the country and they had zero signal. Ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport Mainly in our home & postcode CT17 0HQ, this has been happening since 23 December 2021. My husband is disabled & unable to call me because he doesn't always have phone signal & we have no internet at all most of the time
