    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.

    @ThreeUKSupport is 5 g not working as can’t watch anything due to non stop buffering got the 5g hub in my home won’t even do a speed test on phone on 5g so something wrong

    @ThreeUKSupport Be aware that they will renew your contract right after your old one ended!!! They said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

    After 3 hours on live chats with @ThreeUK & @virginmedia, I’m still not clear why I have to pay both for the 4 days it takes to transfer my number from 3 to Virgin Mobile. Any ideas, @Ofcom ? I’m using only Virgin and told 3 I want to cancel but have to keep paying while I wait.
