    @ThreeUKSupport please can you tell me why my network is so slow I only have 1 bar for reception and my 4g is not loading I am using to switch to 3 g and that is poor. I work for the NHS and am working remotely and need my phone to contact employees. Please can you let me know.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    @Wilko_UK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken Hi, it does pop back now and again and it's been hard reset a few times without it restoring things - I'm blighted with an underlying network issue apparently. Currently using 3G anyway.

    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUK How difficult is it to return a phone back to Three? Well I would say impossible as they never send out returns bags but they like to send out letters threatening to Charge you for the unreturned phone. Now waiting for bag number 4. 2 months and still no bag

Even had debt collectors for 2months worth of payment after cancelling it for a 2nd time and deciding to cancel DD, Disgusting customer service

    @bt_uk Dunno if you're still listening @bt_uk but we're now at 6 engineer visits and still no broadband. It first went down on November 24th. That's 2 months ago. Phone advisers say there's no way to escalate - just pass through to Openreach again. #GroundhogDay Thank god for @ThreeUK
