Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Crofton and nearby locations:

  • Stevros1988 Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.

  • stevenoulton Steve (@stevenoulton) reported from Normanton, England

@ThreeUK #threeuk I’ve never experienced a company so bad in my life, on the phone since 1pm & finally get through to the complaints team who made no sense & was so rude, then said I’m cutting the call. Rang back & was informed she needed to leave as she’d gone over her shift 🤬

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

So @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.

  • jelichong jeli chong (@jelichong) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUK My network still coming and going all day today!! I am not too bothered about that until I need internet for my bus ticket!!! #fixit please!

  • Stevros1988 Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport I'm in the city centre every weekday. That postcode I gave is just for a Greggs. It doesn't happen every day but I only started noticing it after that 24 hour outage you had not long back.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

Spent most of the day trying to sort out a continuation of our @ThreeUK mobile contract. Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ciaranphillips Don’t listen to them. By suggesting that the fault is a local one and that 3G is a ‘fix’ they are abusing your trust as a customer. You need to avoid any further dealings with these shambolic charlatans.

  • benjaml Benjamin Lee (@benjaml) reported from Mirfield, England

@ThreeUKSupport hey Three when will you add cellar support for the Apple Watch. I’ve been waiting for ages and might have to look elsewhere soon if there is no updates. 🤨

  • MrAntony Antony (@MrAntony) reported from Leeds, England

Here’s hoping that in 2020 @ThreeUK sort out their terrible 4G in leeds. So so bad.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@formerlyEddie @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK As a customer of ten years I can highly I recommend leaving now. The nice lady in the Three store basically confirmed that until 5g is finished the service will be awful. That’s the middle of next year!!

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

    @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Another local issue

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.

  • johnnormington john normington (@johnnormington) reported from Rothwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, On web chat, it was about poor and bully service in your Castleford store when we called in to see about a new contract. Your customer complaints dealt with it. Your colleague said someone would sort out a new deal. Thanks.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ddyson3 We’d all have much more respect for you if you admitted there’s an issue publicly. Might even have made me keep my four accounts with you after 10 years of loyalty.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aisha05920164 Three are a joke. They lie, break promises and do not care about their customers. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with this set of shambolic charlatans. Do not believe when they tell you that turning off 4G is the answer to your problems. It’s just a lie.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport @OnlyDancer Someone else being advised to switch to 3G Time to admit you have a problem and stop lying through your teeth. Shameless shambolic charlatans.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @paulwilliamsonx Words can’t describe how much bad feeling I have towards the company.

  • DeanyDeany Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England

@ThreeUKSupport So tell me. Why are you lying to customers that 4G outages are local problems, convincing people to turn off 4G and switch to 3G is a terrible solution - which you seem to be proud to have ‘fixed’ @ThreeUK Trule are a set of shambolic charlatans

  • thetapeworm The Tapeworm (@thetapeworm) reported from Gildersome, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your service status page has said there's an issue in the area for months, seems you aren't bothered about fixing it.

  • RedAlexCrewe Red Alex (@RedAlexCrewe) reported

So much for customer loyalty. Just tried renewing with @ThreeUK to be told the best deal they can offer me directly is £624 more expensive than if I go via a third party and still get to keep my sim/number/three customer services. Make it make sense! #CostOfLivingCrisis

  • 3ysmike Mike Battersby (@3ysmike) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been a customer with 3 phones for about 10 years!

  • andy_rossiter76 Andy Rossiter (@andy_rossiter76) reported

@ThreeUKSupport since receiving the text message about the payg increase, I looked at another network for my parents & one is saying there is a time limit for switching? Any help would be appreciated.

  • twattimus101 Twattimus (@twattimus101) reported

Never ever ever using @ThreeUK again. Diabolical customer service and they make cancelling a contract almost impossible, there are so many hoops to jump through. The store won’t do it at all, the phone lines have a fault and their online service is manned by morons.

  • StuBose Stu Bose (@StuBose) reported

@ThreeUK has got to have the worst connection you could get, as soon as u leave Birmingham or in a crowded place forget about it

  • Tedds04 Tedds04 (@Tedds04) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I would like to make a complaint about one of your employees calling me “little hitler”. It was done online and I have evidence to prove it. How do I go about making the complaint?

  • Tedds04 Tedds04 (@Tedds04) reported

@ThreeUKSupport An employee at your company called me “little hitler” over an online messaging service. I want to report this to you so you can take the appropriate action as this was unacceptable and could be classed as a hate crime. Surely your company doesn’t represent his views against me?

  • MustardSeedUK Brian Johnson (@MustardSeedUK) reported

Two articles on the same page of yesterday’s Guardian: @ThreeUK increasing #PAYG charges by 250%; bank cards increasingly having no card numbers on them, forcing you to have some form of online access. Both terrible measures for elderly, low income people.

  • jord_mca Jord (@jord_mca) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. There is no issue with my phone it’s threes coverage. I am in Livingston today and have full signal and no issues. Was in stirling yesterday and had no signal. It’s not very good

  • 3ysmike Mike Battersby (@3ysmike) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. In Greece bought an unlimited data add on monthly as PAYG customer with 3 phones (2 in Greece). Do I also have to pay £2 pd? Of £5 for data passport. Confused!
