I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

@ThreeUK I would say the strength of 3 signal the past 6 months has weakened by about 30% across the UK very rare to get full 5 bars now now getting plenty of blackspots around, a company in decline.

@ThreeUKSupport its 2 months now since I stopped getting mobile broadband signal. Keep getting told it will be fixed next week etc and never is. I'm going to cancel, but I refuse paying a fee as the service has been so poor and been told lies throughout.
