They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

Got extremely bad service in the Castleford store, walked out after the supervisor/manager tried to bully us into a worse contract. Complained to @ThreeUK. Still no better contract offered.
