    @ThreeUKSupport No because it is impossible to get through to anyone. Online it says it is £300+ to cancel. Complete con that if ordered online free cancellation within 14 days. Buy in shop get it home and realise it doesn't work and it is a massive charge to cancel.

    128 256 37 complaint reference number @EE the behaviour from your agent was ridiculous she cane across very challenging difficult and told a lie or 2 about subject access requests and did come across patronising. @O2 @ThreeUK will be considering a move now after speaking to EE.

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you tell me why my network is so slow I only have 1 bar for reception and my 4g is not loading I am using to switch to 3 g and that is poor. I work for the NHS and am working remotely and need my phone to contact employees. Please can you let me know.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told last time it was network congestion - too many people in one place. I was offered a discount last month. They couldn't commit to whether there would be improvements for this month. I'm leaving for this reason. No improvements. No service. Not good enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport Theres no point. You ask this every time. I've complained several times. It's not changed or improved. I give a postcode, you confirm there are issues, recommend I use wifi or drop to 3G (not the 4G service I pay for). It would be better to let people know when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having issues for about 6 months, your network status page confirms you know there's an issue and have for ages. It's been reported, formal complaints made. Hopefully ending contract next week, you failed me and I had to pay you to do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, it wouldn't let me load the app.. iv sorted the issue now, impressive that you cut services etc while all this is going off. I'll be remembering this when both contracts are up for renewal. Other providers are not doing cutting people off

    @ThreeUK are also the only network which doesn't offer a "charge to mobile" bar to protect against these charges. This means that children, the elderly and the vulnerable are exposed to this fraud ridden system with no means of avoidance. Utterly disgraceful!
