    @EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

    @mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.

    @ThreeUKSupport need a resolution to a problem which I believe is down to you!!! I have 2 contracts with you and 2 current and active direct debits with my bank, one contract hasn’t been charged/debited for almost 6 months and I’m now being harassed by a debt recovery agency.

    @ThreeUKSupport I signed up for home broadband the router you sent stops anything loading, phones tv etc. Now bought a tp link router and the service keeps dropping is there an outage somewhere I’m in south Devin

    @ThreeUKSupport This pandemic has been a time for companies like @ThreeUK to take advantage. What a stupid and inconvenient time to put bills up. Aren’t people struggling enough already? I’m genuinely annoyed that I’m expected to pay more for my contract when I already pay so much as it is.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I’m not but there was no connection at any time so I’m fuming about these charges hence why had to use live chat through WiFi to get resolved but to no help what’s so ever feel free to contact me as nobody what’s so ever as been any help from 3

    @ThreeUKSupport Palmed off again then Mark what a surprise the 3 phone numbers in question was 3 customer services £42 followed by texts saying we tried to contact you today but you were not available somebody needs to speak to me NOT web chat again

    @ThreeUK I’m terminating my contract. Yet another weekend of woeful service from 3 with prolonged interruptions in service. I was promised improvements; instead, the service has deteriorated and is no longer fit for purpose. How you have the audacity to charge is an insult.
