@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

@ThreeUK Perhaps it might be because you don't appear to know how to run a phone network, just about every other ”major network" will give an eSIM to an existing customer without a problem, 3 says no you can't have one, I don't understand why 3 are stuck in the 20th century so much🫣

@ThreeUK Will there be another test once you have resolved the issue? Or do we all need to change provider to be sure we’ll get the alerts.
