@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

@ThreeUKSupport needing to be sent to her number on record and a missed Dr's phone appointment as you haven't provided her with a PAC code is just not good enough! You really need to provide her with an alternative method to sort this out as issues with your email system shouldn't be.... cont
