@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK - Your site has 2 problems: 1. Trying to pre-order a phone does not work (Redirect to an empty basket/redirects you back to the homepage AND is not using HTTPS) 2. Support -> Bills -> Changing your price plan: Video is private. Discount code now? ;)

@ThreeUK our wireless broadband hasn’t worked in a month. We called and were advised u r aware of a widespread problem. No refund given and no idea if when it will be fixed. We were told to wait. For how long exactly? I’m paying for a service that doesn’t exist! Please fix this!
