    @ThreeUKSupport is there any update on when the work in EH11 2NQ might be finished? Your unlimited mobile data home WiFi has an woefully inadequate signal at the best of times, but today it's dropping out every few mins & not even registering on a speed test. Not ideal when WFH!

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm going to have to end my broadband contract due to you breaking it. Its been months still no LG TV. When I get in contact with customer service its same old its 10working days away. Maybe time to sue not paying for goods I've not received

    @ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

    @ThreeUKSupport There's no issue with the payment. I've been with you around 16 years and had zero issues using all you can eat data on my phone, since I downgraded my plan & got your mobile WiFi I've had nothing but problems with my connections.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello. I have an ongoing router issue & spoken with someone on the phone, who's running tests & getting back to me next week. Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

    Finally left @ThreeUK! What a terrible network, I'll never go back. In fact, I'll never get a mobile on a contract again because they're just not worth it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Three always say the same, copy and paste lines. The phone mast is 300 meters away and i have two bars of 3G if i am lucky I get one may 2 bars of 4G. I generally think the customer service is very poor.

    @ThreeUKSupport Whether I get it or not, it has been unacceptable in this day and age to be without a sim so long never mind over the festive period - your service and response have been unacceptable i would not recommend you to anyone

    @ThreeUKSupport any idea when the mast issues/maintenance will be completed at MK5 6FZ? supposed to have good 4G outside, I'm getting 1/2 bar H+ at the moment, on my drive I get 5G but only 1 bar as well, real blackspot for signal.
