    @ThreeUKSupport Wait until the 25th September at the earliest for the problem to be repaired? As you can see from the screen recordings since the first week in August I’m being charged for an unusable internet connection

    ... but no doubt their small print exempts them from the requirement of providing the service you pay for. Anyway, I'm going back to the Vodafone network via Lebara. Got a deal on a month to month SIM only until the end of my @ThreeUK term when I'll look at handsets. /end

    @ThreeUK @ZoeStaiger It’s been happening all weekend, the new login/layout is dial up slow, when it connects to the old my3 layout on certain links in my 3 it’s normal, you have a gremlin going on.

    ... but that's not the solution. Admitting that @ThreeUK don't have a competitive 4G network. I've always thought it was bad in Manchester. It was a million times worse ten days ago in London. Final straw was spending 5 minutes stood outside Subway earlier... 2/x

    @O2 It's not very good anywhere and has got to the point where I've had to put a @ThreeUK SIM in the SIM 2 slot just so I have service but I don't see the point in paying for both.

    @ThreeUKSupport That is understandable but the issue is 24/7 regardless of day or time I’ve tried at weekend at midnight and 6:30 am on week day and still have issues so that suggests underlying issue. If there if formal way to report let me know
