    NEVER START A CONTRACT WITH @ThreeUK! The handset I got 12 days ago had broken, the store won't accept it back and their #customerservices all contradicting themselves - one department is happy to help then the next won't help at all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! #NoHelp #NeverAgain

    Terrible customer service in @ThreeUK in Torquay branch. For months I’ve been overcharged on my bills due to an admin error, I brought my original contract into the store and not only did the manager refuse to help, but was incredibly rude, made jokes about me, and threatened me

    @BBCNaga @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking service as I need this for work as a freelance worker. Totally feel left in the dark at the lack of customer service. Many years of service with 3 and feel completely let down!!! Terrible!!!!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your customer service and technical services teams are shocking. I have spent over two hours talking to people, lied to by several, and bounced from department to department. And still my issue hasn't been sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I am reluctant to ring in again so that I can be passed from pillar to post again. This happened in November too on the same issue and I gave up then too. If someone is willing to chat and take ownership then I am happy to discuss.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve contacted support multiple times about the free 200mb data sim you sent me failing to set up properly. I was promised it was fixed. A month later, still not - zero data showing on account. Please can someone fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I pre-ordered the S21 on 20th Jan and it was due to arrive on 26th Jan. Three promised twice this week it would be arriving, first 29th and then 30th. Found out today that its not arriving and I need to cancel the whole order and then re-order it which would take few more days.
