@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

Weapon-grade bullshit from @ThreeUK . “Welcome to our amazing new range of plans”, they say. Which involves exactly doubling the cost of the same level of service! How do people manage to shrivel their integrity to this level?

@ThreeUKSupport Someone looked before when I reported it but couldn’t find anything. Both in and outdoors and not improved. You’ll see I raised this before against that postcode. There is a definite issue.

Is there anyway of transferring a phone contract? As stupid as this sounds, I’ve been on @ThreeUK about two weeks and I cannot cope any longer😭

@ThreeUKSupport Okay, I’m in work at the moment so would have to wait till tomorrow. Thanks for the help! I’m expecting the SIM to still arrive but unsure when? Would going into a store not complicate that situation if a SIM is already on the way?

@ThreeUKSupport I just want to leave but I have to wait up to 12 days for a call, that I could potentially miss, because of security issues

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport No. If a Three customer cancels their contract can they reactivate it within 30 days?
