@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@KereDim @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport My signal on my phone has been a nightmare since I got up at 6am! No Internet at all a lot in the morning, no phone signal at points in the afternoon, Internet dropped out again this evening!

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately these are steps I’ve followed and I’m still met with the same problem. I can’t select my phone number or set it up as it just thinks the sim has a different number. It only recognises the SIM cards original number so when I type my actual number it won’t change
