Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m staying with @VodafoneUK as bad as they are they’re nothing close to 3’s kind of awful! Fortunately I’ll not have the inclination to consider 3 again for a contract provider.

@cask_uk @ThreeUKSupport Good luck mate! It’s a joke I had my contract less than 24hrs can’t connect as they lost all my info, never migrated my number, but managed to set up the DD🤨 Website lied, said 3/4G yet signal is awful in my area. I’ve cancelled my contract.

Worse than awful from @ThreeUK had the contract for less that 24hrs and cancelling. Incompetent and patronising to say the least.
