@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@welshfrench @TeresaC123 @ThreeUK I haven’t received it on 4G Three (my personal phone) neither 4G EE (work phone) Both are on iPhone with iOS above 16.1 If it were a real emergency I would have died around 10 hours ago They must include every phone on 3G and phones who are on areas not covered by their providers

@ThreeUK your customers today may not have received their alerts if they have a smart watch with cell connection. I usually have mine off as it’s fairly useless but I turned it on today so I had 2 devices connected to the network for the same number in the same location
