Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Braunton and nearby locations:

Rebecca Craft (@bexybex74) reported from Barnstaple, EnglandWorst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭
-
Julian Morris (@glaslyn) reported from Croyde, England@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract
-
Alex McNulty (@alexmcnulty_x) reported from Warkleigh, EnglandNo emergency alert on my phone?? @ThreeUK 🤯
-
Gumpy (@NBLoddon) reported from Northam, England@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any idea when the mast at Northam Devon #5952 is going to be fixed it's been off two days now and I'm struggling with patchy internet and no phone signal?
-
Gumpy (@NBLoddon) reported from Northam, EnglandI see @ThreeUKSupport are their usual helpful selves not admitting the fault is with their network
-
Jasio Sierakowski (@jasiocollins) reported from High Bickington, England@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
McTebow (@Scottish_jet_79) reported@JosefNixon @ThreeUK it’s really awful :-(
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.
-
Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUKSupport more issues with your network, will be going with different company in a couple months when contract ends as your network is shite
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reported@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, I’ve reported it many times but they don’t seem to get back to me lol
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Nick P (@198kHz) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hi good morning. I have a PAYG Sim Only deal with you and my balance is currently over £100. Have I set it up wrong as I only really use it for radio work. Are you able to help?
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
