    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK had 2 phones with you for well over 10 years, upgraded both phones. Got sent a charger I didn't ask for with 1 phone and charged £20. Was promised that would be removed from my bill, nope you charged me £20. That's no way to treat a loyal customer.

    Yeah, I get that it’s more convenient and cheaper for @ThreeUK to simply demand maximum data upfront and just in case, before connecting an enquirer to support - but that’s also the very opposite of ‘data protection by design and by default’.
