@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Any news on when I will receive the service I'm paying for in Huyton at @iD_Mobile_UK . I have been given a constant line of pathetic messages now from my provider ID ( all saved ) for over 3 months. Still no service at home or whilst at workplace.

@ThreeUKSupport roaming is turned on but for my whole holiday, I’ve only been able to use my phone on Wi-Fi. Why does my phone never work abroad, at least this time I’ve not been charged the £2 a day!

Honestly internet coverage the last few days has been atrocious. Wifi hub unable to connect to internet and having to resort to hot spotting...waste of my data and money. @ThreeUK fix the issue and do better please - your website saying there is an issue, but no updates given

why is it i get a newer MiFi mobile wifi from @ThreeUK yet it has worse coverage than the one that i have used for the last 4 years ??? got them in exactly the same place and the old one connects the new one has no network coverage ??

@ThreeUK big (crap) network. Rubbish coverage, big outages this year and rubbish customer service as one of my contracts came up for renewal. You really have lost your way. First contract switched to a welcoming competitor and the rest of my business contracts will now follow
