    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUK Phone wont call using internet either even though this is allowed in my settings. Something not right with three. Thank god not got many more months of my contract left. Quit vodafone years ago because of poor service now have them forced on me now 2 worst services together

    I dont even make many phone calls, but the 1 day i try to make calls @ThreeUK network is down the whole day so i hope this inconvenience is reflected on my next bill @ThreeUKSupport and why wasnt customers messaged or emailed when you have no issue telling me when my bill is due
