@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport It’s just tethering that seems to be an issue. And only in that location. I tethered fine all the way home on the train but at home - nothing

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Just noticed that VoLTE calling is not working on either my PAYG or contract sim, and also tried it in an android phone and Samsung. It is not an issue at home as I have good 3G signal anyway and Wifi calling, I am worried if I need to go to an area with no 3G

@ThreeUKSupport been having the issue for 7 months. Just the service in this area for 3 is zero to 1 bar at best. Just wish I’d known that when taking out the service. Rather then being told it’s “good” then again the sales person can only go by what’s in front of them so no fault on them

@ThreeUKSupport Your colleague called up to speak about one of my contacts which has which has outstanding balance. However he was very condescending and rude. Nothing like the level of customer service I have ever received from three.

@ThreeUKSupport are you called three because your service is third rate. Can you explain why you won’t answer the number to cancel a contract.

@ThreeUK - hi three. When you drop network coverage in an area at least have the decency to let your customers out of their contact without penalties equating to the monthly fees for the remainder of their contact&when they no longer have network coverage. Poor customer service
