@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK it is ridculous becuase your network status checker shows that you know there is an issue it is not my phone's problem BUT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT IF YOUR CUSTOMER IS NOT ABLE TO DO THE TROUBLE SHOOTING WITH YOU.

@ThreeUK can you fix you network please? its over a week time with no network in my area and i try your live chat today and it is useless. you colleague keep asking me to do the trouble shooting when i am not in that area and also said they are not able to report it if i cannot do it now.
