@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK Someone has taken out a contract in my wife’s name at a different address. We’re shocked this could happen so easily! Please can you contact us immediately to close down this fraudulent activity. We called ur help no. but it seems they will get back in 7 days!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Still not able to receive an otp from my bank, I have contacted them and they assure me its being sent and confirmed it had been recieved by my network provider but I am not receiving them tried multiple times for the last 3 days and still no success.
