@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport I did call, the support person put me on hold to go speak with his manager. Came back and told me “we did not call you, please send an email”. I said that I want to speak with the Fraud department, and I got told, “sorry, you have to send an email”. I don’t have to send an email.

@ThreeUKSupport another day and still unable to top up anon 2 sims for my children. No I do not want an app or to save my details. All it ever says There aren't any Data Packs that match your plan. Totally Broken system
