    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK i have had poor signal in M23 area for some weeks now, please can you see if there are any issues? I’m an iphone 13 pro max and have reset it numerous times. Signal is either 1 or 2 bars

    @misunders2ed @ThreeUKSupport They did this to me too. I wasn’t even using their data service as I was in a country not covered in their ‘go roam’ package. Completely cut off my SIM, I couldn’t even receive a text message. Absolutely horrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I'm still waiting for my billing issue to be sorted it's over two weeks now I've been on the phone and chat helpline loads of times. I was moved to a new contract and am being charged for EU roaming also cannot log on to my3 app through WiFi

    @ThreeUK Hi, my phone isn’t connecting to your network and is telling me that an update is required in order to do so. However, no update is available. As a result I don’t have any signal or mobile data. Please advise.

    @ThreeUKSupport Had no service since 4pm. I’ve checked the website and it’s telling me there are issues everywhere but they’re not affecting anyone else around me? When is this going to be fixed as I’m now unable to use the phone outside of the house? I’m based in County Durham
