@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK A small number??? Loads of us have been without Calls, texts, and data all day. Mine went off at 7am this morning, and is still down. I rely on my phone for my children, and my work. This is absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable. Your customer service is also terrible!
