@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

Absolutely the worst service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Still trying to get something done about a lack of 4G internet and poor voice calls. All automated systems that go round & round but don’t address your issue. Avoid like the plague.

I've literally got an email from @ThreeUK confirming that I left them. So why are they still taking money from my account? And why is this idiot on the phone telling me I didn't actually cancel my contract? Pls it's too early for me to be getting wound up like this.
