@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK can you help. Prior to my phone upgrade in Jan 21 I had three rescue. When I upgraded I asked if the insurance would continue, I was advised yes....but you haven't taken any payments out for this.

I don't usually post but my daughter has been on the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for 1hr asking that they apply credit for issues with their services they admit has been faulty since Feb and be resolved until June. Yet they have been still taking full payment each month!

seven phone calls to customer service, 2 online chats, and twenty-seven hours later - I have data service on my brand new Three SIM. Wow. spectacularly bad experience. Folks, I own stock in the parent company, I need the ££ - but avoid at all costs. @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken
