    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Do you have any idea when the mast at Northam Devon #5952 is going to be fixed it's been off two days now and I'm struggling with patchy internet and no phone signal?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport the only resolution i have been offered is that I am refunded for the 7 days when I am not able to access the service..... well duh.... any other suggestions? How am I supposed to work for the next 7 days?

I can’t go to the store, I keep failing the security questions because I do not have an account with @ThreeUK if I didn’t bring the issue to Twitter nothing would have been done. Ur webchat is closed, we’ll continue tomorrow.

    @ThreeUKSupport Didn’t hear anything but customer service have been lying to me the whole time about the delivery, have to go into store tomorrow and phone and they will have a resolution for me, if not store will try to sort something out

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport, Two Qs... (1) My DD is due on 25/12, what day will it be taken in December? (2) The signal has been poor in EH30, calls/signal continuously dropping out. I've tried to 333 but keeps dropping out. Been like this for c. 2wks. Any ideas?

    @ThreeUKSupport what's happening to your services. Recieve my most recent bill to find I'm in credit, few days later I'm disconnected from my network because I owe £41? My bill is less than that! Almost 12 years of loyalty, I'll be jumping ship if this continues sort it out! 1/2
