@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried this loads of time with your chat help who progressed it to their 2nd level support. It does not work. I’m not trying again. Will somehow manage without data and google maps for a week and sort it out when I get back to uk

@ThreeUK worst service I have ever received. I asked if I had go roaming for free and it was confirmed I did. Later I logged onto my account to find they had charged me and removed my cap without permission! Do not join three, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years!
