    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK recently upgraded, have just been asked to do a text survey. Pro tip, I might be more inclined to respond if you weren't going to charge me to send the text message responses!! might want to use a number included in service plans!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Could you have maybe updated your customers beforehand??? To be clear - I cannot do anything on phone unless I'm somewhere with Wifi at the moment. I'm switching to a more reliable network - this isn't good enough.

    @ThreeUK Terrible from 3. Been a customer for years and still they couldn’t issue a new SIM card to arrive for 27th July, the date I urgently needed it for. Customer service not interested, all apologies, no action. Still waiting...... 😡

    @arsenben80 @ThreeUK Don't get me start on @ThreeUK, I'm waiting for my contract to end then I'm off... The don't cancel old contracts when you ask then charge you. You complain 4 times and refuse to pay and they send you to debt company so my credit is impacted for there stupidity...

    @ThreeUK why is the network sooooo bad in the b11 area. Calls are being dropped. Cannot hear anyone. They cannot hear me. And no its not my phone. And yes i have restarted it. Its not just me. The kids have the same issue. Its the damn network. Sort it out
