@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport Spoke to them on the phone already, hence the disappointment. £60+ more expensive for existing customers. Even though we can cancel the contract, sign up again, go through the hassle of transferring the number, why wouldn’t you just make it simple for existing customers to stay?

@ThreeUK I cancelled my contract with you due to poor service and been trying to send my phone back to you since 23/01/22. You've apparently sent 8 jiffy bags to me and none of them have been delivered. You're a totally useless network and I hope the nation gives you a wide birth
