@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport Got through to complaints told me I put wrong delivery address and to cancel contact as only solution. Disgusted with cust serv very rude and disrespectful. 2 days off work & don't know if or when it will ever arrive. Please sort it out for me @ThreeUKSupport! 3/3

@ThreeUKSupport first there was a problem w my upgrade so had to re do it over phone. Then was told will be delivered beginning of month. Then the 9th. Then on the 16th, then tomorrow, they anywhere between now and 16th then tomorrow again and now theyre telling me any time between now and 16th

@ThreeUKSupport just received the worse customer service from your staff. Agreed to monthly contract on Monday, received confirmation email with the correct billing and delivery address stating it will be delivered on Wednesday. Money was taken from my account instantly 1/3
