@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@The_DogWalker @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve had nothing but issues since switching to three a year ago. I have times when I can’t even get social media or you tube to work. Even if the wi fi at work doesn’t work, I still can’t use the phone. I was with EE before.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s great that your web chat is always open but I tried this process at the start and was told I need to wait and speak to someone in the customer services team... so in the end it just wasn’t helpful at all. Sorry for the negative feedback but just feel like for clarity I tried

@ThreeUK A phone has been taken out on my family account fraudulently. For the last week nothing has been done about this. I keep getting put through to random call centres offshore who aren’t dealing with the issue, instead I am being asked the same questions repeatedly.

@ThreeUK - baffling that a customer of 10 years has to wait 3 weeks after upgrading for his phone to arrive, where a store 10 minutes down the road has one in stock - yet your contact center aren't able to make arrangements to collect rather than wait?! #PoorCustomerService

@Plusnet My daughters been with plusnet almost 1 year and her bill as already increased 3.9% I have been with @ThreeUK for 11 years and my contract is still the same price hasnt risen even 1 pence. Massive fail wintbe stayin with plusnet much longer

Getting angry with @ThreeUK signalling on my new phone. Regretting switching from @O2 as I’ve NEVER had this problem. When contacted by 3 they ask for a postcode of the affected area, it’s the entire area where I work! Wetherby! Sorry @ThreeUK but I’m switching back #nothappy
