Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to dozens of advisors, since February, who start over from scratch & or they just hang up. I was told today they can't resolve. I asked to be released from my contract but they will charge me £305! I've been paying monthly for a phone which doesn't work.

U failed to provide a service on my account for at least 4 mths, I've missed phone calls inc from the hosp asking for consent to operate on my Dad causing a delay in surgery. Undue stress during a bereavement, & yet refuse to release me from my contract. Shame on you @ThreeUK
