Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Hey @ThreeUK the only thing keeping me from rejoining you guys on contract that you don’t offer visual voicemail, from what I’ve read, it’s been asked about time and again for over a decade, you’re the only remaining UK MNO that doesn’t support it, do you plan to at some point?

@ThreeUK Very confused since the UK left the EU as I've not receivedany informationas promised. Is it still free to call from Spain to the UK i.e. I have unlimited calls and calling from Spain to the UK I was never charged? Thanks

I am honestly raging at @ThreeUK They are refusing to let me cancel my contract, I have jumped through their hoops, I have sent a copy of my passport. But no, still won’t cancel it. Absolutely appalling that they can do this @Ofcom

Paying an extremely expensive phone bill so every month I receive a **** reception is absolutely unacceptable. Thanks @ThreeUK for always disappointing with ur service even though every month the bill is paid without delay. As soon as my contract is over I’ll switch provider👌🏼
