@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so I finally got a phone call from a supervisor whose outcome was brilliant and unbelievable, right up to she then completely changed her viewpoint and ripped the carpet from under me, voice recording requested ASAP. Turning into a truly terrible company!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Seems like a pretty poor show that you can’t give me 16 days leeway on my early upgrade after over a decade of giving you my custom. My handset has broken but if I upgrade now it’s nearly £90. On 21st it’s completely free 😤😞

@ThreeUK Hello, I set up auto-renewal on your app, been charged £ 15 and never got the data pack. Live chat customer service says I haven't been charged. My bank begs to differ!! I cannot get an operator on the line! I walked into a store and they were as baffled as I was! SHAME
