    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    OMFG the Mandatory Reconsideration was in my benefit, no more "promises to pay" to @ThreeUK who has been oh so patient with me and I might actually be able to get everything I need for the school uniforms in time pff ok calm down, I feel like I'm going to be sick or cry or both

    @DagaaP @ThreeUK Happened to me too, and my “debts” were sent on to a debt collection agency . Customer services were useless as they all did different things and didn’t help me at all

    I swear my signal with @ThreeUK gets worse and worse every week, and the main reason I went with them for friendly countries is now gone too. Used to be great but becoming useless
