Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭
-
Julian Morris (@glaslyn) reported from Croyde, England
@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@wajid7790 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try reading the reviews before signing up with either of those networks. Vodafone have the worst customer service out right and don't even get me started on three. If you want a decent serviced move to EE, you get what you paid for!

@ThreeUKSupport No. You'll need to go back further. I like three but have had bad signal here for many (>10) years. Used to have signal booster box, but three stopped them working. Now looking to move my whole family (4 contracts) to O2.

@ThreeUKSupport Hey there. I requested proof of barring / usage for a lost phone from you twice now, and I’ve been given two reference numbers but nothing has been sent to me. Can you help? Or point me to someone that can send me the letter directly? Thanks 🙏
