  • bexybex74 Rebecca Craft (@bexybex74) reported from Barnstaple, England

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

  • glaslyn Julian Morris (@glaslyn) reported from Croyde, England

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK and once again your Internet is being absolutely terrible, repeatedly going slow for no reason if it doesn't just cut out.

  • DannyT Dan Thomas (@DannyT) reported

@ThreeUKSupport So I should just hang tight for another month and see before calling again? Which I really don't want to do.

  • JoanneL19074030 Joanne Lloyd (@JoanneL19074030) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, all I want to do is speak to someone to discuss my issue and not have to keep texting.

  • myopinionsic MyOpinion (@myopinionsic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @MarekDanihel3 The Three Smartwatch pairing service (eSIM) not working as advertised either since it’s rollout, in particular the well known E53305. Calling Three support about this will give you a case of extreme distress

  • brynwilliams81 Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s almost everywhere where I have no 5G coverage when my phone becomes unusable or i receive no signal at all

  • DannyT Dan Thomas (@DannyT) reported

Spent 45 minutes on the phone to @ThreeUKSupport 2 weeks ago. My issue (overcharged for 6 months) was acknowledged, was told resolved and my account credited. Here we are again at the next bill and no credit and same overcharge so I'm resorting to sassy social media posts 🙄

  • gm4aff Stewart Cooper (@gm4aff) reported

@ThreeUK I use a #three SIM in a 4G router (which is at another address). I need to log in to my account to change my address. You are sending confirmation texts to my 4G router which isn't helping me log in!! You don't accept messages. Help!
