    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport The last 2 days of terrible service is just the icing on the cake, LauraC. The ‘network’ as a whole has been on a steady decrease for the last 3-4 years now, Its come to the point where your services are no longer worth paying for.

    @tower_cell @annielrick @ThreeUK It haven’t been one day. My internet has been down for a whole month. With terrible support and they have failed to adhere to common law. Leaving me unable to mitigate. Causing personal grievances. And economic damage. While advertising they service the NHS
