    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUKSupport Yea, I'd say so given that you cannot provide an internal signal at my address. I live rurally and internet is far from strong or stable so cannot rely on that for WiFi calling, but they still wouldn't allow me to receive SMS'for things like 2FA systems

    @ThreeUK why is your network coverage so poor in the BH23 area? My internet is down at home (so no wifi and days away from an engineer visit) and I can do almost nothing on my mobile, 4G non-existent, not even 3G sometimes. Shocking!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi ,I have two contracts and a family member also has the 3 router with sim, our broadband speed is usually between 50 and 80 mbps but past couple of days it's been terrible, between 1mbps and 3 ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I set up a gmail account ( now become a spam magnet), sent up the proofs which clearly are attachments this time and this morning I get yet another email saying they can’t open the attachments. Tell me what the hell I can do other than take this to a formal complaint?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 4 bars and 4G but I haven’t been able to load anything for weeks the signal is just not strong at all considering its saying full bars. Took 4 attempts to even be able to write a tweet

    Having ongoing technical issue raised in May @O2 users cannot call me since I moved to Three in 2017, but can text me. No solution found and going round in circles. Anyone else experienced this & solutions found? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport please can you get this resolved?
