@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK Dishonest! Changed the number for my mobile broadband without me knowing - then I cancelled “old” number. Over a month later, broadband still not disconnected. That’s because you lied. Horrible company. Untrustworthy as anything. AND STILL STEALING MY MONEY!!!

@ThreeUKSupport shocking customer loyalty, I was upgrading my phone yesterday told a price emailed the price also and THREE couldn’t process the order! Today they won’t honour the charge WHY!!!
