Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bideford and nearby locations:

  • bexybex74 Rebecca Craft (@bexybex74) reported from Barnstaple, England

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

  • jasiocollins Jasio Sierakowski (@jasiocollins) reported from High Bickington, England

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

  • NBLoddon Gumpy (@NBLoddon) reported from Northam, England

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any idea when the mast at Northam Devon #5952 is going to be fixed it's been off two days now and I'm struggling with patchy internet and no phone signal?

  • alexmcnulty_x Alex McNulty (@alexmcnulty_x) reported from Warkleigh, England

No emergency alert on my phone?? @ThreeUK 🤯

  • NBLoddon Gumpy (@NBLoddon) reported from Northam, England

I see @ThreeUKSupport are their usual helpful selves not admitting the fault is with their network

  • glaslyn Julian Morris (@glaslyn) reported from Croyde, England

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • cycleoptic cycleoptic💙💚 (@cycleoptic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport no internet on my broadband modem N19 4RN this morning yet again. Good 5G (and4G) signal. Status says “ no problems !

  • speedfox_uk speedfox (@speedfox_uk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Will the GoRoam list of countries remain the same, or are you going to whittle them down bit by bit. Actually thinking of upgrading before Oct1 on the back of this, but it won't be worth it if you start taking countries off the list.

  • Guybrush747 Guybrush T. (@Guybrush747) reported

@brambles21 @uk_domain_names @ThreeUK Very much my sentiment as well. Contract expires in Jan 2022 and GoRoam was about the major feature why I kept with them. If we have to pay roaming now, then that removes the single biggest reason I was a loyal customer for a number of years.

  • oxomoron Apneaboy💙 (@oxomoron) reported

@KayBurley @ThreeUK If you throw enough **** around, eventually some of it will stick.

  • andyhart 𝙷𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚢 (@andyhart) reported

@ThreeUKSupport LS14 5JZ - I know I’m not having any issues as I also have a Three mobile, which works fine, unless Home Broadband works on a completely different network or something?

  • cycleoptic cycleoptic💙💚 (@cycleoptic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Back now without doing anything. This to a recurring problem, good 5G signal, but no internet connection Why haven’t you fixed the problem ? Why doesn’t your status show a problem on the network ?

  • CHARLIElion15 the london trucker #VOTELABOUR (@CHARLIElion15) reported

So dissapointedwith @ThreeUK bringing in roaming charges,i have been a customer for 30+ yrs and with never less then 3 contracts running.there is no need for these charges its just greed.i will now as contracts end be moving to another network. So sad☹

  • sparesoprano Dr Eleanor Smith (@sparesoprano) reported

@iestyn_davies @ThreeUK Wtf! They had free roaming before it was an EU thing - pillocks

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@crazy_cremello @SBmarketing1999 @ThreeUK O2 is the only main network that has no roaming charges. They even offer roaming in 75 countries if you’re on the right plan.

  • rebhalp Rebecca (@rebhalp) reported

@ronaldopatrizio @ThreeUK Oh no. We're with Smarty which uses Three network - mind you we won't be going away for a little while until restrictions ease up so won't affect us for a while. Plus I tend not to use phone much when out and about on holiday, and just use hotel wifi.
