Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

I live in the most populous part of the UK, yet either constantly lose signal or have none to start with. I've passed my 14-day cooling off period, so am now stuck for 23 months. Absolutely appalling service.

As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. Itโs working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.
