    @ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

    @ThreeUK What a joke. You can’t for some reason enable roaming. I try to cancel my contract. I get bombarded with 35 minutes of pointless questions on your chat. I finally get told I will get my PAC…by SMS. I CANT ACCESS MY NUMBER AS I AM ROAMING!!!! #SpecialLevelOfIneptness

    @ThreeUKSupport without a doubt the worst phone providers I've ever had to deal with. I had to buy the recurring unlimited monthly data plan since you don't have a clue what you are doing. I expect to be able to cancel it the following month with no issues. Morons

    @ThreeUKSupport All I’m trying to do is upgrade about two months early and being pushed from pillar to post. Even in store the support was abysmal with nobody being able to upgrade me. Nearly 3 weeks in. With no reason other than it’s being escalated and need to make it to the next level

    @ThreeUKSupport No signal whatsoever since Wednesday, just returned from Ireland and still no signal. My friends and boyfriend who also are three clients are not facing any issue.
