-
Adam Crawford (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England@iansteele @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom You deserve better than that as you’ve been a customer since 2003.
-
David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so it's a device restriction not a network restriction ?
-
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.
-
Ian Parsons (@I_R_P_1977) reported from Kelston, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK there’s been poor and non existent 3/4g where I live for more than 2 weeks. Do I get a reduced tariff? I have phones and 4g broadband which is providing no service…. I’m paying for something which isn’t useable… help.

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
-
paradisepooches (@sambri7) reported@ThreeUK why is your coverage so terrible in 2026?????

-
TheYellingKitty. (@TheYellingKitty) reported@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK what’s going on in the HU1 area with your network because it’s ****** been over 12 hours now I better be getting some kind of compensation for this
-
William Stavely (@william_stavely) reported@ThreeUKSupport you are obstructing us leaving your failing Internet service. Your Indian "help" centre has hung up calls & kept me on endless hold. Obstructing cancellation is contrary to OFCOM regulatory requirements. Reading this? Then avoid 3!
-
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticianz) reported@Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
-
Cookie (@jamescookdev) reportedWhy is dealing with @ThreeUK such a massive ballache? Cancelled home broadband 2 weeks ago. Supposed to receive instructions from DPD on how to return the router. Nothing ever arrived. I will be charged if they don't receive it back. Tried to speak to them through live chat today. Takes forever to bypass the chatbot and and speak to a real person and when you finally get someone they reply so slowly it takes forever to sort anything out. Session times out while I'm busy trying to get some actual work done (that's how slow they are to reply). Website logs me out. I lose all the progress I've made. Try and log back in and their site is broken. Just ******* shoot me now.
-
graham k roberts (@k_n_gk1970) reported@ThreeUK dont bother with this company, if you have a device plan, if you set up agreements, you pay the agreement an dthe this months device plan online in one go, you still fail the agreement somehow and still owe last months bill, clown company, i was with them since 2008 gonna leave
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Sharon Lewis (@punt_sharon) reported@ThreeUKSupport Please advice who I contact regarding signal failure it has been ridiculous for a week I swear I will sue you for incompetency and stress Please advice who my solicitor rights to Because under the consumer act I am entitled to a good service or compo
