    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    Finally, both me and @ashleighjane are off long, 24 month mobile contracts and on a SIM only plan. Been a customer with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for over 9 years, always 24 month contracts. But as we outright own the latest iPhone’s we don’t need to upgrade or have a contract!

    @ThreeUK received message a couple of weeks ago saying you were carry out work in our area. Ever since our signal strength has weakened and data connection is hopeless, keeps dropping out.

    @ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

    What the hell @ThreeUK no network in Cambridge when I really needed it yesterday. Still down today. Three@Home also down. As far as I can tell, nothing, I mean nothing, is functional at the moment. I have two accounts, two devices, zero service, two locations. Seriously. FIX IT

    @ThreeUKSupport So when your network status says “no problems” that’s not really correct? If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time. Will the problem just shift to another mast (with knock-ons to my coverage) on 23/8??

    @PlumSherbet @ThreeUKSupport I’ve checked their website and it’s saying that there aren’t any local problems in the area. Have you tried resetting your network settings? What phone are you using at the moment? Have you tried your Sim in another phone to see if that does the trick?

    Advise anyone with a Three Mobile Account to check their statements for accuracy. Fraudulent @ThreeUK continue to overcharge and know of many others with the same issue. Hate to think how much money they make from unknowing customers. @TradeStandards keep an 👁

    That's it... I'm done with @SMARTYMobileUK , they have amazing contracts, great deals and customer reps... But their signal and service is absolutely terrible. The @ThreeUK network is horrific. I rarely have service even in the middle of cities. Off back to @EE again.

    @ThreeUKSupport …of network improvements and because the customer service I’ve received via Twitter being great. But honestly, the inability to be able to send a text message when I’m in a shop or any indoor setting is infuriating. Three never used to be anywhere near this bad

    Called @ThreeUK customer care from my mobile handset, the lady couldn't hear me, due to bad signal.. Calling from London, UK. Presumably one of the major capital cities of the world. Amazing , isn't it? #NoSignal #NoCoverage
