@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

Hi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK , your agents forced me to have £5 monthly contract as I asked just pay as you go. Then I have £80 bill because exceed calls without any warning at all. Your customer service is the worst one in the UK. You put a trap and got the money. Well done.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete - B24 9JD. Have spoken to support and restarted router again. I'm getting average of 20mb. that's not what I usually get. usually get 300mb. Something isn't right surely. Router lights flash red/yellow for 5g and 4g. Support says there's nothing wrong

@ThreeUKSupport I used to have unlimited contract for £23. Then was no longer needed it and called the customer service and one of your colleague insisted and forced for £5 contract as I just asked for pay as you go. It is totally unfair to charge £80 for couple of calls and refused for refund.
