    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

    ..but @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport didn't notify me via email (which they had) that they were about to terminate my contract + put me in debt with termination fees or sell my account/data to another company. if they had contacted me, i obviously would have told them my circumstances

    @ThreeUKSupport 1.) when I first signed up a few years ago my contract run down, I was with 02 previous and once phone had paid off you’d just pay network charges, not with 3, continued to pay the full £40 per month for like 4gb data and minutes, probably the equivalent to £10 contract

I was talking into staying by a very nice customer service chap, £10pm sim only, only to discover I’d started using more data, add a few bolts on etc, all ok, then I discover you actually do a bolt for say 12gb which was actually cheaper then the 2 bolts on that I was paying

    @ThreeUKSupport Only to find out after the phone had arrived, that I had actually set up and new contract, so now I have x2 three contract, if one wasn’t bad enough, 2 hours on live chat and phone call, they say I shouldn’t have been offered that deal as it’s for new customers
