    @ThreeUK I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

    Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

    @ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

    @JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

    @ThreeUK My contract ends on January 19th. I have 2 choices from my pov. 1. Cancel & change to another supplier. 2. Continue as now WITHOUT entering into another contract. I will go with (2) if this is OK. Otherwise I will go with (1). What is best from your end.

    Awful experience upgrading this time. @ThreeUK really need to review their customer service. Paid an early upgrade fee two months ago and still no phone. It’s now past the date of a normal upgrade with £0 fee but still getting charged. 👎🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport OK. And after being back yesterday, it's gone again. It worked briefly this morning but has now failed and will not restart. Can you contact me via dm to discuss this further. There should be no problems here as we have never had any before - why suddenly is it not working.

    @ThreeUK hi my mobile data isn't working at all. It just says 'no service' at the top of my phone. I tried calling 333 but it automatically fails, checked the network coverage and it should be fine really, restarted my phone, my bills been paid help ASAP

I spoke to someone before Xmas who said you'd received the mifi on 10th December and now I've just got x2 letters telling me it's not received and that I have an o/s amount on my account. So has it been received or not?! Sick to death of your Network!

    @ThreeUK Offered an upgrade dearer than the deal for a new customer! Then did an upgrade on 24th due for delivery today... apparently DPD have 752 phones in a backlog .... won’t be delivered until 15th! after 40 mins online chat and 8 mins on to canx for my 3 accounts, cut off!
