@JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

You know there is an issue when switching to 3G, your speeds are much faster - on 4G Im lucky if I get 1.5Mbps Down & - Certainly not the service I am paying for - Despite complaining

@ThreeUKSupport In all honesty I tried to say my last goodbye to my family pet today and it let me down again. Sure you can understand my anger at Three. It’s not the sim I’ve always had same one. I lived abroad with no probs as three uses another networks signal. But back in UK it’s dire man.
