Ok so @ThreeUK does broadband in theory and it’s cheap. But the new modems only connects to 4G so in our case we’re left using our old device and sim. And don’t just don’t ever, ever try to talk to someone in their customer service department…

@TicketmasterCS Yes tried that and also tried joining queue from Ticketmaster as said just need to enter code from 3 and neither websites are working. Everytime I get through and Ticketmaster nothing happens (I added an image on original tweet) and @ThreeUK the app not working again either
