-
Robert J.E. Simpson (@avalard) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland
I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.
-
Tomás Fleming (@Tomasfleming67) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Paul A (@paulnorniron) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@ThreeUKSupport I'll try that. What is the issue anyway? I haven't had an issue in years, yet for the last while back its been woeful!
-
Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

@ThreeUKSupport My contract was never downgraded and I have just received a bill that is double what it should have been. This has been after numerous calls and live chats at the beginning of January
-

@ThreeUKSupport I have had contracts with you for over 10 years, I have recently downgraded to SIM only and it has been nothing but problems and being overcharged

-
Fiona Dick (@Fiona_Dick) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland
@ThreeUKSupport so annoyed at your online customer service. 3 days I’ve been on the chat, no one has sorted yet even though this is due to an issue with your website that I can’t automatically do it online. Apparently my surname isn’t appropriate...

-
James Garfield (@jrbgarfield) reported
@dshensmith @ThreeUK I"d second the **** signal part. What's more, if you leave, you're then perpetually bombarded with calls from a myriad of different anonymous numbers offering you Three deals.
-
Anton Martin (@Anton_Martin_EU) reported
@ThreeUK Are you mad ? I never singed up a for new number
-
looking in (@stephen_sjb) reported
@dshensmith @ThreeUK It is doubly disturbing that someone with a legal mind like yours gets caught up in this. These things are my worst nightmare - they just short-circuit my brain.
-
You Were Lucky (@you_were_lucky) reported
@dshensmith @ThreeUK Similar story with EE. I bought a product about 9 years ago but returned it because it didn't work. They still billed me. I refused to pay (a few £). They sold the debt to a debt collector, and 9 years later I still get emails asking me if I need help to get out of debt.
-
Boxer dog... (@MarleyBoxer14) reported
@dshensmith @ThreeUK @EE To be honest I don’t know of a decent mobile Company in the UK. I have tried all of them, they are equally as bad as each other. But as normal us British don’t say a word and put up with appalling customer service but pay the price.
-
Ernie Wise's Wig (@erniewiseswig) reported
@dshensmith @ThreeUK Why don't you do a class action for every three customer.
