    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Not a chance Stephie. I expect you to be busier than normal but service at the minute is shocking. I’m looking at upgrading my phone very soon and with what has gone on I may have to look elsewhere which I don’t really want to do being a customer of yours for years.

    @ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.

    Updated my pay monthly sim plan today with @ThreeUK. Was on Unlimited data and texts + 200 mins for £18 a month. Had been on it since 2015. Then hang on 🤨 Today I saw they were offering Unlimited data, texts and calls for £20 a month! No brainier.

    @ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that before. Im pretty confident it’s not my phone it’s your service. Three has already admitted my signal is poor at home, I have a discount to my bill every month as you know this is an ongoing issue. Other 3 users are noticing, and telling you, the same.

    @ThreeUKSupport No it doesnt! ANY use of @Huawei means that I would not be able trust the network! The simple fact is under Chinese law the company must provide information to the Chinese security services no matter what assurances they make to other governments or companies! That’s unacceptable

    @Three_Is_Broken on hold on an important call while heading home. I finally get though after 25 mins on hold. Soon as I get back up my way my signal pretty much disappears and I get disconnected!! @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I've tried to stay positive but this is ***************!

    @ThreeUKSupport They said they had added a case to the account or something. They didn’t tell me when it would be delivered. They just said to check back in 24-48 hence my confusion. Every time I called yesterday I got cut off too. I never have an issue but this hasn’t been straightforward.

    @ThreeUK you should be ashamed of your customer care, over the last 4 weeks I’ve spoken to 4 different so called customer care reps, had 4 promises of a refund of £519 that you owe me for a under warranty repair. I am now forced to take you to the small claims court.

    @Ofcom @ThreeUK don't help, either. Even charging me an extra £5 a month because I'm can't pay by direct debit. @VodafoneUK on the other hand, helped me out in such a way I honestly do not have words to express how much they saved my life; they bent over backwards to #MakeItRight
