Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUKSupport No it doesnt! ANY use of @Huawei means that I would not be able trust the network! The simple fact is under Chinese law the company must provide information to the Chinese security services no matter what assurances they make to other governments or companies! That’s unacceptable
-
Andrew (@Bigglesdaf) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUK no service for calls or internet in BL8 or BL9 post codes, cannot make or receive calls, send texts or use internet although I have received a couple of texts from non iPhone friends those with iPhones are unable to text me!
-
Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England@stevelitchfield @ThreeUK Lucky you. There has never been any mobile data here a few miles out of Preston and probably never will be with it being a council estate. Network operators are not going to invest in an area unless they're going to get some ROI.
-
cooper Anderson (@cooperA86682798) reported from Great Harwood, England@ThreeUK never had as shockingly bad service! Fuming! Nobody even trying to help! All I want to do is upgrade my 2 phone contracts and handsets!.. shower of shite! The attitude in the Accrington store flippant beyond belief

-
Giraffe 🦒 (@jo09xx) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUKSupport Me either, considering 3 is major phone company yet can't put me through to the correct department or answer a phone successfully...I don't want to explain this long winded issue over chat...I want a phonecall to speak to someone who can sort this out.
-
Sian (@Sianh10) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, EnglandSon very unhappy as @ThreeUK saying he has to wait 30 days to transfer his number from one @ThreeUK account to another. Makes no sense, would have been better off changing to a diff network.
-
Debbra Watson (@DebbraJaneCakes) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in U.K. order @AppleSupport IPhone 12 Pro Max a 5G phone that requires a 5G sim only to not receive one and when I ask why in told “You don’t have 5G in your postcode so don’t require a 5G sim! Really? People move about!!

-
Adrian H Beeby (@AdrianBeeby) reported from Chorley, England@ThreeUK Data is as ‘okay’ if you could ever get a signal but then prices got crazy. What a nightmare giving notice was - the call operators just won’t give in and let you simply cancel. Moved to @giffgaff and been happy ever since. @giffgaff you are awesome.
-
Gabriel Varaljay (@GabrielVaraljay) reported from Accrington, England@ThreeUKSupport Now I have to wait until 21st of March and there is no solution: no extras to buy. There is no logic.

Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported from Bury, England@ThreeUK making it real easy as an existing customer to upgrade. Two different early upgrade fees, two different tariff costs, and three different level of tariffs to choose from. My options couldn't be put on an email, and it's not online. How can I make an informed choice? 🤔
-
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down
-
Jim Bailey (@TheJamesBailey) reported from Chorley, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m not sure to be honest. It’s not like it’s the worst thing, butnit is an inconvenience, and it’s annoying that I don’t know why 😂 the mystery haunts me!

JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reported@ThreeUK why do I get calls everyday from +44 20 3504 5286 just one of the numbers asking me about if I’m satisfies with your network?
-
Ariel Online (@justarieldotcom) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
