soph v. 1.8 (@sophb66) reported@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I am hoping you can help me, I was DM BT yesterday about my incredibly slow wifi and I got one reply then nothing...the fact is my WiFi test said my speed was fine but actually it was lagging. I recently recontracted and I swear my speeds are slower now than before!
