why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk sort out the scammers 01683477381 and 02083552688 both numbers claiming to be BT and there is suspicious activity and will be cut off immediately unless I press 1 No chance of me doing that as not BT customer

@bt_uk Hi, they just kept messing up my order and this is the reason for all the delays. My internet is terrible and because of them, I have to wait an additional 2.5 weeks for fibre.

@bt_uk I’m interested in your broadband and getting a disc to extend the WiFi. With another ISP we’ve had to use 2 discs to get WiFi into our study. Do BT support this too?

@bt_uk my mother has had 6 spam calls this morning. She spoke to 3 different members of your staff trying to remove the number from your online phone book (having been told before she is not on it- she is). No one knows how to remove the number. Pls help. Completely ridiculous.
