why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk I've tried several times to have the issue assessed but it never progresses anywhere after the initial tests because BT always claims there's no fault when there obviously is.

@bt_uk They told me many of my neighbours had had local IPS issues (all with other providers) & offered me better speeds if I switched to you...... V.frustrating #customerexperience to be given the runaround, sales promises & a fragmented service @bt_uk it's not instilling confidence 😔
