why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Used the tests the bt website performs using laptop on windows 10 this problem has been going on for months and I’m at the point of possibly leaving bt for another provider

@bt_uk I am currently getting less than half my connection speed but your 24/7 support centre is not open and the Speedtest says I have a billing issue when I don’t. I swear you have never set me up properly. #Useless

@bt_uk I did after 3 attempts waiting nearly a hour each time. I gave in on the first attempt, second attempt spoke to a advisor who put me back in the cue and on the third attempts when I actually spoke to someone they didn’t really help much. My service is up and running now tho

@bt_uk What do you mean by complete wifi product? I have BT Broadband, shouldn’t you guarantee wifi whatever product a customer has? If not, what have I paid for for 18 months?

@bt_uk Hi, I'm able to access the app but the TV was the issue. Constant dropping out so I can't watch BT sport, apps on TV unavailable. My point is pre fibre I never had issues and the WiFi was strong. Since, it's gone downhill for me
