why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

This @bt_uk EE Hub they provided can give me 15 up and my home internet gives me worse. A 30 Minute 6 gig file is taking 45mins to upload, normally that would be 8 hours. It's why I never do longfrom content anymore. Man I WISH I had this upload all the time.

@bt_uk no internet, again, since 9am this morning. Absolute joke considering I work from home. Tried to ring you, no answer, tried to text, you don’t recognise. Paying for a shocking service. Same thing happened in September. What you going to do about it?

@bt_uk your engineer damaged our house leaning the ladder up against the down pipe. Water has poured into our house. You fobbed us off and took zero responsibility when called. Sort it out!

@bt_uk Understood. As I said - there’s an older population in Leuchars - so you’ve potentially got a lot of over 70s that aren’t as able to do online support or be willing to sit waiting for 50 minutes - who are effectively cut off.
