  why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  @bt_uk what an absolute joke of a company you are. You come out to replace the telephone pole, break it, and then can’t even offer a way to directly get someone out to fix it! Potentially 3 days with no internet now because your call centre will only help if the pole is damaged!

  @bt_uk There are no considerable issues, you and Openreach can't do what you promised. What superpowers do you have thinking you can do anything? Get Philip Jansen involved instead of hiding away, he's the CEO and doesn't give a toss, but likes to take payments from me.

  @bt_uk Your Full Fibre broadband is not fit for purpose. The drop off from room to room is ridiculous. I couldn’t even get 1mpbs in my sons room today. Both of my kids are begging that I go back to @VodafoneUK Your solution is to get me to pay even more money for complete wifi!

  @btbusinesscare Absolutely appalling customer service. 18 months of sheer hell with BT Business. Our clients have at times lost all phone line connection due to their inadequacy. Shame on you BT for your appalling service £1000,s lost in revenue for our small business

  @bt_uk Rita, as I established in my first contact I do not have access to my landline number. Can I provide you a postcode instead? This is not an issue with me specifically, so I do not want to provide you my details. All I want to know is when the internet in London N8 will be fixed
