    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Still, after a month @bt_uk you have not resolved the issue with my father’s broadband so they are unable to watch tv. I am exhausted with repeatedly phoning you and nothing gets resolved. Utterly appalling. My parents are 90 years old and housebound yet you treat them this way.

    @bt_uk hiya, once again the service from our hub is intermittent, the other day you acknowledged the service isn't up to standard in my area and cheekily offered a more expensive service. Sort it out!

    @TwoSoulRickRoll @LFCRedRobbo @bt_uk Already told you that... 1. They aren't the Government's kids. 2. It's ultimately the tax payer who is paying. 3. It's not resolving the root cause of the problem, it will just enable more generations of fcukwits to breed and not own the consequences... it really isn't hard!

    Trying to contact @BTBusiness for 2 weeks! Emails, phone calls! No answer!!! Absolute joke. Worst customer ’service’ I’ve ever experienced. Overcharging us again! Never responding, line now working, internet not working! Do NOT use BT @bt_uk @BTGroup

    Thanks so much to @bt_uk and their #Openreach operator who cut the internet connection to the street (cutting indiscriminate wires apparently) without any notice while I was on an important work call. What exquisite service 👏🤬
