why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@btsport I see your charging again for another ufc event. Time to cancel. Sick and tired of this now. It was the main reason I got the channel now all the decent fights go on pay per view. Disgusting.

@bt_uk Threatening to charge her for a router she has never received, she has made multiple phone calls and wasted lots of time since March trying to sort this yet still the emails persist. Latest one today says your adding £43 to her bill. Unbelievable incompetence, awful service

@Cover4Caravans @btsport Seems you can only cancel when contract is nearly up or they charge you for cancelling I phoned them then got pestered back from them to stay eventually got it half price for a year , it's still crap but cheaper crap .

@Cover4Caravans @btsport Same problem with Virgin. Packages arent value for money. Being forced to keep the TV package and the phoneline I dont use just to get a 'reasonable' price for broadband 🙄

@CloudsAndShit @JasonClauson @bt_uk A better solution is to limit what your child can see or do. There are many child filters and software that allows you as a parent to decide. Not a company deciding for you.

@TyTalksTechblog @JasonClauson @bt_uk So whilst i definitely do not advocate for unmonitored access for your children (seriously, at least sort out monitoring so you know exactly what they are doing) the issue lies within culture, not the individual Monitoring is a bandaid, lets fix the wound and cut the toxicity
