why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Apologies to our customers for slow responses. After 5 days we are still without broadband because @BTBusiness terminated our broadband without any warning because someone told them to!!(Not us)This has massively impacted our business and we still have no update. @btbusinesscare

I work permanent nights I tend to wake up at stupid o'clock and enjoy watching live American sports that's on around that time just woke up hoping to watch some NBA and nothing again from the so called home of the NBA @SkySportsNBA why @btsport has CBB every night multiple games

Hi @bt_uk my internets gone down. No faults on the line. When my router boots it blinks purple for a few seconds then orange. Not sure what’s going on?

@bt_uk I left bt cuz their internet was so **** it would keep disconnecting while upstairs. Also if you have now tv that hardly ever works with Bt. Now back with virgin media and no problems
