why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@WhoStu @BTCare Just ran a speedtest, worse than I though 0.8 download and 0.6 upload. This is ridiculous! Poor kids cant do homeschooling, its an absolute nonsense

@bt_uk been trying to discuss my final bill on the phone for over an hour. Been passed through to 4 different people and then eventually just got the phone put down on me. Poor customer service

Right.......I would like to SPEAK to a member of the @EE customer service team to discuss why I can’t access my free 3 month trial for @btsport . I left @EE because after 23 + years I was still not valued! Just terrible service

@btbusinesscare @BTnocare So @btbusinesscare I slightly got my dates wrong. Unsurprising given the frustration I have! But Manashi’s update today is ‘still no update’. You have until 6th Jan before I make a final decision on this appalling level of ‘service’

@bt_uk When will you make the effort and flipping find out what’s wrong with our internet so we don’t have to sit using 4g because your internet STILL doesn’t work. I’m sick to death with you brushing it under the carpet saying it’s nothing, WE CAN SEE IT’S BROKEN

@bt_uk why do a mail drop for a service that doesn’t exist? Seems illegal, stupid, and a waste of money. And on top of it all, you just annoy potential customers. Seems like you don’t really care for your customers - must be a value of @bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi Claire, I had a BT Sport account that was open but never used. My son wanted me to add my EE BT sport benefit to my BT sport account so he could watch the football on Saturday night and when I finally logged on, it showed the someone else’s details
