    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk how long is it supposed to take for the FAULT helpline to get back to you? Had the full day with zero internet, hub won’t stop flashing purple and I’ve had zero response or help back? Can’t reach guaranteed speeds and now can’t get any internet at all

    @bt_uk no broadband all day due to your problems, online it tells us the fault is resolved..it isn't! Your support messaging service has had me waiting for 20 mins.. Good job I don't have to work from home tomorrow 🙄

    @Ki80619507Colin @UlsterRugby @btsport Leinster are one of the best teams in Europe. For some reason we go to **** when we lose Cooney in big games. Think we would have won had he stayed on the pitch last week. We did well last year against the big hitters. Today was down to the bad prep that was out of their control

    @bt_uk like it and lump it and just wait for it to be fixed or pay more for halo so I can get internet access that I’m already paying for. I accept down times of a few days to maybe a week but a month when working from home and going over the Christmas period is just insane

    @bt_uk Thank you for the courtesy of a response I assume @OpenreachHelp will not openly admit to not scheduling an engineer to the exchange for the 20 days or so since it was diagnosed as such. FYI I live in a normal house surrounded by people enjoying uninterrupted service
