why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk is bt some sort of elaborate scam .Half the time your internet doesn’t work and the other half of the time the internet speed is slow .You also have to pay way more than the other providers . Is your network down ? #internetdown #NOTTINGHAM

@bt_uk can you help, my elderly, vulnerable parents in law switched to the unhelpful Sky who didn’t transfer the phone number as requested, which they’ve had over 50 years. @BTSopenreach said to contact original people number came from to have it reinstated. Please & thank you!
