  why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  @bt_uk Hi, my old 4K box stopped working (recording functionality) you sent me a replacement which doesn’t work, is dead, I then paid for a bt box pro which works apart from doesn’t show 4K bt sport channel (I am paying for), sent me a replacement which has the same issue

  My mum told @bt_uk she was moving house on 1 Sept a month in advance of her move. Since she's moved in she's had no phone or broadband & no resolution. She's elderly & vulnerable, lives alone & can't use a mobile phone.

  @bt_uk Hi Jordan. We’ve spoken to numerous people over the past 48 hours but unfortunately no. We’ve got a priority appointment on the telephone exchange which would be great in theory but it still doesn’t help as the line has not been connected to the pole.
