    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

    Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

    @bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen
