why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for an engineer for high fibre BT, 5 confirming msgs to make sure we are in, followed by a no show engineer! 1.5 hrs calling customer service and now informed it will take 5 weeks to get the right cable! Unacceptable.

@CameramanAlan Yeh update on 18th April broke connection between 5G and 2.5G devices on the network. Took me a while to figure out why printer and HomePod no longer worked - Bt hub update broke it. @bt_uk please roll back firmware ASAP

@bt_uk There’s a Priority Services Register for gas/elec and I’ve been advised that there’s something similar for broadband suppliers. I need to make sure that they will be prioritised for repairs should there be issues as they rely on their broadband e.g. calling for help in a fall. Ta
