why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@Duckeenie @bt_uk yea my dads in bd21 hes had it for 3 weeks, Internet is shocking 10mbps downloads his channels pixelate. Ruined the boxing for us as a family last night, had 3 engineers, 1 didn't turn up they refuse to admit there's a issue in the area. My brother same lives on same street too

@bt_uk How do I cancel an engineer visit? It was booked for me late Friday evening but the fault seems to have resolved. I've tried calling and can't find any way to do through my online account. Can you help?
