why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

@bt_uk Was set to move to FTTH on 21st May and early morning they cut my FTTC connection even before the Fibre ONT was installed and later found an issue with fibre install. Now without broadband and assured copper will work next day. Empty promises, worst company to deal with

@bt_uk All the items in the sent folder of my @btinternet.com account have literally all disapeared apart from the most recent four that I have sent since Wednesday 18 May. This is the same whether accessing on an imap client on iPhone or via the BT website via a browser. Help!
