    @Princess2Fiona @bt_uk No problem. It's snowing here, so maybe that's having a knock on to Wi-Fi in some areas.

  • Nyishaaargh Enemarr (@Nyishaaargh) reported

    @bt_uk Hi Kelly, the issue is (as advised by every engineer that's ever visited) that we're too far away from the greenbox in town so FTTP is the only solution (short of a closer box installed) It's insanely slow.. now even moreso due to Lockdown

  • onedartlloyd Phil Lloyd (@onedartlloyd) reported

    @bt_uk I closed my account early it was that bad! Customer service was crap, wifi was crap. 4 engineers out, they were crap. Joined Virgin instead... They are crap too

  • resonatmortis resonatmortis (@resonatmortis) reported

    Hi @bt_uk I’ve reported a broken cable twice and been told that someone would be out to fix it within 48 hours. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and it’s still just dangling there, swaying in the wind. Any chance someone could secure it before it does any damage?

  • Princess2Fiona Princess 👑 Fiona (@Princess2Fiona) reported

    My Internet has gone unstable again. It's the copper wire connection in the road. I may be offline for long periods. @bt_uk are very good about fixing it, but limited by what they can do with 40 yr-old infrastructure. I absolutely depend on broadband. No mobile signal here. 1/2

  • jamiecaines2 jamie caines (@jamiecaines2) reported

    @bt_uk my hub has randomly gone orange does this mean there’s a problem in my area or does it do it for maintenance sometimes?

  • InnoBystander Innocent Bystander (@InnoBystander) reported

    @Steptoesyard @btsport saw 3 or 4 tweets having issues - but seems ok now....weird one, never seen just BT channels go down before...

  • TheBluesTalk1 The Blues Talk (@TheBluesTalk1) reported

    @bt_uk Fix your wifi

  • amandacatling Amanda Catling 💙 (@amandacatling) reported

    @bt_uk Thanks for update. 12/1. Another 4 days. why so slow? That is nearly 3 weeks. Cannot believethis is the service level you are working to. Not great customer service. Can you provide a 4G hub to give us something? Other I know have been given this when there is no service?

  • DanRear1 Sixthe6furySix (@DanRear1) reported

    @bt_uk No problem. It was more a question regarding anything I can do to buy a ps5 through BT, apparently this is a good place for current customers to buy one once back in stock? Thanks for the reply
