The latest in the ongoing, and frankly unbelievable saga, between myself and @bt_uk sees them keep me on hold before simply cutting me off. Weve had over a week of no Internet, unfulfilled promises of return calls, unfulfilled promises of service restoration, and an approach to

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

I mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. But @bt_uk have taken it to a new level. So @westcountrybird , clinically vulnerable in these strange times, will have to continue going

  • HarryWatson63 Harry Watson (@HarryWatson63) reported from Chippenham, England

@feastsandfables @bt_uk This brings back so many frustrating memories of a year or so ago when we experienced similar problems with BT. It prompted a move to another provider. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

  • HarryWatson63 Harry Watson (@HarryWatson63) reported from Chippenham, England

@feastsandfables @bt_uk I think we both know that the measure of effective service provision is fault finding and fix time. Effective customer communication being paramount. Anyone can sail a ship on a calm sea.

  • melodiouscode melodiouscode (@melodiouscode) reported from Bristol, England

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

  • fastfastmike Mike Ryan (@fastfastmike) reported

@bt_uk 5g is now available in my area but I can't have it as I'm in a handset contract and need sim only. £500 to cancel early to get this is appalling

  • chriswatson187 Chris1878 (@chriswatson187) reported

@btsport commentator at it again. " #Leeds currently beating one of the #Big6 " Just drop this meaningless ****.

  • fordytrainman Fordy (@fordytrainman) reported

@gimme_shelter20 @bt_uk @bt_uk appalling customer service, 82 year old Father inlaw duped into longer contract after 5 years with them. And want over £300 to be released. This is abuse of the elderly, avoid these cowboys like the plague

  • gfrancie gfrancie (@gfrancie) reported

@bt_uk We don't have internet because your folks came out to switch the lines again b/c someone else had the bad line. It is raining and it doesn't work w/the faulty line. Your company needs to install another box in my village so everyone has a good line.

  • gfrancie gfrancie (@gfrancie) reported

@bt_uk No one can come out until Monday to fix this. I work from home so your faulty infrastructure impedes upon my work. (esp. as I can't work in a cafe as there is a pandemic.)

  • salodge10 Scott Lodge (@salodge10) reported

None of you ever analyse hojbjerg, he has been so poor for so long, his mistakes far outweigh his good points, most notably when dier tells him to mark bamford moments before he scores, then his work rate to get back for the 3rd goal, so poor, @rioferdy5 @mrjakehumphrey @btsport

  • fordytrainman Fordy (@fordytrainman) reported

@bt_uk @CharlieRiggall @bt_uk appalling customer service, 82 year old Father inlaw duped into longer contract after 5 years with them. And want over £300 to be released. This is abuse of the elderly, avoid these cowboys like the plague

  • kasima5016 Kasim ali (@kasima5016) reported

@bt_uk your broadband has to be worst iv ever had to deal with! Always dropping

  • gfrancie gfrancie (@gfrancie) reported

Attempting to figure out the problem with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp and the real truth is they need to put in another box. All they ever do is switch wires about so someone else has the bad line.

  • gfrancie gfrancie (@gfrancie) reported

@bt_uk What can we do about providing compensation to the village as we all pay a considerable amount of money for a product that doesn't entirely work. Every week your company is sending someone out to to give someone else the bad line. Why not save time/energy w/another box.
