    So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

    Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

    @KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

    @bt_uk The BTTV box has once again lost all of the aerial channels. That was first thing this morning and still it’s not retuning. I have been trying to cancel my BTTV account for the last 2 Months but haven’t been able to get through to cancel.

    @bt_uk By are lying rip off scum, £80 a mth I was paying for there so called top broadband it’s total rubbish now with sky. Got sky tv with multi screen, 4 screen Netflix, the new sky Q boxes and a unlimited broadband that’s at least 4 times faster than Bt was has has never gone of yet.
