VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk wondering if there are broadband issues in London? Mine went off about 6pm, no troubleshooting brought it back and cables are all fine.

@bt_uk Waited over half an hour on the phone. You can’t cancel my contract today, has to be tomorrow. So tomorrow I am expected to yet again probably hold for an age. Great customer service @bt_uk

@bt_uk Been trying since 9am to get someone to answer the phone. Disgusting service so my next step will be to cancel everything and go elsewhere and just so you know, I have all the evidence of the nightmare you've put me through for the last 3 months so i won't be paying exit fees.

@bt_uk They knew what they were coming here for and everyone knows what time it gets dark. If they weren’t going to turn up in time to do the job before it got dark then that’s poor planning. I am not rearranging the appointment, I have cancelled my contract as it’s not been activated.

@bt_uk NEARLY 7 hours of calls today with BT!!!!!!!!!! Passed around to every department with bad connections and then back to the start on hold! After BT have incorrectly cancelled my account 7 HOURS!!!!!b
