VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

  • JaseIves Jase Ives 🐝🐝 (@JaseIves) reported from Grimsby, England

@RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

@bt_uk I raised a complaint when I found out an engineer would not visit for 13 days, so no internet for that time. Sent a message just now stating my complaint has been closed, but with no explanation as to why. I’m certainly not happy at the moment.

  • CarlBro36701741 Carl Brown (@CarlBro36701741) reported

@bt_uk reported a fault with my internet today. Engineer only available on 23rd Aug. How in this day and age can this happen? I wfh, how can a 4g Mini Hub substitute for BT500 for 2 weeks. Typical lack of Customer Service.

  • KimberlyOram1 Kimberly Oram (@KimberlyOram1) reported

@Bt_uk complained regarding your breach of data & privacy usage. Will be escalating this to @OmbudServices refused escalation by your complaint manager today. Unacceptable. Fed up of you wasting resources and time. Small business needs support not profiteering.

@bt_uk Hi I've been a customer for ages. I'm out of contract & want to change to a different deal. When I rang yesterday, your advisor said she couldn't give me what I can see on BT online & told me to put deal I wanted in my basket. Tried but it comes up as £28 difference! Why?
