    VAR..today itโ€™s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

    Give @bt_uk a slow hand clap for messing up my email password - I made a BT ID which then said incorrect pw on my BT email account so I changed it - then tried to log in to the new BT ID account and itโ€™s saying wrong pw too - give me strength ๐Ÿคฌ

    @bt_uk I've never set foot in Cyprus, I just used a free service on the internet that gives you free access to texts for random numbers all over the world. And it worked.

    @bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)

    Hello @bt_uk. I cancelled my broadband service BEFORE activation and within the cooling-off period. However, Iโ€™ve been incorrectly charged ยฃ33.99. This is unacceptable. If this isn't refunded immediately, I will escalate this to the Communications Ombudsman. Account number is

    @bt_uk If your take the time to check & converse with each other you would see that several people have all been in touch saying the same thing ! Obviously it is a problem your end. Giving me another reason to leave

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told itโ€™s โ€œescalatedโ€ but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is ยฃ57 a month but a new customer can get it for ยฃ38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
