    @RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    When @bt_uk say you’ve been overpaying so I don’t have to pay for 6 months and then state that I owe £106 per month?! Absolute joke - I raise a complaint with someone but they close it straight away? I will never use this company again

    @bt_uk are an absolute JOKE. Nearly 2 months waiting for a home move transfer, complaint put in and closed as apparently sorted but now more issues!! Do not go to BT!!

    @a5h_green @bt_uk I am not shocked. You won't believe hassle I've had, spent HOURS on the phone over the past 2 month. I moved beginning of December still waiting! Was meant to be 20th Dec, then Jan 20th but now its the 27th WTF!!! This is after an active complaint that was closed! Absolute JOKE!

    @btbusinesscare I have been waiting for months to have a very problem resolved but nothing has been done. Moreover, although a payment plan has been made, BT is adding a £40 late fee payments every month. So, no I have no patience left.

    @bt_uk Don’t send an engineer out, unless it’s free. He won’t be happy to pay £85 on top of what he pays for the so called service. It is an area that needs looking at as a whole from a BT perspective. The line from the exchange had not been updated in years, that’s the problem!!

    @bt_uk Hi, The Blacklist on our BT line is full - now what - if we remove them we will get more calls still #HELP and what is done with all the numbers that get blacklisted, fake and spam companies 3 or more every day #BallAche

    @MrJohnNicolson @bt_uk I would recommend leaving BT for phone and broadband so you never have to (try to) deal with them again. @zeninternet is good with no gimmicks.

    @MPBroadhurst @BTCare In all honesty I have done two things - 1. my internet service comes from Zen and I'm on a business plan (which just means there is a maximum number of people on the same "connection" and 2. I changed from the "run the wifi through the power cables" to Google Wifi
