My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

thomas mcdade (@thomasmcdade1) reported@bt_uk Absolute con. I have complained on numerous occasions. Yes I eventually get money back but no improvement in service. BT continually blame Open Reach for the poor coverage in rural areas. Ultimately I pay the same money but do not receive the same service as people in towns.

Craig Wilkinson (@craig_wilko06) reported@bt_uk been trying to discuss my final bill on the phone for over an hour. Been passed through to 4 different people and then eventually just got the phone put down on me. Poor customer service

My complaint about BT's breach of contract went all the way to head office after contacting the OFCOM and the press. I finally managed to free myself from the contract and was refunded all the money that I was owed. Never again.
