    @bt_uk just continue to get worse. Say my house is not mine belongs to another one of their customers. Looks like their poor systems contribute to ID theft scam. Say can't do anything about it without the fraudsters consent.

    @bt_uk solution is to lie to @WeAreOpenreach to create a false reason for a visit (another 3 week delay for me) from an engineer. And hope he sorts out. They couldn't explain how because "I'm not an engineer"

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    @bt_uk unbelievable the problem according to BT is they already have a customer they are supplying at my address. Presumably providing him with false evidence he lives in my house. This is not a problem according to them.

    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    @normian100 @btsport Completely agree Norman and it’s not the first time. BT Sport, for heaven’s sake allow more time when recording the games! Also, do we really have to have an advert break at the end of every over and the fall of a wicket? Really poor production.

    @bt_uk Why is the price for new customers for Full Fibre 100 Halo 1 £39.99, but if you are an existing customer for many years, our loyalty counts for nothing as it costs us £42.99? Over a 24 month contract, that's an additional £72!!!

    @bt_uk Some channels work upstairs and not downstairs, and vice versa. Had to cancel movies as they never worked upstairs, and today tried to watch darts on sky sports upstairs and constantly freezing.
