Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk it’s gone bad again. 11 mbps. I’m paying £52 a month for a service that isn’t holding up and it’s extremely distressing. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
