@swfcsc It’s defo them that’s caused it along with @btsport paying stupid money for rights to watch it also fans that pay over the odds regardless what they charge ...footballers on stupid wages needs capping at the top I mean paying people 10-30 grand a week should be very top wage !

@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

@bt_uk I just want the Internet to work, I was kicked out of at least 4 #NHS meetings in the last week due to the connection dropping out and the box flashing purple. And this is the second time in 7 days that I have had to report the same issue.

@bt_uk Are you having a laugh wheres the small print saying you need to pay extra for this service, I'm new to BT Fibre to the home and have issues with more than one device streaming I get buffering, when I had standard copper with sky I never had an issue with wifi, work that one out
