Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

After 6 months of terrible Internet performance and even worse customer service by @virginmedia i moved to @bt_uk. Great service from BT, had my first issue this week, they responded immediately, gave me some account credit (i didn't ask), quickly fixed the issue. Well done BT 👏

No internet since yesterday lunchtime @bt_uk and no resolution. Caused by works carried out by BT yesterday down the road. Won't be fixed until Thursday - poor service when working at home

@bt_uk Yup, it was the values team I spoke to today , they said that deals not for me , there is nothing they can do for me , it's just for new customers , my deal is same speed all for £65 a month because I'm a loyal customer , my advice is to go with #zen

@bt_uk Rita…… Ive had a order placed for 7months now, but you’ve not managed to get it sorted yet so someone decided to cancel it. Told i cant do online as needs to be linked to previous order so someone can chase and maybe get me internet within a year of ordering it.
