Was told it canโt be posted which seems insane, but then to be told Iโve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.
