Seems to fix itself then we get a period of constant dropouts 20-30 times a day. We are Sky Broadband but on BT infrastructure in the village so falls to Open Reach to fault find.

Mark Taylor (@tails101) reported from Sheffield, England@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!!
