@bt_uk Hi. An 81yr old friend just had a landline call and handed it to me as he is quite deaf and I was visiting. A guy claiming to be from BT said there were problems with router and it sounded fake so I hung up

@bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@bt_uk She spoke to someone else and eventually got the add-on taken off, but they then put her through the dept who tried to flog her another 24 month contract. It's impossible to cancel an add-on without being bullied into signing up for a contract, which is appalling.

@bt_uk changed over from sky not even been 2 weeks yet and had problems every day so far on the 900 and it’s shocking been sent out mini connectors and they worked for few days now not again it’s just shocking. We had problems now and then with sky but not every day like this 🤬

@bt_uk got a problem with BT TV box, when using Netflix app through TV box the rest of the house loses WiFi, if the box is switched off WiFi comes back, box is 5 years old, not had problems since a couple of months ago, its not random, happens every time

@bt_uk The open reach website and the bt website ( along with sky, talk talk )show that various fibre products are available for my address, but for some reason I can’t upgrade from the extremely slow copper broadband package I’m on. When will I be able to order fibre?!?
