    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk I’m so disappointed that I switched broadband providers to BTopenworld 4 weeks ago and despite multiple calls/hours and promises you still can’t fix a computer fault that is capping my speed incorrectly!

    Day 8 of Broadband Hell - where there is no broadband. Service from @BT_UK horrific. WFH nightmare. Hotspot off v poor 4G signal or working at in-laws’ house 8 DAYS & counting. £52 p/m for hrs dealing with helpdesks & waiting days for yet another engineer visit. HOW MUCH LONGER?

    @weareopenreach engineer says @BT_UK prob. BT engineer says Openreach prob. Like proverbial hammer, if it aint a nail, not interested & leave. THIRD engineer visit tomorrow, ZERO confidence in resolution. PLEASE BT send someone to find the problem and fix it - not reboot router.

    @daraobriain Nope but we still have a platform to complain about poor services I. The UK @bt_uk Telegraph pole swapped outside = no broadband service and it will take 10 days to fix! All for £100+ per month!!!
