    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as Iโ€™m now unable to use the TV package that Iโ€™m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

    @rantasaurusbex @HelpSheffield @bt_uk We are in Sheffield S26 and this has been an ongoing issue on and off for a few years now. Seems to fix itself then we get a period of constant dropouts 20-30 times a day. We are Sky Broadband but on BT infrastructure in the village so falls to Open Reach to fault find.

    @bt_uk just getting into #Montalbano mood and TV freezes up. Remote control not working so panic stations. Wait a minute we have @FreeviewTV quick switch over and yippee brilliant picture and sound quality. Must use this more often.

    @bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

    So, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve been trying to cancel a line for 8 weeks. You still havenโ€™t done it. Absolutely disgraceful useless service. BT is probably the worst conglomerate in the UK
