Got a @bt_uk hub and one of the hybrid connect devices. The hybrid connect signal is v. poor, so I don't know if it'll actually be much good. I actually only wanted to get rid of BT sport, but they started giving me the hard sell... I probably should have told them to *******.

Hello @bt_uk I keep getting an automated call from 0845602111 saying it is BT's text message delivery service with a message from Parcelforce and asking me to press option 1 to hear it. Deeply skeptical that this is a genuine call. Can you advise?

@bt_uk BT have created this problem, it's unacceptable that the ball keeps getting chucked back into my son's court. This money was taken from his account without authorisation. You now have all the facts. If you're unable to rectify the problem, this will be referred to the Ombudsman.

@bt_uk Thank you, I thought so. The only problem with blocking calls like this is that my BT block list is already full. We get scam calls several times a day and I can't block any more. Why do you limit the number customers can block?
