What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.
