@bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk so I upgrade my broadband in November - £47 per month, order postponed or cancelled and no reason. Complaint raised & closed with no comment. Order resurrected by yourselves and now £65 per month & engineer visit on 1st April. Is this some April Fool?!

@England @bt_uk @JesseLingard Man United fans are the worst fans in England. They hated the guy when he was in their team, even going as far as insulting him. As soon as he moves to another team they love him. They treat most of other United players the same.
