Only way to have service resolved is to upgrade. No end date for resolution and no one actually seems interested in helping us. Just happy for us to sit and wait in isolation at great expense and stress. Embarrassing @bt_uk 2/2

@btbusinesscare Hi, My broadband isn’t working, I called twice to set up an appointment with one of your engineers and the customer service department promised me to fix the problem asap, yet the problem isn’t solved, I’m staying without internet for two days!

@bt_uk - I know you want to take these conversations off the timeline. But to clarify: your DM response is ‘pay more and we’ll fix it’ when you’re making no effort to provide me with the service I pay for. I’d be embarrassed if I was having to disregard and patronise customers.

@bt_uk We seem to be having issues with our broadband connection dropping out regularly, this has been happening since Monday. Is there any issue with the fibre service or planed engineering works in the EX39 area that’s causing this issue?
