    @bt_uk My parents have been without a telephone for 5 weeks now - One with cancer, one with MS and Dementia, constantly fobbed off with lame excuses. They had an emergency this morning and luckily came to use my phone. What are you going to do about it??? @Ofcom

    @bt_uk As a BT customer, I redeemed my PS5 offer code 6 weeks ago. It says so under “my offers” at bottom of the page. So should work for other customers. Thus using an MS Windows laptop

    Went into the @EE store in Richmond on 7.09.2021 to order broadband, @bt_uk was recommended...order was placed yet I have heard nothing from you. Call today and told no order was placed... great, thank you for the excellent customer service #customerexperience

    @bt_uk in all my years of running a business I have never come across such horrendous customer service as I have with BT Cloud Voice. New phones have now been in place for 4 weeks, and my BT “project manager” continues to duck my calls 🤬

    @bt_uk We've had no broadband since moving house on 10th Sep, despite following all the moving instructions and have had a text to say our new service is now available. Tried to use the faults text support but it says it can't find an acc. associated with our landline no.

    @NOWHelpTeam this has been down since 11:30 am. This is the second big outage and many smaller outages that has happened in the last 2 weeks. Do we get compensated for it? In any case I'm done with the sub par service and have signed up to @bt_uk. Hopefully better service.

    @bt_uk Terrible service from BT home broadband. A week after the connection was booked to go live and daily calls to chase now been told it will be another week before an engineer can look at the problem. WFH without wifi = 🤯 What is going on BT? #sheffieldissuper

    @bt_uk Still very poor service when I am paying over £70 p month for guaranteed speed. Not a quality service.

    @bt_uk So when will the service be fixed. And how do I get a refund for all of the down time I’ve had due to your failure to resolve this issue in a timely manner?
