@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk really is poor, no subscription channels again, slow broadband & trying to get through on the phone for 15 mins, I give up, paying for a service they cannot provide! #Awful

You know they say bad things come in threes.. well, I had my three so no more please!! • No hot water since Monday morning • No heating since Monday morning • My Wi-Fi has gone down Thankfully @bt_uk are on it & luckily I have a mini hub already that they’ve switched on
