    @bt_uk Hi Tasha, thank you for contacting me! I finally managed to talk to some one yesterday, they tried a couple of different things. And then said that they were going to escalate it to the technical support department. But my internet is still down. And I’ve not heard anything back

    @bt_uk I've had 3 no shows trying to upgrade my Internet to be told BT have cancelled my order. You've closed my complaint with no resolution. I was told my order will be expedited but no contact to advise new date..4th times a charm!!!!

    absolutely shocking service from @bt_uk £443 taken from our bank account saying we’ve cancelled our contract when we clearly haven’t, was promised compensation last month and we’re still waiting. Very poor.

    @bt_uk Have done so. Thank you at customer service level. This does not remove my complaint re commercial shambles at Board level.

    @MarcAllera HUGE issues with @bt_uk disconnecting my 91yo nanna. Now we have had NO WAY of contacting her/monitoring her at home, since 21st Sept!!! Please contact me to discuss, as contacting @bt_uk with a meaningful response is a Sisyphean task 😣

    @bt_uk It's up and down and that's the problem ... three or four failures in three weeks though mostly fine. We need consistency of service. Check out services in central Tunbridge Wells.

    @bt_uk Maneged to get through to a lady who was very helpful and applied for the refund for me no problem a little waiy i was actually surprised it was only 10 minutes and all sorted thank you so much for your help

    @bt_uk Lol yeah right erm I’m with EE/BT and my broadband goes down all the time, so yes it’s breakable
