    @bt_uk has the worse customer service. Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. Had no TV or Internet for that period of time. advisors don't put correct notes on the account.

    @btsport Cannot believe that during these times, when Sky Sports, gyms, even mortgage companies are allowing easy online suspension of payments, that you are being as difficult as possible to pause subscription. I now have no option but to cancel DD & I will not be coming back!🤬

    @bt_uk so i have just been cut off by BT customer services whilst being put on hold. Internet hasn’t worked for 2months 4 engineers and not a ****** response back on whether they have sorted their own faults out. No compensation & no one to discuss about this. LEGAL ACTION

    @bt_uk absolutely terrible service, after 6 weeks of no broadband, our launch day comes & goes with still NO BROADBAND. Try ringing customer services, no help at all, and then put through to complaints to be dealt with the rudest person , I want this sorting out now! #BTbroadband

    So it seems @bt_uk not only tried to cancel our outstanding complaint (they said that they tried to contact us but that's not true and we can prove it), but are now charging us £130 for taking almost 8 weeks to connect us. Shocking level of service.

    @bt_uk My broadband went off at 4. 30pm on Friday and has not been restored. Status check says no connection. Is there an outage in E17? I've not been able to get through on phone. Please help.
