@bt_uk Yes but you didnt discuss the issue as you claimed, so dont lie.. bt has no compassion or respect for any of their customers let alone the elderly customers. I hope potential customers can see this and choose a different provider!

@bt_uk just a heads up here's bt's reply to a £354 bill to a oap going into the care of family- Hi Carol, I'm sorry I'm sure this was a shock for you. I can appreciate your circumstances, but if you cancel your contract without moving it, then cancellation charges are applicable
