    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

    @bt_uk Yeah didn't help. It's only certain websites it won't load or play videos on.

    @btsport. You made such a big thing about Aguero after the break and gave it 10 seconds. Why have them boring 2 ex players waffle about nothing. Would rather have had a montage and information of Aguero’s career. I’m a Liverpool fan but you have to respect quality. Very poor guys

    Also, everyone apparently fine with Howe brazenly stating that Hayden was dazed for 5 mins after the incident. That means he knowingly left a dazed player on the pitch or its clearly bullshit #btsport #LIVNEW
