Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@JBDT60 @AndyCas01591466 @bt_uk Is there not an app that comes with the router that allows you to prioritise the order of your Wifi connections? I’ve just upgraded to the TalkTalk version of Future fibre and the Eero router lets you pick where the wifi signal goes to in order of preference.

please @bt_uk What is going on with your services at the moment? people around me going weeks without internet and phone service and now I’m being affected. People rely on your services for work, health, etc. It seems like no one is bothering to fix the problem right now.

@bt_uk My understanding is a problem with the external line running down the front of the property is the responsibility of Openreach not BT. Is this correct?

@bt_uk Hi Brian, checked again. Nothing. I had called about this previously that my service intermittently goes down and my 4G on my phone was how I know- when I'm home in term break! 😡Not happy
