    @bt_uk can you explain why daily on your app I get “ token expired “! I am constantly having to log in. I read that there is a problem with the app. When will this be rectified ??

    @bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    @bt_uk Again, not good enough. Leaving a vulnerable elderly person (with a life line) without service for 2 weeks is not acceptable. A new BT account has been set up this evening and I know @OpenreachHelp ARE concerned and will act promptly. I shall be referring this to the ombudsman.

    @bt_uk I’ll dm you but you prob Will tell me the same story as everyone else with the “major service outage” story I’ve heard that line every day and just this very minute revived a text saying back to normal and mini hub being cut off but we are still without service again

    @bt_uk I have spent hours on the phone to your call centres, managed my other services fine once I eventually get through, but they cannot remove additional storage. I've been on online chat with no useful help. And the neither the BT or Cloud apps have the facility to remove the 50GB.

    @virginmedia It’s down again, this time until 10 PM. Your excuse is unacceptable. If I was to go out to my clients and told them that I don’t know how long it will take but please pay me in advance, I wouldn’t have any clients. @BTCare Will do a better job from September.

    Dealing with @bt_uk is always a pain, every single person is lovely and just wants to help, whatever messed up system they have them working with means it is impossible and frustrating for them too. 3 systems showing 3 things, none correct. Always over an hour on the phone.
