@bt_uk Honestly sick of the crap speeds I get here, pay top dollar for Superfast Fibre Plus with most up to date router and I struggle to get above 23 MB. Engineers been out 10 times in last year and can’t find a fault. 🤮

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

For context - engineer came at the weekend and said everything looked fine inside and outside and it's probably a problem further down the line. Appt tomorrow between 8-1 to fix it...@bt_uk

@bt_uk An absolute joke of a company! Offered my family member a service to combine her sky to BT and she didn’t have to do nothing. BT didn’t cancel her sky contract and got billed from February, and now they’ve said they aren’t refunding! JOKE!

@bt_uk my internet hasn’t been working all day any chance you are going to fix it? To make matters worse your 4G coverage is useless. The internet cut out at lunch time and was supposed to be fixed by 1930.

@btbusinesscare complaint IMP-11042618 6. After 3 weeks & several calls the complaint is unresolved. I'm promised someone will call but never happens. Refused access to manager. Children home without a landline and working on 4G back up. Disappointing & frustrating!
