@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

Hi @bt_uk your tagline be we connect for good isn't quite happening for my parents & frankly it's a disgrace. They're over 70 and have been waiting 4 weeks for you to turn their phone line on there no mobile signal where they now live, they need their landline, please sort ASAP

@bt_uk There is no internet on my street as something wrong with the fibre box. Postcode SL37TN. Why can't you send an emergency engineer to repair this asap as the whole street is without internet during exam times.horrible service breaking a working internet unnecessarily.

2/2 arranging yet another visit. Now having to rearrange work schedule AGAIN to be home. Totally pathetic and unacceptable service from @bt_uk BUT has to be said that everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone have been super helpful and apologetic

@bt_uk I’m now informed that my case has been closed. Yet I’m still awaiting my SAR to find out what was done to my line, to ruin it. Evidence,which is needed to substantiate my complaint Seems to me that BT had no intention of investigating the now poor service. Tickbox response?

@billyfish_66 @GerryHassan @btsport The one I thought best was Fraser wishart who didn't do summarising much (prob because of his position) but would focus on tactical issues not really obvious to the average viewer, explaining why players were doing what they were. Too often on TV it's just vacuous comments.

@bt_uk still my mum has no digital voice and therefore no landline. I call to get told the case is stuck in a system . Well get it unstuck. Disgusted an 80year old is left vulnerable with no ways of communication. Send this complaint to the chief exec and get it fixed . PLEASE!
