    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @CisoDiagonal @bt_uk until i just cancel the other once ive moved & tell them ive not left bc theyre still BT, so wont be paying any cancelation fee- bc they hadnt created an online account for an online customer who has no desire to send hours on phone calls with "understand your frustration" BS 😮‍💨

    BT Business strikes again. Totally unable to provide the service they promised or bill correctly. 2 years of hell at their hands. @btbusinesscare you really don’t. Broken promise after, broken promise.

    .@bt_uk My broadband is down, my neighbours are fine. My wife needs it for work. No way to contact BT by phone. Fault registered - won't look until next week. Appalling service as usual.

    @bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

    @bt_uk you’re existing customer price promise is a scam, your customer service is a mess and you have 0 loyalty for your long term existing customer. Get in the bin. Moving to @skytv asap.

    @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

    We’re really sorry to all our customers affected by the ongoing internet outage. Our service has been disrupted and, despite relying on BT Business for support, we’ve been left without the help we urgently need. We know this has caused frustration and inconvenience @bt_uk
