@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk No just broadband speed 🙁 Had plenty of BT engineers out who cannot fix it unfortunately. I might aswell get a cheaper deal with another company and put up with the low speeds

@bt_uk Are you working incredibly hard to get people to leave BT Internet ... nothing but “Secured email address”, “Change Password” and “incorrect settings” ... what have you done to make you email service so poor all of a sudden?

Day 14....still no internet @bt_uk! 2 key workers, 3 kids schooling from home..... What do you think about this @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis ...is this a good enough service from BT? Whole of Xmas no internet & now worse as it is hampering work and school!

I have literally never had so much trouble setting things up than I have with @bt_uk, from getting our address wrong, to wrong orders and then the box turning up and not working! Honestly getting fed up!! Have rang like 10 times in 1 week 😡😭 #NotGoodEnough
