@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

Day 4 without internet speeds I can work on, twice the issue has been marked as fixed incorrectly. Spent my Saturday afternoon waiting at home for an engineer that no-showed but with the visit marked as complete and the problem solved. Shocking by @bt_uk - no apology, no updates.

@justyna11520884 @bt_uk We have had confirmation from @WeAreOpenreach that there is a Major Service Failure effecting the SA postcode area of Wales one of our clients is effected FTTP connection went down 01:04 this morning! ETA on fix potentially 14:00 today 🤞

@bt_uk Years of Wi-Fi not working properly, endless engineers and promises. Still not working, tv and music cutting even tho hard wired and next to hub, and now cannot email when I haven’t time now to spend an hour on phone 😱

@bt_uk the last time I had to deal with you, in 2016, it was a disaster. 6 years later, and nothing has changed. As usual, you are appalling to deal with and cannot seem to resolve a basic problem of your own making. Any chance of being contacted by an advisor who can help?

@bt_uk @Petedyer Of course the bit not mentioned is tge problem is with Openreach, who are also part of BT..... And still they aren't giving accurate estimates for resolution.

@WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Does your connection come through an overhead phone line? I had serious issues and complained until they found a fault in the actual line itself. Replaced that and bobs your uncle. Fixed.

Waited 7+ weeks for @bt_uk to try get me connected to internet and got a call the other day saying estimated due date is august 1st💀13 weeks no internet? Nahh you can **** off lmao cancelled my BT order and now gone with @TalkTalk as there the only other provider that can help😩
