@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk I know there will be no service as it's an EO line. ( a way for BT to install no green cabinets and save money, which down the line means customers get lousier service. Looking forward to them trying to convert people to IP phones.

@WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Does your connection come through an overhead phone line? I had serious issues and complained until they found a fault in the actual line itself. Replaced that and bobs your uncle. Fixed.

@bt_uk "That's your BT tv service enabled" 2 weeks later, still no BT streaming channels working. Why can't I watch BT TV streaming channels? "Your line isn't fast enough, so it isn't enabled" But you are billing me for it. " your refund will be in your bank within 7 days"
