@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk I'm supposed to get Fibre installed on Friday 5th March. All outside work has been done but I got a text on the 24th of Feb saying they need to cancel because of lockdown (despite the appointment being made during it), and I'd get a text in 48 hours, but heard nothing.

@bt_uk No i have not but stuck in a bit of a dilemma. I cannot afford to be without internet for two days because of work and 4 year old. If their engineer visit fixes stuff on 2nd then i may have to cancel and hope the service is fine for next 18 months.

@bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

@bt_uk @nowtvhelp can you please provide me with an update on the broadband outage in in L8 area on going since last Wednesday. Both now tv (who I have broadband contract with) and bt (who provide the service to now tv) are unable to provide any update/ETA for resolution.
