@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@mato_fn @JackaroonieFN i tuned in at like 38 minutes and totalsportek was bugging for me where the screen would just go black for 3 seconds and keep lagging so i just couldnt be asked to watch the game, the btsport stream doesnt work in israel btw otherwise wouldve had it open on yt

@bt_uk -Why would you charge a recently widowed 82 year a ‘penalty’ for cancelling the broadband and TV package that she can no longer afford or has any use for? Why would you give assurances that you would call back to help and then not? Disgraceful
