    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    If you still don’t want to have WiFi in your home for over a month I would highly recommend @bt_uk Awful service!!!

    @btsportfootball @premierleague @btsport again showing that they couldn’t give a toss about fans. Brighton away for LFC now at 12:30 on a Saturday. Not the worst rescheduling we’ve ever had but still.

    @OpenreachHelp Hello AGAIN. We're at escalated complaint level with you and @bt_uk still have no clue when you're going to activate our internet (I'll remind you again, it's been since November!) I have been tweeting you and calling BT every week and still NO UPDATES FROM OPENREACH @Le0NaRD0w

    @bt_uk Hi, I was sent a new hub last week as we were having internet issues. Same is happening now. I have the pink flashing light. I'm really getting fed up of this now.
