  @bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!

  @bt_uk unbelievable service, booked an engineer two weeks in advance only to be told now that ive been missed and the next time slot is in another two weeks! Can i get someone out quicker, atrocious

  @bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
