    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk 1. No internet at all. 2. Call and you always get a different reason why. 3. Call centre staff who are sympathetic but hey nothing they can do. 4. Awful company really. Sadly I can’t leave but when I can I will never give any money directly to a BT owned company ever again

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Ordering Upgrade to fibre 31st Dec.. No fibre. Broadband service completly cancelled by BT on the 19th Feb! Still taking debits! Promised call back twice .. no call back! Promised fix date twice didn't happen. Promised again for today still no internet! What now?!

    @ring_uk after waiting days to receive my ring doorbell from @bt_uk the thing does not work. Cannot begin to explain how infuriating this is, after spending 10 hours waiting for the battery to charge & now it’s too late to ring support. SO ANNOYING Is this gonna continue?

    @bt_uk I’m sure I must have been told something but I’ve remained on a lousy 29MB down and am paying over 55 quid a month for the privilege. Increase service before you increase prices!
