@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@barrythebaggie @bt_uk Hi Barry I had Sky out today SAME issue Sky engineer told me Sky Q did an update 2 weeks ago and BOTH companies are aware of issues now sadly. Im in the same boat. Engineers Sky spent 3 hrs in my house today

@bt_uk Hi, I had an engineer appointment booked in this afternoon (1pm - 6pm) to install fibre for my new home. My girlfriend took the full day off as holiday but the engineer was a no show. This needs sorting ASAP as it has stopped us from moving in - Not a happy customer.

3 hour @SkyHelpTeam tv visit today confirmed by x3 engineers from Sky that since the Sky Q update it is NOT compatible or working well with @bt_uk 🙈 Awful in this day in age that no solution is on the table. Would welcome feedback rather than marketing speel from both sides pls

Yo @BTCare it's fair to say your Internet is appallingly bad. Should be getting fibre speeds but some nights we are lucky to have a stable connection and 1mb download. 👎

@bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.
