    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @bt_uk appalling service from BT have been trying to sort an issue regarding accounts for nearly a month. Have been passed from pillar to post and still got nowhere

    @bt_uk Is there a outage or something up with BT Broadband? I'm having troubles with connecting with having 150+ ms, I usually have about 20 - 30 but all morning I have been disconnected from Wi-Fi. P.s I have reset an restored the router multiple times. :)

    @btsport Just a shame I have to mute the commentary. Darren Fletcher never pauses for breath and any stat he finds particularly interesting is repeated on numerous occasions.

    @bt_uk I must say you have the worst dpa ever… so just send a code to a phone and that’s it? No further checks or asks to make sure you are talking to the agreement holder? Wow

    @virginmedia I’m on the phone now to someone but not getting anywhere. Been told I have to wait 7 mins and keep resetting our router which I have done about 40 times in the past month alone. @bt_uk would you kindly offer us an internet service which is reliable…

    @bt_uk I had visited @EE store and signed a 36.99 for 1 year contract. #False promise, didn't get the deal I signed. Contracted customer care & they're unable to view my request. #NeedResolution.

    @bt_uk Upgraded internet on Tuesday have no internet now since Thursday morning. Engineer out on Thursday and yesterday but no fix. EE box sent out doesn’t get signal in my area. Very frustrated now

    @bt_uk we moved over to your service last week on Tuesday, waited for your 3 settling days and the service has not worked properly. @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp have confirmed there is an issue with the line. Still waiting for service 10 days on, what’s the SLA?
