@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@McGuinnesschild @bt_uk My experience of BT so bad I paid to get out of the contract. Pleased they appear to want to help you. In my case I spent almost 4 hours waiting to speak with a person. They try to grind you into giving up. Much as I’m no fan of some company stances I’m now ABBT - anyone but BT.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Any updates on when the fault down Priestfield Road, Forest Hill is going to be fixed? Most of us have been without internet for almost a month now. And according to the last text, it should have been fixed a week ago.

@bt_uk 6:05pm it’s not a good one is it BT!!!absolutely no response. Mr Jansen, one should really look into the failings of your company in keeping a health centre without an incoming line now for 3 days of all which trying to help those who phone in or in our case can not currently!.

@UprightSpeedway @btsport I've got @btsport and they wanted another £45 per month to see Eurosport, which is only a few channels. Not value for money and already had friend cancel their contract. Have a excellent day and thanks for all the posts you put out. I really enjoy them
