@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk i cancelled BT Sport, but the feature 2withhold my no. on all calls was activated (not by me). I called 2have taken off but told cant until my order is completed 5th March. I cant call over ¾ my contacts as they block private numbers. I never activated it & need it gone

@bt_uk She is already trying to fix this on the phone. Engineer is allegedly supposed to be between 1-6. Considering the first one didn't check it was fixed and the next two didn't even show up, I'm not fancying my chances. Very sad to have such contempt for customers

How much do you lot pay for @bt_uk broadband? I'm in £55.63 a month "the lowest price we can give you". Never use a landline. Surely that's too much?

Love B.t . Sport..I pushed 1 button for b.t. sport now I'm in a 2 year contract and they've just doubled the monthly amount. #btsport . Closed my complaint for me b4 I could even finish making it...Mugged off Completely....They have no shame..
