    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @bt_uk you have the worst internet I have ever had. Constant issues and poor speed. Definitely leaving this year!

    Really poor service for existing customers @bt_uk, putting my TV package up and not willing to do anything to keep me with them, @skytv are offering such better deals so looks like ill be joining them

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @bt_uk Hi still waiting for compensation for fault that lasted from December till March this year.Have spoken so many times and had fault logged and complaint escalated however still no compensation but you are on the ball taking out new higher payment for April.

    @bt_uk hi, an engineer was meant to visit today as my internet has barely been working since it was installed about a week ago and no one has turned up? i’m a new customer and beyond unimpressed, regretting switching to your broadband

    @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?
