  @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk what broadband services do you offer to new customers? As @virginmedia broadband is **** and repeatedly disappoint all customers, surely won’t be too hard to provide a decent service rather than mediocrity

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  If @bt_uk tries to insist your router is broken (when actually the network is down) DO NOT accept their new router unless you enjoy your tv stream constantly buffering….

  @bt_uk Just spoken to your team, who've said I won't be connected for another 8 days. Signing up to BT Full Fibre has been a genuinely awful experience from start to...well, who knows what to. This is unending.
