@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@BTCare are they any problems in keith moray area is most weekend there is problems we no wifi or calls and speeds are low or nothing could u check most of areas been having same issue
