@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk service outage due to drink driver hitting mains box. Originally told would be 3-4 days to repair now it’s telling my won’t be till 16th Nov (3 weeks!!!) No phone signal in our area so no internet access. Assuming my bill will be altered this month?!

@bt_uk morning BT is there an issue with BT box and broadband? No connection for nearly 24hrs.. I've re-set which worked but has gone down again.. WIFI working like usual
