    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk Just cancelled broadband due to multiple drops a day, ongoing for months, impacting work. 4/5 engineers have been unable to fix it & u can see faults on the line. I have to pay early termination fee (£150) because I've refused ANOTHER engineer visit. As if 6th time lucky

    @bt_uk @BTCare your customer service is appalling, how do I make a complaint? We have been with you for over 6 years and it has took a engineer and your admin staff to **** up a job for us now to not to have any internet.

    @bt_uk this happens when we come upstairs the broadband cuts out. You claim to be best broadband providers and fastest! I’m bamboozled as to how you can claim this. We have fibre coming into the property yet nobody seems to get a signal upstairs! Omg it is so frustrating!!!!
