@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

Shocking service from @bt_uk Gone from intermittent broadband fault to full disconnection over last 6 weeks. 4 engineer visits. Problem with openreach kit but they don’t communicate the problem. Next engineer visit on 20th. Will they fix it? I doubt it!

@bt_uk Do your engineers ever bother to turn up? X2 missed open reach engineers have let us down in November and Dec. No telephone call or text to tell us you will not be attending, awful customer service! So you just expect your customers to sit in all day? Sort your service out
