    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @JohnWLewis @bt_uk @GiganetUK Based on my experience, I'd strongly advise you to look elsewhere unless you're a fan of intermittent "no route to host" errors and being stuck behind CGNAT with no inbound access from the internet side.

    @bt_uk after several promises our digital voice phone was getting sorted today: I'm really sorry about this Chris. To fix the Digital Voice issues our connection team removed the Digital Voice service on 29/3 & they now need to reorder it again !! 16 Jan this was planned for !
