  So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  @bt_uk why do you keep calling my business partner whose phone number was never part of this account? why are you so awful? i can tell from the first word of your customer service automated broken that you are screwing up your business. a few more words and its even worse.
