    3rd day in a row trying to contact @bt_uk to sort out my broadband not working since arriving which is down to them not doing the set up correctly. Bet if I said I wanted to leave they’d speak to me!

    @bt_uk not a happy woman. Been on to BT for over 1.5 hours today, hubby still on the phone and still not resolved the issue we reported yesterday. Online report said my phone number was incorrect too. I give up !
