    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

    @bt_uk I think that BT got a response from the DWP database and decided there wasn't a 100% match on the surname, BT doesn't have my NI number or DOB, which I filled in, so reported that the surname was "wrong". I'm used to this problem, but not all computer systems can cope.

    @bt_uk Janet, thanks for getting back to me, I'm trying to switch to the Essentials package, as I qualify. when it checks against DWP, it doesn't get a 100% match on my surname (myBT - St Clair, DWP - St.Clair), its a problem I commonly have😎

    @bt_uk Broadband down after weeks of poor quality. Made an appointment for engineer to call waited in for 5 hours never appeared, no call to explain why. Second appointment another fruitless 5 hour non appearance. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer. Shambles.

    @bt_uk My Broadband has been down for days now and after a promise of 2 engineers visits ,neither of which were fulfilled I voiced my displease here.I then got a reply to say BT thinks my service has been repaired when nothing has improved .Shocking level of non service

    @BTCare trying to get access to my online billing. Live chat is impossible and going round in a circle as I don’t have a BT landline. Please can you help me! When I login online I just get old services cancelled at an old address, not what I currently have!

    @bt_uk I’d like to understand why I am not unable to make a complaint to BT by email ? Only phone (but DV phone doesn’t work and im not prepared to pay mobile charges) or post .

    @Courtne09519001 @bt_uk Same here in Bath! Had issues all week. I need to work!! When will our internet be functioning again. Even with a BT hybrid connect it still dies every qtr hour or so! Grrrrr! 😤

    @btbusinesscare - Today we've had our sixth failed engineer appointment following an order placed in January. I had two phone calls from BT yesterday confirming PM appointment but engineer arrived at 8am. Open complaint IMP-109040119 but getting absolutely no where. Please help!
