    @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Jim, in Scot's law you own everything from your boundary to the sky. Openreach are ***************. Speak to a lawyer. I've had similar issues.

    @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Absolutely 💯 people get laid off from companies after 30 years service by a boss who has been there 6 months. I see it every year in every type of business. The lack of respect for peoples loyalty is wild

    @bt_uk @Xkay26x Our mother has been waiting weeks and let down on numerous occasions. Told to escalate. Escalating doesn’t make a difference. Same with our work contract - nobody cares and they re not to be trusted anymore. Since EE took over they’re appalling

    @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.
