  • samwalton96 Sam (@samwalton96) reported

The fact @bt_uk can call 42mbps WiFi speeds “superfast” should be illegal. I get over double that on my mobile network.

  • ElBuffalow Alfie (@ElBuffalow) reported

@bt_uk So you want me to pay an extra £15 per month to get a decent wi-fi signal upstairs?

  • tomexh1 Tomexh (@tomexh1) reported from Birmingham, England

@bt_uk worst mistake I made and I am locked in for 2 years, there is no doubt Virginmedia can not be beaten in Birmingham, please let me go back

  • IamDuzza Sam Durham (@IamDuzza) reported

@MrDanCarroll Wow that’s actually terrible - how hard is it to distribute it to schools who then distribute - @btsport go direct to the schools with the vouchers like @VodafoneUK have done!

  • theNaMoShow Nadia Mostafa (@theNaMoShow) reported

@bt_uk Yes I will raise a complaint, and I will also seek advice on the accountability you as a company have on this. Is a mere “sorry you are dissatisfied” is good enough? When people are dying from this virus?? Your staff should be wearing #ppe!

  • Charl_H79 Charlotte (@Charl_H79) reported

Some companies get a lot of stick for poor service, being greedy or not supporting people through this pandemic. BUT a lot of companies are actually stepping up, @EE and @bt_uk being just one. EE have also given all NHS workers free data during this whole pandemic too

  • chadSTERjohn John Chadwick (@chadSTERjohn) reported

@bt_uk Really need some help with my account

  • Scottybluecfc SheildingSocialist Scotty #IStandWithJeremyCorbyn (@Scottybluecfc) reported

@bt_uk customer service has more cowboys then the wild west and 0 care about issues faced when a customer has an issue. A manager closed a complaint without me agreeing to a resolution.

  • reddersinsure Paul Redington (@reddersinsure) reported

@bt_uk Sky is the provider but the issue is with BT. Openreach were advised by Sky of the issue on 30/12/2020. Zero update since from BT to Sky or me. Myself and my wife are key workers and I am calling my MP today
