  @bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

  @bt_uk @DMk03s This all very useful information @bt_uk but spread over so many pages & with 'drop down menus' does for some, with age related problems have problems navigating around the using BT Mobile abroad. Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  @bt_uk absolutely useless - TV is slow in buffering and laptop is slow but do you think I can talk to somebody with a bit of common sense? No. Been told everything is fine but it’s not. I want an engineer out to fix as I need to be able to work from home.

  @bt_uk What is the point of having different methods to Contact BT if the ONLY method that can resolve a problem is a Telephone Number you must call!
