@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

I received a number from @bt_uk to check up on a broadband fault that we’ve had since Fri. It helpfully informed me that there were no faults with any broadband! I’m not expecting miracles but some information on the fault and what’s being done to fix it would be useful!

@bt_uk Hi. This has already been done. Openreach said the line is severed. They said BT will fix this but you won't come and look until Tuesday and then you need to apply for nthe council to give a permanent for temporary traffic lights. We may have no connection for weeks

@bt_uk Our broadband is down in GU8 and has been for over 30 hours now but the pre recorded message keeps on saying it will be back on in 2 hours. Please help.

@bt_uk - can you let us know when broadband is due to be fixed? It’s been out for over 24 hours. We tried to report on phone yesterday but we’re on hold for over an hour. We live in a reception black spot and totally rely on our broadband service
