    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    At 20:04 I discovered a problem with my BT tv system so I contacted @Bt_uk on 151. A man named Chris talked me through it and by 20:15 I was up and running again. Now I know why I came away from @virginmedia

    @bt_uk So, sorry, @bt_uk I was expecting a little more. After 3 weeks ensuring Wi-Fi for Thursday, all done. Then you accidentally cancelled my order today. Nothing to do with me. Now you say the process starts again = weeks. My problem. Are you really leaving it there?

    @bt_uk I’ve spent a total of 6 hours on the phone to them over the last two days. All very charming. All promise things that never happen and in some cases appear to have never even been requested.

    @bt_uk 31texts received & almost as many phone calls trying to move home, BT unable to sort due to system issues over nearly 4 wks. Now trying to charge nrly £300 for cancelling service never received, despite assurances all now sorted, they were at fault and acct closed!!
