The USB charging point has broken rendering it unable to be charged and therefore a very expensive paperweight. Who do I speak to about getting this repaired or replaced. lockheed (@tlaodai) reported@bt_uk No broadband for the entire Christmas and new year. Fix date has been pushed back FOUR time now. Its been no broadband for 11 days and still ongoing. Everytime I raised to customer complaint asked what happened and why, I was told theres nothing they can do about it!
