@bt_uk I called that number. Nobody was available. Called twice. I just want to end my service. I'm not in contract. I have service with another provider. I just want to end my service with BT.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Yes! Nothing's changed! I will call BT later and see if I can go back to what I had before. As a pensioner I cannot keep paying for a service that's not being delivered. They upgraded my wife's mobile phone usage which turns out was not needed as well.

@bt_uk forced to make the switch to digital voice and guess what - nuisance calls gone up dramatically! Seems you reset our long-curated call protect blacklist so now all the scammers can get through again!! Useless 'customer service'😠😠

@Pw63103421 @England @bt_uk I feel the majority of Danish fans would admit that England were by far the better team. The penalty was contentious, on the other hand football is a cynical game at worst. And was the Denmark free kick leading to the goal a foul?

@bt_uk That is what was offered yes! So refunding last payment ... obvious I would have thought! shouldnt have to pay for no service! £20 for mobile data ... ditto obvious. £30 for all the distress & aggravation seems a bit underwhelming!!!

So @BTCare strikes again with abysmal service. After waiting for over a week and being told the engineer would reconnect the broken line and restore our Internet today we waited in and phoned to check-they have cancelled the visit with no notice.

@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk - 2 days and counting and still no promised call ... at least I have had an email saying complaint reinstated ( for now) unfortunately the ‘ we tried to call’ line doesn’t wash anymore !!
