    @bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @ThreeUK @bt_uk @EE Maybe you should sort your network out so we can actually talk and message people! You are a joke of a network! A year of less than 1mb speeds of any data at all! Calls that drop out! You should be ashamed. Your tweet above is a joke.

    My @bt_uk broadband has been down for 2 days despite two engineer visits. On the line to them now, estimated wait time “half an hour”... Good job I have nothing better to do.

    @bt_uk Currently, I cannot get a dial tone &, when I call myself from my mobile, I get a message saying I'm on the phone. The last time I had this problem I dialled 1471 after the problem had cleared and I was told the last caller was 343 173. That's my own number! Not amused!

    @bt_uk I already did it, and same issues. I reset my smart hub and connect again but doesn't work , the connected for few minutes and after down again . Is really frustrating @bt_uk

    @bt_uk We need stable internet and phone for that these days. Unfortunately you don't provide it. The UK has some of the worst internet in the world and you don't want the cost and effort of fixing it so you just keep putting plasters on it.

    @bt_uk been asked to call you re broadband fault but tried twice and cut off after 40mjns both times. Your online complaints is down. What am I supposed to do???

    @btbusinesscare Are there any plans for you or openreach to roll out FTTP rurally within the next ten years? 30-50Mbps just doesn't cut the mustard. FTTC speeds were acceptable in 2010 as a temporary stop gap solution but we desperately need more.

    @bt_uk not a good to be a new customer... engineer (nice bloke) only did broadband which won't connect. TV not connected & no word about phone line! And #Btdown I left Virgin because they were rubbish. I'm beginning to think they're not so bad!
