@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Another let down….was supposed to get a call from BT Customer Retention or Customer Service at 7:30pm to discuss our no show Openreach visit yesterday……yep you guess it. No phone call. Thanks BT. Another black mark.

@bt_uk I will, thank you. I am out of all patience now though as had already been personally promised it had been dealt with. BT makes it virtually impossible for a customer to leave, even when dead. It is truly distressing.

@bt_uk I DMed it over. Internet has been slow for WEEKS. Now it’s been cut off for well over a day, it’s just awful. None of us use data I’m having to use a friends we couldn’t even get through to BT to get this back up. Self employed online and really not on.

@LordDeth3 Yeah it's been a fun ride but I can't afford to move. I'll try figure something out but these days my views are so small it's not worth the investment, it was just a fun hobby. It used to be good enough but @bt_uk 's fix, lowered my upload by half.
