@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk 4k this winter in bills and your complaints wont help when u are 20 over to everyone even when your acount u did this in error and refuse u a debt plan to any of this? is this really your stance managing director when complaints did this to me today? quote please

@bt_uk I have been trying to log in into my account and change my mobile plan, and every single time I try that your app/website says "sorry we can't show your details at the moment, try later". I want to change my plan, is calling you the only solution?

@kellismithx @bt_uk Standard FTTC has a SLA of 2 days and that doesn't mean they have to fix it, that'll be the same with any provider as the SLA's are set by openreach who manage the network. If FTTP is available that's better otherwise a lease line is the way if you need guaranteed internet.

@bt_uk cant settle heart down been onto crisis because of bt to stop having another heart attack and net not working properly ETHERNET linked so cant take mind of being laughed at and humilated by bt.feel cant go on so tired. im sick of yet more abuse. bt outreach not come
