@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@bt_uk I've called you, calm and collected, and again enraged.. Your service is unacceptable and caused me to suffer because I COULDNT CALL A DOCTOR. As previously mentioned in the calls, I NEED HELP!!!! you did nothing

@bt_uk I have gone through this more times than I can remember, originally the website reported that there was an issue at the postcode I supplied and that it would be dealt with...fast forward 3 months and it was still the same. I ended up contacting the Mobile Team at BT (1/2)
