My Wi-Fi signal is 22mbps when it's meant to be 560mbps minimum. How do I get an engineer out to put my router in a more practical place. FTTP doeant seem so great

helen reid (@hscrutton) reported@2plus3times5 @bt_uk We live in a village. It took 4 months to get BT to put in any kind of line let alone broadband. Eventually I emailed the CEO. It got resolved. They still charged me a fortune for the privilege. We have absolutely no mobile signal. Why is this not important to them?!

Your team have been nothing but lovely (Laura & Aisling especially). That said, doesn't 18 days after our agreed moving date seem unreasonable?

Help with UK connectivity issues, outside UK operating times, are terrible. Please work harder to communicate between yourselves. Sky uses YOUR lines. Thnx
