    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @sadaplays @bt_uk I worked with broadband connections for years, BT mucked things up in some pretty spectacular ways. Maybe try @zeninternet they've been very reliable for me, and their support is great.

    @sadaplays @bt_uk You should never had settled the problem with them on the phone. Ombudsmen would have been the better way to go. It would have took longer but you would have got every penny plus more back

    @sadaplays @bt_uk Best thing I ever done was get away from them and moved to virgin media granted they aren't perfect but if I have an issue it's fixed quickly

    @bt_uk Your incompetence means I won't get connected for at least a week after we move, thanks for that. Can you answer how we are supposed to work from home with no internet. Your customer service is amateurish and abysmal. Doubt I will even get a response from these tweets.

    @bt_uk finally a query and not a complaint. I can’t seem to split between 2.4GHz and 5GHz so I’ve got devices on 2.4 that I want on 5 and vice versa, can you help?

    @bt_uk Hi BT, the last 2 times I’ve called through your advisers have been useless and when I said that I’d like to raise a complaint with Liam from the billing team, he told me that he’s not the person that deals with complaints and put me back to the switchboard
