@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@bt_global @BTBusinessCare Absolutely unacceptable service. I’ve been offline since Thursday despite being promised reconnection within 4 hours. As a long-standing BT Business customer, this level of disruption and broken promises is beyond disappointing. #BTBusiness #CustomerService

@bt_uk @BTCare What this means is that if we again move address in 12 months a new contract will start and basically we will be in this endless loop where we don’t have any autonomy to quit BT unless we pay a princely early termination fee. Would you be able to help please?

@btbusinesscare This is terrible service, appointments were cancelled to ensure your engineers would be able to access the property and not only did no one turn up, no one had the decent to even let us know. I’m cancelling our DD, I’m sure someone will be in contact when our bill is unpaid
