  • QuizFooty JB LUFC (@QuizFooty) reported

Thought the abysmal customer service of @SamsungUK and @AerLingus would take some beating but @bt_uk are giving it a hell of a shot.

  • dferguson1973 David Ferguson (@dferguson1973) reported

hey @bt_uk , I'm trying to get my PAC code and none of the methods you have listed work. the options aren't there on MyBT and (ironically) every attempt to call the number fails as the line is apparently busy and just breaks the connection. Any help?

  • volemangler Volemangler (@volemangler) reported

@bt_uk Oi @bt_uk. My Fibre 900 FTTP, sold as 900Mb/s downstream and 120 Mb/s upstream has been giving me about 150 down and 2 up for nearly 2 weeks. Many calls to you. Raised fault, engineer no show, then I see "You've told us your fault is fixed" on the fault page! Incompetent liars!!

  • chellybobp Michelle 🦅 (@chellybobp) reported

@bt_uk This is the third major service outage in a week. When will the service stabilise?

  • alexelliot1987 Alex Elliot (@alexelliot1987) reported

@bt_uk Not good enough. I understand you’re trained to give “fix within 24-48hrs” response to appease customers but it’s all nonsense and clearly not true. Is someone actually fixing it or not?

  • starjumpARTS Yvette Elliott (@starjumpARTS) reported

This is the story of how two elderly, vulnerable people in poor health have been failed by @bt_uk and OpenReach and left isolated and anxious, without phone or internet connection since Thursday 15th December, and with so clear idea of when their service will be restored.

  • bisk00dle Edward Robinson (@bisk00dle) reported

To Paddy - I tweeted earlier about problems I am having with my internet account. Twitter blocked my other (new) account. Can I send you a DM from this account, please? @bt_uk

  • SrMoaningMinni Sr Moaning Minni (@SrMoaningMinni) reported

@bt_uk Please, please, please can I have internet and phone line installed? I don’t want anymore appalling service and lies about booked appointments.

  • alexelliot1987 Alex Elliot (@alexelliot1987) reported

@bt_uk So I get yet another reply with yet another fix time, this time saying you’re still waiting an engineer to investigate? BT have already told me engineers were on site fixing it, that was fixed, that it would be fixed within 48 hours 4 days ago….
