    @excoundrel @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Honestly if you are having openreach issues might be worth looking into switching to virgin media (even though I hate their customer service) because of no service you'll be entitled to early termination, unfortunatly every UK supplier bar virgin uses openreach I believe

  • JaneC1000 Jane Clarke (@JaneC1000) reported

    @bt_uk I was so confident that this feed would resolve this debacle but unfortunately not. I received an email this morning indicating someone wants to take over my phone line after confirming last night that I have no phone line! @MarcAllera help!

  • CCriadoPerez Caroline Criado Perez (@CCriadoPerez) reported

    My partner and I work from home. Your constant shifting of dates is making that impossible. There must be someone at one of your companies who can help us because this is just completely ridiculous. @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

  • ianlatham Ian (@ianlatham) reported

    @chickenruby @bt_uk I do. My worst nightmare 😱

  • G3XLW David Powell (@G3XLW) reported

    @bt_uk Apparently traffic lights etc have been booked so that our fault can be fixed on Sunday 20 June. Your fault tracking page takes no account of that, it currently promises a fix on Monday. What is the point in that page if it's so unreliable?
