@bt_uk sick of your absolutely tragic internet cutting out constantly and then the ‘helpline’ saying there are no issues in the area. Worst service I have ever received!

Received an email from @bt_uk telling me they're putting the prices they charge up by 4.5% Still, the email does tell me that "you can find us in over 600 high street stores for face to face help", so that's nice ... during a lockdown.

@bt_uk Every 5 minutes my network is going down and then pops back up 60 seconds later. Constantly causing problems with work calls. This service is horrific

Just got the RPI+3.9% price increase email from @bt_uk, these mid-contract price increases always leave a bad taste in the mouth. Would it be that hard to price them into a 24 month contract up front?

@bt_uk putting your prices up halfway through a contract is not good practice at all, if you think i am going to consider staying with you after the contract expires think again. I will shop around. It seems that companys no longer value customer loyalty :(

Seriously @bt_uk I renewed my broadband deal like 3 months ago and you're putting your prices up already?? You provide a service that hasn't changed how can justify putting your prices up now?

Tamara Kohler

@bt_uk He has no internet access so can't get in touch himself! I was hoping twitter might be a way to get this sorted since the customer service on the phones has not been helpful. I guess they're going to have to go without internet and try to get compensation for lost hours of work.

@bt_uk He has been on the phone with customer services for hours this morning. They have been no help - their only offer is to send out a 4G mini hub but the 4G service at the house is very weak.

@bt_uk I've only been a customer for 3 months and you're now putting my prices up CPI + 3.9%. My neighbour is only getting an increase of 0.6%...? Whats going on??

@Adam_Penning @btsport Again another stupid comment. I'm happy for schools to reopen with various measures in place. I'm looking forward to being back...
