@bt_uk hi. Your test system must be lying. My internet drops every 5 mins or so. Unusable and I need it for work. I've done the systems so much I know them off by heart. Please fix my issue 😡

@bt_uk Guess what.... the fix/date time has changed. Now apparently will be 9.00am on Monday. That will mean broadband will have been down for over 50 hours !!. Will now require a refund as over 48 hours.

@bt_uk 1 week no landline no internet no clear indication on when we will get our service back. Shame the biggest Telecom company unable to fix a problem for over 6 days

It’s still bizarre and confusing how a @virginmedia representative said that there was a high chance they would be available in my area in 6 months…..and it’s been 7 YEARS!!!!. Would have been a loyal customer since 2007 if they were here. Well at leadt there’s @bt_uk
