@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

@bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

@bt_uk Hi, the apps aren’t working on our BT box and neither are the BT sport channels - despite them being part of our package and nothing changing with our contract etc. Wifi connection is fine. Can you please help? Thanks.

@bt_uk Internet didn’t activate on day it was scheduled to I was then given a time between 1-6pm for a engineer to come fix it so I took the day off work to wait but BT decided to not bother sending anyone without even letting me know. Completely wasted my time 👍

@bt_uk is "fixing" my fault since Oct 12th. New customer since the 5th and no broadband for >29 DAYS< Tech support has been abysmal, fault still says we aim to fix it by the 17th of October, and nobody is providing any information. Timelines given mean literally nothing to them.

@bt_uk Connection is atrocious, numerous engineer visits, told it’s a different but external issue/fault each time. Last engineer recommended a hybrid hub; whilst he was here, BT reduced our ‘guaranteed speed’ to 1mb from 3mb with no warning or discussion.

@bt_uk Thanks but that link is no help. When I enter my phone number I get the message "The number entered is not eligible for this offer. Please check you have entered your number correctly." I don't want to order a handset, I want to know how to get two basic handsets instead of Alexa
