@bt_uk I'm now being told 25th instead of this week. I cannot be doing with all of these delays. 16th of October was our original date. My original complaint hasn't had a response and I have a case handler. That's how ridiculous the situation has become.

@SkyHelpTeam the mini box disconnections, pixelated pictures, sound drop outs, snail speed fibre broadband are worse than ever now with this new unfit for purpose HDR v3 box. I was even advised to terminate my @bt_uk BB contract by Sky for this awful service. HELP @BBCWatchdog

@bt_uk Do you deliberately try to make life difficult for a a home move - twice you have messed it up - and I moved a month ago. I still have no service and now you have just sent me an email saying you are sending the equipment.... to my OLD address. How is that helpful exactly?
