@tigerrector @bt_uk We are experiencing the same issue. Never asked @bt_uk for it & only way we knew we didn't have a live phone line was when we missed a flood alert call. Called to ask for it cancelling told the area was being updated to new system still no phone line.

Love renewing a contract and paying for a service @BTCare and then nobody turning up at the time promised to install broadband. Well worth the monthly cost, time off work and threats of penalties if I cancel. What about if you screw up? Like you have today?

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I'm hearing on the grapevine that it would cost us £500 per household to have this set up on our Estate! Surely there's a more reasonable solution than this!? It's 2021!
