@bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

@bt_uk Ash, I have still yet to get a call back on this complaint. I have not had my contract reverted & the 14 day cooling off period will soon expire. I’ve filled out a webform to cancel as well #210202-000714. Having been a customer of BTs over last 10 yrs I’m pretty disappointed. V

Peter Walton what an awful attitude to refereeing @premierleague @btsport How that was a sending off is beyond me, the wolves player has made contact with David luiz. Yes I can see a penalty been given but red card no chance. This is an awful rule again

@OpenreachHelp Frazer, unfortunately @bt_uk seem to have some communication issues with you regarding our fault. The dig team has been on the 11th of Jan and nobody has come back since. 12 missed appointments to connect us.

@bt_uk I haven’t even had my WiFi and TV package installed yet and I’m already having a nightmare with your customer service. I’ve been overcharged for a ‘installation fee’ when I don’t need a engineer and CS team was supposed to call and email me today- nothing.

@bt_uk I rang in again and they told me the engineer is still on it an will be back, she text me to say she would be back..guess what, never came back! I’ve just rung in and it’s been marked as repaired! Still no manager call back after being promised twice!!
