She was rude, unhelpful and tried to rip me off so bye bye BT, thanks for the service but the customer service is ridiculous! I only wanted to upgrade to which the website wasn’t letting me!

Give the support a call; if the can’t help they will pass you up or arrange a call back.

Anthony M (@tonym7777) reported@btsport Please don’t palm this off on a local network issue. I could stream other bt sport content, chromecast from YouTube/ Netflix etc, so it’s definitely a bt sport fault thinking I have legacy streams open. I get BT sport through my EE contract
