    @bt_uk BT U go on about let’s help people reconnect so there not lonely this Christmas! My Disabled Nan has been left with no phone for 11 days now because some reason you’ve cancelled 4 orders. Disgusting service. No communication. U promised it would be connected yesterday. 😡

    @bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

    @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

    Sorry to my followers, I'm in the process of finding another service provider before GTA6 release. and getting rid of my @bt_uk subscription. Thankfully most of my gaming accounts are now moved away from @bt_uk email address.

    So @bt_uk how long should a vulnerable elderly man (92) living alone wait for an engineer to fix his landline? Told one would be round yesterday as an urgent case. But as yet phone still out of order.

    @bt_uk Your guides basically said I’ll have to dispute it with Vodafone. You’re expecting me to pay for a service that was cancelled when I switched to Vodafone. I even had an email stating my final bill would be £15. Loyal BT customer for over ten years
