James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported@bt_uk last 3 days my broadband has been very slow. Only getting around 11mbps. And sometimes as low a 4mbps. Have restarted router. But hasn't helped. Have run bt speed checker and it says only 16mbps is coming into the house.

Uk numbers cannot call mY Isle of Man mobile number the prefix 07624. @sure Isle of Man are claiming this is a BT fault due to network capacity between the BT network and IOM network.
