@bt_uk @bt_uk I would if I felt I wasn’t just going to be wasting my time. Terrible service! Returned to bt after being with another provider for several years due to a previous complaint, it’s clear to me that things were as bad as when I left. I don’t think I’ll back a third time.

@bt_uk Waited over 5 days for connecting after home move. Wouldn’t send me a 4G mini hub to get me by. When finally got setup I figured out internet not working. Your technical team said it was an outside fault. Still not fixed. Engineer was to be sent today, still not confirmed!

@MartinFishHort @bt_uk We use Plusnet which is Yorkshire internet for Yorkshire people. Never had any problem they haven't sorted straight away.

@colsta007 @bt_uk I am having the same trouble with them, promise of engineers who don’t turn up, no record of my previous calls apparently, odd items of equipment turn up by courier which must have been sent by BT TERRIBLE SERVICE
