@bt_uk Drop out problem now resolved. Took a year to sort out. It took many visits of engineers. In the end it was a underground cable I mentioned a year ago. Very disappointing less than 2 miles for stow exchange with no offer for fiber upgrade. Stuck with a 1900s telephone system.

@bt_uk I have been promised a replacement for my broken router twice now in the last week. First it it wasn't ordered properly. Second one still hasn't arrived. Think this is grounds for leaving my contract early!! Awful service.

@bt_uk so can we explain why the speed measured is below... where is the loss. telling me your measure is okay doesnt help me when im buffering with a measured speed under 3mbs om Friday evening .. there can only be 33 addresses of the exchange literally 20 yards from me.

@bt_uk connect for good?! we are here to help?! 2 months and still download speeds under 35 and I'm reporting low speeds every week - today less than 10?! Several Open Reach engineers out and another one tomorrow!? Had enough!!!!!!

@bt_uk It said line is working so to try some troubleshooting which I did but didn't help. Requested a call back, was rang by an 0800 number not long ago but when I went to pick up (almost immediately) the call ended. Will DM info now, thankyou

@bt_uk fix your **** wifi i was guaranteed on average 100mbps for the last week the best i have had is 32.8mbps download speed and 18.9mbps upload speed and as a result i have not been able to use my console any online game won’t even load up and iPlayer apps wont work
