@bt_uk been with BT for years and price has increased year on year and when I try to get the price down the broadband price is still £10 dearer than new customer price! Apparently can't be made cheaper, so wrong.

An hour waiting for @skytv to discuss cancelling package with virtual assistant. Don’t think you need to bother with the “can we help you to stay” chat when you finally turn up. (Tomorrow now i expect) terrible service. @bt_uk TV here I come.

So it's looking like another week of no streams as @bt_uk engineers weren't able to fix the fault today. Apparently it's a "technical and complex" issue. I have a lot of sympathy for the engineers, some issues just take ages to fix because either the cause is not clear or it's a

@harrym_vids @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Speak to customer services again, ask for a 5G router as a fix. Assuming you are in a reception area this should work and is a commitment from BT.

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk A friend in the office lost his broadband with BT for 3 months. Resolved after he emailed the CEO. He still has BT sport 4-5 years later and has never paid for it. They must put you on some kind of Ooops list
