@bt_uk having issues with our FTTP solid orange light. We’ve tried resetting the hub and other troubleshooting but nothing is working. As we have FTTP we don’t have a landline number so it won’t give us a number to call for assistance. Can someone please assist?

@bt_uk Expecting. On top of this, I’ve now also been billed for the late return of my old router (which I know will be refunded once you receive it back) but that’s quite insulting given it has taken you almost 3 months to complete an order. Overall the level of service has been 4/

@bt_uk As the SMS I was supposedly sent was never delivered due to a fault at your end. Katie/Katherine agreed £25 for a missed appointment was insufficient given I’d taken a day’s leave from work as me or her wouldn’t work for £25 a day. Following this an engineer failed to show 2/

@bt_uk Husband currently one phone to one of your colleagues complaining about yet another broken appointment. Problem seems to start with poor communication with Openreach. Ends with poor communication to customer. Needs escalating now.
