@bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

In the first 94 minutes of last night's Dodgers v Giants game, @btsport showed 15 gambling adverts. That's an average of one every six minutes. One break alone had three gambling adverts. Is it any wonder that gambling addiction is such a big issue?

Elderly parents BT phoneline breaking down repeatedly for 6months meaning my mother who has cancer potentially missing phone consultations with her doctors. Do @bt_uk fix the problem? No they tell them to sign up to priority fault line. @bt_uk is a DISGRACE

@bt_uk my router was put in my bedroom as the engineer was too lazy to put it where it would be most effective. My Wi-Fi signal is 22mbps when it's meant to be 560mbps minimum. How do I get an engineer out to put my router in a more practical place. FTTP doeant seem so great
