@BTGroup @bt_uk Totally rubbish,how come Mill Hill NW7 areas are so bad on Broadband, AOL could easy beat on speed ,we only get up to 8mb and guess when WE ARE IN LONDON FFS,while rest of of UK enjoying more than 50mb,and the Prices are Too High

@bt_uk You tell me? As stated on numerous previous occasions, I’ve been told that my issue has been escalated and I’ll be called back. It never happens. After complaining via Twitter, I got a call this morning. However, this was from yet another 1st line suppport person who was clueless

I'd love to know why my wifi is so slow. It's stupid. 40 download 10 upload is what we pay for. What do I get 7 mbps and 700 kbps @bt_uk please help this is really dumb. I can't check if there is a problem in my area as we don't have a phone line please help

@bt_uk 1) Hello Rob, nothing on Ethernet has a problem. The wifi devices all suffer I have been through this with Andrew Hamilton before (I think that was his name). The problem always occurs after a few months of a new router. I change channels, reset it.
