@bt_uk Seeing as two Openreach engineers broke my Fiber cable to begin with, I would like to think this fault would be more important to them than it Currently is. If the contractors to dig are that busy, why not use different contractors? 7 weeks to fix a cable is just unacceptable

@bt_uk actually is a great ploy - make the whole installation experience so #bad customers will think twice about going thru that again should they go with someone else! I will never change broadband provider again!

@bt_uk Well no it’s nothing to do with the extension that’s a plug. But I was highlighting how bad my wifi has always been to ahve to do this but for the past couple of days it’s even worse... calls cannot connect and I now on my phone I’m using my mobile data?

@bt_uk I honestly do appreciate the help Dee but unfortunately all Openreach keep doing is moving the date, thats what my complaint is. Its the 2nd, then the 10th, then the 15th, then the 16th and now the 30th....and I guarantee when we get to the 30th the date will move again 😭
