Day 75 of no broadband. Finally got @bt_uk on the phone. New date for installation is 8 February, so it seems we will get over the 100-day mark. To be fair to the support team, they are going to try to bring the date forward if a slot opens up but it's still pretty dismal.

@bt_uk refuses to tell families when phone lines will be restored TWO WEEKS after exchange comes down. Families have had no means to do home-schooling or remote learning or to work from home during the whole of this lockdown
