  @bt_uk Your customer service team member today was patronising, preaching policies, and exclaimed im a 3rd party account holder. Over many years I have always been able to make enquiries on our account. A 30 min call turn into a headache, I was refused a manger unrealistic complaint ❓

  @bt_uk have had no broadband since 25/8. fault tracker says it’s fixed but running a check on it says network fault and the expected resolve date keeps getting pushed back. Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough

  @bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.

  @bt_uk Into day 9 now of no internet and no news after damage to cables on site here in Church Crookham! Our service providers give us no updates! When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑

  @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

  @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

  @bt_uk correct number ported back. It worked for a month and then stopped receiving calls from Vodafone, 3, Lebara and others. Now nobody is able to sort it and they refuse to let us speak to a manager. Can you help??

  @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk It’s Circet that seems to be doing installations and doing a good enough job on the track but won’t repair damage done by mini digger to the road when finished. 🫣
