@bt_uk been a broadband customer for 18+yrs my contract is due to end, just wondering if there would be any contact from yourselves to reward such loyalty? Looking around there are better deals, with cost of living going up constantly might be time to try as I don’t feel valued

Just three months left on my @bt_uk contract, definitely think it’s time to try somebody new. WiFi is awful around the house. Need to start looking around #broadbandprovider

@bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

@duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

So @bt_uk want me to connect my Ethernet cable to my devices to get faster broadband bearing in mind they guaranteed us over 60Meg when we signed up to business we are down to 20meg and drops out every now and they want to charge us for WiFi extenders 😡

4 weeks without BT emails now. They call every week saying they need more time. I have rang to raise a complaint today and they said they need to pass me on to someone else and cut me off very poor customer services @bt_uk

@btsportufc @btsport The only information I need to know is I won’t be paying or watching this card. Disappointed that ufc has gone down the ppv route hopefully nobody pays and it’s a massive failure

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare

At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!
