    @bt_uk my dad just received an email saying about updating his profile because of a failed billing. And that if he doesn't update his service will be terminated and could be charged. Is this real or a scam? #scamemail

    @LFC__Missy @smtm_lfc1975 @btsport It's just extremely minor, there's so many reasons to moan about the "woke brigade" and stuff like that. If it was Person of the match, I'd be inclined to agree. Player of the Match is still correct, it really shouldn't be an issue for anybody at all, there's no reason for that

    @bt_uk still no call, which I was promised between 12 & 2pm. I am now on hold AGAIN trying to chase up why you can't keep your promises. The lack of respect you show to your customers when you have made an error with their service is completely unacceptable.

    @Borjaabadc @btsport Nope I have no complaints with @BTsports coverage of the event, although others have had issues with the paid stream on WRC app.

    @bt_uk RG14 6LR, I am a sky customer but the openreach nte clearly showing a WAN issue. @SkyHelpTeam want to waste OR engineering time next week for a simple exchange fault

    Yo @btsport your app is ****. Watching any UFC event on replay Is a nightmare if you only want to watch a certain fight. Have to fast forward and guess where it starts because unlike any other streaming service ever I can't just choose what fight I want to see........

    @bt_uk I've had no internet since Wednesday in Telford. According to your status website it's saying no fix until Tuesday, meaning nearly a week of no TV or broadband. How can I raise a complaint? This is ridiculous.

    @mazymixer @bt_uk This is exactly the place to call out companies. I’ve spent too many hours trying to get to a person via company customer service phone lines - one word on here and it’s an instant reply. So many issues resolved in minutes rather than hours on hold.
