@bt_uk Quick question, is there a UK based TV tech department? It's not a huge problem, however any previous adviser I've spoken to hasn't really understood and just wants to replace the box and I think it's actually more of a software issue than a hardware issue...

  • clivegoodall Clive Goodall (@clivegoodall) reported

@bt_uk The new BT / Norton security package you have asked customers to change to is not downloadable on to my iPad, using iPadOS 15.2.1, help please!

  • Col_Irrelevant Col_Irrelevant (@Col_Irrelevant) reported

@bt_uk Been a customer for more years than I care to consider. Move to an area with poor speeds and you drop the ‘extras’ that aren’t the reason I use you!

  • MrLanMan Lance Manasse (@MrLanMan) reported

@BT_uk, good when things work, terrible when they don't. Still a struggle with the @BTcare team, now chasing up (again) after having not heard from the manager about my complaint, as promised. She was supposed to last Thursday! Losing confidence that they will sort issue.....

  • Clive__Horn Clive (@Clive__Horn) reported

@bt_uk Another question is, what do you think the impact will be if every service provider puts up their bills by this much? Can you guess what effect this might have on people?

  • Virdeehsv Harvinder Virdee (@Virdeehsv) reported

@bt_uk There is always someone looking but no results. My tele 02085181347 BT Acc no. LN32187966. Hope you can help. Email CEO no reply

@bt_uk absolutely disgusting service..over charging me by referring my account.. Even though it was payed and you thanked me.. #BTUK theives.. #outragedofdevon

  • ingridthorpe Ingrid Thorpe (@ingridthorpe) reported

@bt_uk I'm leaving BT. My internet has been down or dropping constantly for days now. Now an important work call was ruined. I've logged faults and engineers just haven't turned up. Poor service all round.

  • Col_Irrelevant Col_Irrelevant (@Col_Irrelevant) reported

@bt_uk That’s not much help when the piece of cotton to the house gets nowhere close to the speed required to make the price sensible. ‘Unlimited Fibre Essential Plan’ is about all that’s worth having - Hall 3 is another £36 per month!

  • excitedpixels Jeremy Wood (@excitedpixels) reported

@Ofcom @bt_uk Thanks. I think BT needs to sort out all their issues so will fill this in. :) To be fair the twitter team have been great but we shouldn't have to go through so many people to actually get reliable info. Plus their systems are a bit broken in places.
