  @bt_uk is there a problem with the broadband in the CH44 area? My wifi has been dropping out every now and then for a few days now. Ram diagnosis on it last night and was told it was fixed but it’s still doing it today. Thank you.

  @bt_uk I’d like to know why you won’t let me cancel BT Sport. You’ve increased the price of my package dramatically - I understand I can’t cancel my account but surely I can cancel BT sport. You’re making me pay for such extravagance when I can’t afford it

  @domster @bt_uk That is not on. I think of all the vulnerable people that must be getting these visitors and not understanding that they shouldn’t give out those details. I think this is such a bad marketing idea from @bt_uk especially in the current climate with so much uncertainty

  @bt_uk Due to the landline location I can’t move it really. This has only been an issue in the past couple of week. Before that it was very stable. We’ve not made any changes but your engineer did online. Check the DMs and file

  @bt_uk Hi is there a problem with BT email. Not receiving emails from my work address. Thay have left my sent outbox from my work email - but not received in BT email. And domain name is not blocked in security settings.

  @bt_uk There is a no internet/email fault in EX14/Honiton area since around 5pm yesterday. A lot of users affected but no sign of a problem on the test system? What’s happening?
