  @camiswise89 @bt_uk My problem is not on my side of the master socket; I know it is external. Always has been. Back to normal now. I just wish full-fibre would hurry up and arrive. A lot of my area has been upgraded, but not mine 😢😢😢

  @bt_uk No thank you, all back working now, but distressing to know how vulnerable we are if the service goes down. Is there no alternative back up to 4g. Or is there a way of improving the 4g signal?
