  @bt_uk You aware of issues in the North of England? We have the BT Pro box and despite numerous resets and retunes we can't get any terrestrual HD channels such as BBC1 HD, ITV HD, Channel4 HD, etc. Right in the middle of the FA cup final!

  @bt_uk Funny you ask, I'm not watching anything as your rubbish service has left me without internet for a week already. Your customer service solution? Upgrading to Halo... So, instead of fixing things, your way out is asking me to upgrade a service that actually doesn't work... Unreal

  @bt_uk I have to say that all the people I have spoken to on the phone regarding my ongoing issues with the WiFi have been lovely. Although, the internet still doesn't work after six weeks of installation. 🙄

  @bt_uk I worked for the NHS my whole life. I am alone with my husband in a care home with dementia. I told BT over and over I cannot afford this. They are scamming me. Please cut off this contract. I do not want it. I never wanted it.

  @bt_uk Friday 13th indeed for those of us in KY12 and KY11. No broadband since late yesterday afternoon. My contract is finishing so this outage of 17 hours and counting, combined with selling BT Sports is the final straw

  @glv67 @bt_uk Yes i gave up, the website is as poor, clear as mud, errors cropping up, mismatched information when it is correct...duhhhhh frustrated...
