@bt_uk Why have you disconnected my vulnerable mother’s copper telephone line ??? She needs it! She has a red button and well you know it. We’ve repeatedly phoned your employees over the past fortnight asking for help! Shame on you! Other locals are being disconnected too!

Good grief @bt_uk Broadband is terrible....If I wasn't tied in until Oct I'd be away in a flash. I pay for 70Mbs and I'm getting 12Mbs...and they've got the cheek to put the prices up. I appreciate it's 6pm and busy but jeez🙄

@davegow1 @bt_uk I’ve found them OK before and need reliable WiFi as I WFH, but this shambles has raised a few concerns. Heard from a VERY good source that the issue is that instead of sending out new hubs, they try to get customers hooked up to old equipment which they know is unreliable.
