    @bt_uk Thanks for putting your charges up mid-contract in this of all years, other companies are looking for ways to help out customers in difficult times but no, not you, you are just looking to fleece people trapped in contracts with outrageous cancellation charges. Well done. 👍

    @bt_uk Can @bt_uk confirm that there is a problem with broadband connections in Hertfordshire. I have had broadband dropping off every minute.
