@CHoulahan70 @bt_uk Whenever we get calls like this we just put the phone down, one time my nana got a call claiming to be from a computer company they said they’d detected a problem with her computer and asked for password, she called their bluff by telling them she didn’t have a computer

Leaving 2 x 70 year olds with no way of communicating with the outside world and promising it will be fixed today with no one in sight! Paying nearly £50 a month for no service. Now telling me it won’t be fixed till the 6th October!! That’s another week! @bt_uk

@bt_uk I've tried it in all rooms, I have decent 4g signal on my phone. Ive put it against the windows also.

@bt_uk Hello, I was sent a broadband hub after I had canceled the order. I have never been sent the returns bag as promised. I called last week to state this as I keep getting reminders to return the box otherwise I will be charged, the customer service rep ordered another bag.
