How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??

jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

After 48 years as a customer Iโm told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโs a name for that. Fraud.

MumOfASwiftie (@Annette62702479) reported@KookyKym @bt_uk Iโm on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.
