@bt_uk If this is not rectified in the next billing period we will be cancelling the direct debit and going elsewhere. Your customer service is appalling, so the fake Twitter concern is a facade. Stop misselling highspeed BB packages you cant deliver.

@EE I signed up for @btsport pass yesterday. The account is still inaccessible and I’m unable to watch. I’ve also tried to contact you many times but getting nowhere. This is extremely poor service.

@bt_uk We do not have full fibre yet in our postcode but a BT Street Hub 2 has just been installed just outside our property. Does this mean we can get Full Fibre soon? how can I find out/upgrade. I am an existing BT customer. Thanks
