    @crouchy9 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Was told Wednesday they were installing, never showed up. Phoned up complained, the BT guy spoke with openreach, called me back Thursday morning and told me they’ve got me in for an emergency appointment as they didn’t show, today. Never showed again

    @bt_uk Your an absolute joke, you have just installed full fibre for my next door neighbour but I’m not allowed it because I’m already a customer, but I can upgrade onto the plan I’m already on for a extra £20 a month, seriously!! Absolute jokers

    @bt_uk I've been trying to get my Authentication problems sorted since October. Nunerous engineers booked but many not turned up or texted. I have now asked for temp HALO hub to get thru xmas - refused. This is totally unacceptable. God help BT if I've not got service over Xmas

    @bt_uk been having connection issues since there was a previous reported fault in my area a few weeks ago and lots of Openreach vans! Now starting to impact WFH which we’ve been doing since mid-March without issue. Ran a check and no issues found. Can you help?

    Properly hoodwinked by @bt_uk. Contract was due for renewal end of Dec so called Tues. As a loyal longtime customer asked for “same package for the same cost”. Find out today that all sport HD channels have gone, will now cost £5pm more and no going back. Rubbish.
