@bt_uk One of your Executive Customer Resolutions team performed a hard credit search on me without consent. In fact, he explicitly promised me he would not carry out one. You may have just caused my mortgage to fall through. I have DM'd you I need to be contacted asap.

@bt_uk I thought the last few days of 6.something download speeds were bad. The @bt_uk 'superfast' #broadband is 0.4 today!!!!!!!!

@bt_uk That's good to hear, and really appreciate you replying. But from what I gather, from 2025, ALL PSTN is getting switched off. Will that leave my friends and colleagues without any access to a phone and internet in 2025? 'The UK’s PSTN network will switch off in 2025'

@virginmedia You’re an absolute joke!! Scam even. After all the lies made to me to sign up, then screw me over my cooling off period… now I NEED to have the wifi pods to get any use of this… and I’m only told now that they a for limited registration only! Help @bt_uk, @SkyUK,

  • danil0908 Daniel Watson (@danil0908) reported

@btsport It works for about 20 seconds then stops with the 3 dots on screen and then just stops completely. 2 games have worked all the way through no problem and now I can’t watch a single game.

  • AnniePShoreham Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported

@bt_uk Our agreed workaround is to take the Ethernet cable out of the main router to force it into the 4G. This solution has worked in the past when connection was unstable. Still need and answer please
