@grimmon2nite @bt_uk The fact they even attempted to charge me a penalty to move house after overcharging me over 2 grand is bad enough. But to send a debt recovery agency for a crappy bit of plastic which my new owners would have binned anyway is beyond the pale! Shocking!

@bt_uk Since this has started initially I was told it would be fixed at 23:30, then it was fixed, then no indication and up to 48 hours. That’s not just poor. That’s shambolic.

@bt_uk I’m not a BT customer, I’m with Sky, but from what I’m seeing on here, this isn’t just me, it’s the whole KT5 & KT6 postcodes, so I would have expected you’d know about it? No? 😮 There must be 1,000s of people affected. Have @WeAreOpenreach not informed you?

@MichCrad @bt_uk I’ve just been told they have set tomorrow as date to fix it, but it’s a complex fibre issue and “may take longer” 🥲 that said my wifi box has just come back online, so maybe they’ve managed to fix it now? Has yours come back on if you don’t mind me asking?

BT Openreach are bloody hopeless. Booked an engineer's visit for Monday. Monday I get an SMS saying it'll be Tuesday. I shuffle appointments and meetings and such, and this morning they text to say WEDNESDAY! WTF are they playing at... @bt_uk

@bt_uk Unless you are going to provide with with a refund what would be the point? I’ve dealt with your woeful “customer support” team before only to be fobbed off!
