    @bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.

    If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text donโ€™t even have the manners to call you.

    @bt_uk It says there is an issue in my local area. This should be a proactive service to my mobile to indicate there is an issue. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

    @CarersUK @bt_uk What I don't understand is now @bt_uk are moving people to VOIP (because that's what it is) they still have that idea that you can only have an hour free even though if you hang up at 59 minutes and call again it remains free. It feels like a trap.

    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

    At least 6 major Internet outages in under 2 weeks. Appalling treatment by your "support staff". I'd like a complaint sent to the CEO Allison Kirkby please. @btbusinesscare
