    @bt_uk - Internet going up and down this morning- more down than up. Mini hub sent out as part of "Halo" previously is now showing "Invalid SIM" and "BT Wifi" is dropping out too. Please help!

    @bt_uk To be honest Catherine I'm at my witts end. I don't want to keep asking for a hub if the issue is external.. If BT think it'll be a good idea, then please send on. 👍

    @Varcs @bt_uk Elderly woman on her own should be a priority regardless of the pandemic, that makes it even worse. Sort it out BT!!! Terrible customer service

    @danawhite @TheNotoriousMMA Disappointed Irish UFC fan with no way to watch #UFC257 as @btsport (who have the event exclusively) have Zero interest in accommodating fans living in Ireland (who don’t have Sky TV). This needs to be fixed so this **** doesn’t happen again. #UFC

    @BTCare not the best start to our BT contract. All plugged in and activated yesterday and still have no Internet! And now told we have to wait another week for an engineer. Trying to home school 3 children is a nightmare! Please help!!!

    @bt_uk I've just ended my contract early with yourselves due to poor speed and reliability issues (by mutual consent) How do I apply for this £100?
