They've caused so much trouble and wasted so much of my time, I've had to put the matter on hold. You can't allow anyone to disrupt your life to such an extent.

Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

Large Vodka (@mizmuggle) reported@bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.
