@DaveThePepper @bt_uk Hi. I did. They spoke to their BT engineer who said I needed to give them some information but can never access the tech line given to me as IVR requires BT bband account number.

@bt_uk Sorry Jules, not this time. Been there and done that. You take the conversation into direct messaging trying to show everyone that you are dealing with but nothing ever comes from it. Plough thousands of £££s into sales and no where near what is required in service!!!

@bt_uk my 89 year old mother in law has been without a phone for nearly 6 weeks now. She doesn’t have a mobile and she has serious health problems. She has contacted you numerous times via a friends phone but to no avail. I think this is unacceptable treatment of one living alone

@sixhourssouth Likewise , not bothered about watching them for the first time in my 28 years of supporting them. Cancelled @btsport and going to cancel @SkySports also due to the so called top 6 corruption. The league is anti competitive, and we can compete ! What’s the point !

@mr_numbers @bt_uk Haha me too. I pick up the phone and say nothing. They hang up. One did try to say “Hello I am from your network service provider“ but couldn’t tell me which one exactly she worked for. Amazing. Didn’t have time to waste their time today.
