  @bt_uk I get calls promising the problem will be fixed yet when the promised updat calls don’t come through I cannot talk to anyone on numbers given. Customer Service seems to be just tell me it will be fine while nothing gets done and no-one updates me with the truth!!

  @bt_uk Hi! One of your team has come to install WiFi for a neighbour and they’ve interrupted our Sky WiFi and it’s been down over an hour and still not fixed. Not really acceptable with no warning for us and it shouldn’t actually impact us. How do I make a complaint?
