@bt_uk How can you say ‘only BT’? If you want to advertise, at least do it right! I have reliable WiFi in every room. And I still have reliable WiFi 2 doors down from my house.. I’m not with bt.

@WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk combining once again to offer the worst customer service. How is it acceptable to have to wait a week for service to be connected People still need to work. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone

@NevsLeftBoot @bt_uk I wasn't impressed with bt either, missed the best part of the match yesterday due to what they called an outage and only got program back for last 20 mins.

@bt_uk Of course there’s problems with the service. BT made Liverpool play at 12.30. Now jota is injured. Also I pay for 100mb internet and I’m lucky to get 20. As soon as the contract finishes I’m getting virgin

@bt_uk 3 times I've been cut off on online chat we asking a simple request of a date of bill change, had this issue ongoing for months with endless account charges when they can't do a simple instruction, getting p***ed off with anxiety starting to set in over this! SORT ITTTT

@bt_uk Thanks for putting your charges up mid-contract in this of all years, other companies are looking for ways to help out customers in difficult times but no, not you, you are just looking to fleece people trapped in contracts with outrageous cancellation charges. Well done. 👍
