In the end, I just gave up completely, cancelled my service and got a new email account, with a new company. And so far, Zoho have been great !

lingleebao (@LingLeeBao) reported@bt_uk I know the ‘update’ because I have to chase them up by calling. The main issue is it’s been a month since the internet should have went live but you guys apparently lack engineers 24/7, it’s honestly a joke.
