@bt_uk Your diagnostics always come back normal. Your engineer came out and simply said "if you want faster speeds, pay for a faster service". He even knew I wasn't getting the speed I should be getting.

If you happen to be a bt customer and your internet goes down don’t worry you can phone up and ask for your mobile data to be extended during the outage and they will charge for you a whole new plan... way to go treating your customers @bt_uk #customerservice #worse #BillsnPay

@bt_uk I don't know why you are @ me. @MoseMajorMC is who you are causing issues for. I live in the USA where I have pretty good internet, and good support.

@bt_uk I tried this and it worked for about 30 minutes and then started only showing orange so I think it may be a problem with the disc

  • Craig10257858 Wulfen (@Craig10257858) reported

@bt_uk Fix the issue? You lot are the issue! Broadband down time 12noon Friday estimated fix time next week Friday, changed to Tuesday and then get charged for data during the outage your shambles of a company!

  • cally_kelly Callum Kelly (@cally_kelly) reported

And when you troubleshoot on the @bt_uk website, because it claims my wifi is good, I can’t report the issue or resolve anything at all? Ya can’t even change wifi companies because BT own the lines for everything (Virgin Media excluded, but they’re just as bad)

  • truckbloguk Truck Blog UK (@truckbloguk) reported
