    @btbusinesscare now coming into the 3rd day with no business line internet access. No updates provided. Not great customer service at all - disappointing.

    @bassetnormand @clarescastle @btbusinesscare It's a shame because they had a lot of inbuilt loyalty just because so many of us started off with BT and have never seen cause to change. 30 years is a long run but they did absolutely nothing to try and keep our business

    @bt_uk BT says no issue on the network yet our mobiles cannot access our home broadband. So frustrating. So much for hi-speed fibre. Time to move supplier

    @bt_uk @virginmedia @CityFibre I need to report massive internet outage in the following postcodes NE1 TO NE38 DH9 DH1, DH6, DH7 TS26, TS27, TS28 11564 - Riyadh Saudi Arabia 21442 - Jeddah Saudi Arabia Internet must be down as "Visitors" are awfully quiet

    @bt_uk no had problems for about a month now in middle of a online game and the broadband starts flashing orange and kicks me
