markdann. (@mrkdnnx) reported@bt_uk are an absolute joke. No internet and we get told “we have done everything we can, just keep restarting your router.” How about you actually attend to look at the issue because ever since you moved the router it’s awful!

This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.
