@bt_uk hi we’ve been sent a mini hub as to use while our internet line is being reset up but it’s saying there’s no sim (there is a sim in it). This was supposed to be a resolution to BT messing up our order but it’s just caused more problems

@bt_uk have spent over 2 hours trying to get through to you on your phone lines, managed to get through to chat who told me to ring again - our hub and tv router has not been delivered - and has been the case for 3 days, being charged for a service I can’t use. Not impressed.

@bt_uk As I mentioned in live chat I've used my account ID, not my email address, to get to the next page, I get to input new password & confirm it Then I get to login to my email account with the new password BUT The new password doesn't work Until your system works why bother‽

Hearing reports that @jjenas8 has been found and is sat on the @btsport pundits table talking bollocks about football as per usual so he must be ok. His internet connection must be down as he’s been awfully quiet since Thursday. Might be worth calling out an engineer #FoundJenas

@bt_uk still no refund and it's been over the 5 working days! Paid for a service for it to be cancelled then I've had to pay again to get the service back on and I was assured I would get a refund
