    @OpenreachHelp @BTCare literary the worst example of customer service anywhere. Every deadline missed, zero updates provided, broken promises, departments refusing to talk to each other, endless delays with no explanation - utter shambles

    @bt_uk I am having a problem with my landline and I am having a nightmare getting in touch with you - it seems you just don't straight phone calling any more. I am supposed to text my landline number into my mobile. I CAN'T. What now please?

    @BTCare Morning. Can someone see what on earth has happened to my internet speed? Reset everything and tried everything suggested and it’s still bloody awful and well under the promised speeds. Not great for someone working from home...

    @bt_uk had an broadband engineer round yesterday "i could see it wasn't working this morning but now everything is working", and today I've already had 2 drop outs. You need to retrofit the line on my road, it's been 2 years of poor performance. Invest!

    @virginmedia I agreed a new price with you last month and now you're putting it up. Your letter says to go on the website. The website says to call. The phone message says you're too busy to take calls. How do I cancel your services and move to @BT_uk? Thanks!
