    @justyna11520884 @bt_uk We have had confirmation from @WeAreOpenreach that there is a Major Service Failure effecting the SA postcode area of Wales one of our clients is effected FTTP connection went down 01:04 this morning! ETA on fix potentially 14:00 today 🤞

    @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with broadband in two different houses screwed up by their lazy office staff and engineers. They lied to me constantly made me late for work as I was waiting for them (didn’t turn up) I will never use them again.

    @btsport why do I keep getting a VC018 error when trying to watch on the App? Not changed anything and all of a sudden I can't watch - did the diagnostics check and still didn't help. Please as nothing seems to work!! I'm wasting my money #help @ChampionsLeague @premierleague

    @bt_uk rude unhelpful staff (by) when transferring to sky never mind the terrible music when put on hold and 2hr phone calls . Trying to screw every last penny out of the customer because of shoddy practices - terrible customer service and breach of regulations.

    Shame on you @btsport @btsportrugby awful experience trying to watch the premiership final and will request a full refund as just anything to do with BT is a joke. #rugbyruined whoever thought splitting rugby coverage was a ******* ****, bring back sky

    @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk I left BT a few years ago after similar issues with packet loss and shocking download speeds. Sadly it took 1 weeks to get a stable connection and then the local infrastructure would only give me half the speed I was getting before.
