    @bt_uk Hi Neil. My mobile. Over the last few weeks watching Netflix and BBCiIplayer it freezes and stutters a lot. Never had this problem before.. I have made sure nobody else in the household has been using the WiFi during testing.

    Thanks @bt_uk the broadband is down in our area at the worst possible time, can’t go anywhere and the kids are on my case because they can’t access their social lives. Get it fixed pronto please!

    @wareing1974 @bt_uk Ours went down last week. To be fair, it was fixed in about 4 hours. Get the monopoly board out. On second thoughts.... BT, GET HIS BROADBAND FIXED!! 🙀🙀

    Broadband down for more than 24 hours, @bt_uk customer support didn't help, everything is automatized nowadays I want too but can't talk to a person :(

    @bt_uk WiFi isn't the problem, it's the poor quality line between my house and the fibre box 50+ houses away. Fix that and you might get me as a customer.

    @bt_uk hi there, we upgraded our broadband before Christmas, and instead of the service getting better its got worse. Much worse! BIG problems. Dropped connections, slow, buffering, everything is really bad and we really need to get it sorted. Can someone get in touch ASAP please
