@bt_uk I mean it would have been nice to be told, even just a card thru the door, so i'm aware i may have signal issues today rather than spending 15 minutes fiddling with my hub to work out why it isnt working.

@bt_uk I had your 900mbps fibre installed. The whole process has been problem after problem. Currently getting about 25mbps. Still not received the hardware you said would come.

@bt_uk Guys, still nothing. So I’ve basically had no internet since Friday. Abysmal. I’ll call tomorrow to cancel the whole thing, not a great start with a new customer

@bt_uk I am not a customer, I am a friend of Emily. I understand the difference between manager & holder. My issue is that your company is using someone’s vulnerability against them by avoiding their input. Stop upselling, ESP to vunerable ppl, ESP whilst ACTIVELY avoiding their input.

@ziahlunar @bt_uk Unfortunately I hate literally no option to change as they’re the only available service where I live. It genuinely terrifies me to think what could be happening to other more vulnerable disabled people with abusive carers.

Been pushed back to the 16th. Thanks @bt_uk you have been the worst company to deal with during moving flat. I've been at my new flat for a month and still don't have internet thanks to your shoddy service. Will be complaining AGAIN on the phone!

@bt_uk called to move my services and was told I was out of contract so there would be no charges. I checked this verbally again and they confirmed no charges. Surprise, surprise! Given incorrect info and now have charges! Was told nothing that can be done! Bad form BT!

@btbusinesscare Not sure why we should pay for this and it should never have been disconnected in the first place and it’s causing major upset with our business. Our phone lines are gone!!

@bt_uk It’s hard because it only loses connection for a matter of a few minutes. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again anyway. On the odd occasion it’s not a big deal, but multiple times a day causes problems, especially when I’m working from home.
