@bt_uk I was on the phone to customer service rep to try and get my broadband fixed and get compensation for a slow line. He cut me off! Is this what you call Customer Service?

  • Grant_Denholm Grant D (@Grant_Denholm) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Dom. I've re-paired them but still having issues. One disc is still showing red and the other is constantly flashing blue. My signal next to my router is 110Mbps but this drops to less than 5 beside the discs which I think is just picking up from the router.

@bt_uk raised a complaint just an email acknowledging yet smaller suppliers getting earlier appointments is this because the smaller providers have a more personal touch maybe @bt Are more interested in profit than customer service absolute joke

  • Dylan_Phillips1 Dylan (@Dylan_Phillips1) reported

@bt_uk BTTV keeps breaking up & signal intermittently drops out for a couple of seconds on all channels. Any issues in the SW18 area?

@bt_uk finally get through to a helpful lady who passes me onto the ‘loyalty team’ for the same thing to happen again. Can hear people in the background but no one talking on the phone. Shouting “hello” for over ten minutes before eventually hanging up. Disgusting service (2/2)

  • Grant_Denholm Grant D (@Grant_Denholm) reported

@bt_uk Hi. Is there a known wifi issue in the Edinburgh area? I am getting a good connection hard wired to a router but wifi is terrible. I am using your wifi discs but they are all red, even after resetting. Thanks.

  • BenEbeling Ben Ebeling (@BenEbeling) reported

    1) So, apparently according to the rather rude employee I have spoken to at @bt_uk (who decided it would be a good idea to boast about his broadband usage at home in quite frankly a rude, unprofessional and flippant way), my broadband contract was renewed automatically

  • fockinmokybokka Trev Butler (@fockinmokybokka) reported

@bt_uk It seems to be ok, for now. But I prefer to give it a few days before I declare the problem solved, we’ve been here before.
