Alice (@alpinefaery) reported@bt_uk I have access now, thank you to the nice BT man for helping me! 🙏🏻 And sorry again for losing credit and cutting the poor man off :( I felt so bad!

Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk you’ve emailed me three times now over the past three months with a digital voice activation date, and each time it never happened. Your chat help times out after 20 minutes and your call centre doesn’t pick up. Do you have an email address or postal address so I can contact you?

Andy250 (@Ministryofmess) reported@bt_uk As well as the complaint, I've phoned twice this morning and got told the queue is over 15 minutes. Useless.
-
Emma Holmes (@emmapenelope) reported@bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported@bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet

grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reported@bt_uk so after 21 days of "service" I've had justv6 days of tv working without Internet dropping. That's really, really poor. If you don't cover Hurst Green then don't sell your service here
-
Steve Lees (@measlewolf) reported@bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and it’s never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
-
Alan Reeve (@AlanReeve2) reported@bt_uk I've called but it said it could be 45 min wait, I can afford the cost of waiting that long, surely you can help here please
-
Vicki (@vcotton21) reported@bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and I’ve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?
