    @bt_uk Waiting since March for Broadband issue to be fixed. Each time I call BT I am given conflicting information. Complaint has been closed before the issue is resolved.

    @bt_uk Had to resort to the text chat which is just awful on a mobile and i would think that is a key way to use it when I have an outage. The connection just came back is there any way to know the reason why? Problem was not my end.

    @bt_uk But that’s no use when MyBT is down and I can’t access it to check and raise issue about speed reminiscent of dial up days in my Cambridgeshire #Village - it’s been bad for days but today the rusty can at the end of the string seems to have given up 🐌 - so much for #SiliconFen

    @bt_uk Hi, how do I get a copy of my last bill? You don’t include with the email advising it is ready and your website is down because you’re “launching something new”! Updating a website during business hours without notifying customers of downtime is not good customer service.
