    @bt_uk Day 27 since BT trashed my drive instead of laying cable down flowerbed. No accountability. Loose cable. Open duct. BT incapable of dealing with this.

    @bt_uk Rubbish! Constant dropping out on router. When it works it works, but it’s becoming quite unstable since digital voice. Rebooting it constantly every other day. Shouldn’t need to do that, and 3 Wi-Fi discs.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph but I never received a call etc. I expect you can find the details in my file. I simply request that somebody with a positive mindset calls me, so I can explain.

    @bt_uk you stitched up my Dad, a lifelong BT customer (he is almost 80), wifi no longer works, new router at wrong end of house, security camera no longer wired up and your solution is to charge him an £4 a week to add wifi! #unbelievable

    @Ofcom @bt_uk It is impossible to pursue a complaint with @bt_uk When I keep telling you what day they will call you, extending the complaint by another five days and literally never do!

    trying to get help with @bt_uk via online chat and the support operator called 'Oshin' is responding every 10-15minutes.. I mean what kind of online chat is this, after the third response I just closed it! @BTCare #bt
