    @bt_uk I have been calling multiple times for the past 10 days to get our broadband to work. There have been two engineer visits in vain. We work from home so internet is a necessity! Please help or cancel the contract.

    @bt_uk Hi, having real problems roaming in Greece. 7 text mess recieved since I arrived on Weds, 2 telling me I'm in Turkey. I made sure I had Roam from home but I've been charged £9.99 with the first 7mins of arriving. Can you help.

    @bt_uk been with you since 2021. Broadband, 4 mobile contracts, data tablet. £140 a month paid on time by D/D. Until March. It went up to £160 a month. Last 2 months it's been a struggle. I asked for help and what did you do? Slapped a £7 late pay charge on top of the £160 🤬😡😡
