    @bt_uk Bt know about how terrible it is. It's gone down three times over this holiday and I've managed to get it going again. You need to release me from the contract after all I'm not getting a good service from you, and I don't see how you can charge me to leave, disgusting!

    Pay for the best broadband you have to offer and it’s constantly having issues after upgrade...constantly disconnecting, ultra slow @bt_uk

    @bt_uk No because apparently my email doesn’t exist!! I’ve changed my password to get in and it doesn’t recognise it again!! Beyond a joke now and absolutely the worst service ever

    @bt_uk I have an urgent email issue, my accounts been suspended due to suspicious activity and I can’t get back in due to problems with security questions. I’ve tried phoning, been on hold for 20 mins both times before it’s just hung up on me. Can you help please.

    @MarcAllera @bt_uk May I have your email address as my daughter would like to make a complaint as she had planned to switch to PlusNet but they cancelled her previous supplier, then cancelled her order leaving her without broadband over Christmas.

    @lukidge Haha. Told you to gwt rid of that @SkyUK months ago. Their broadband is shocking as is the customer servixe. Been with @bt_uk for couple of years now and no bother. Constant speed with everyone on a device

    Finished troubleshooting my Roam42 problem with @roamhacker Great example for developers everywhere. Turned out issue with @bt_uk web protect blocking Glitch - why???
