    @bt_uk Of the 6 wifi speed checkers only one says I'm getting the correct speeds. It just happens to be @bt_uk . I'd laugh if it wasn't so annoying i'm paying over £60 a month for tripe service. Need this sorting asap. 3 months of this crap is enough

    @bt_uk any issues reported in Norwich for Internet connection? Router won’t connect to the internet on multiple devices, full restart hasn’t worked.

    @virginmedia How come I still can’t get service at my address, even though all cabling is in and boxes are in. Postcode checker still says ‘No’… please don’t make me go to @bt_uk… 🙏

    @bt_uk i reported a fault with my phone line 05/1/23 that was due to be fixed 09/01/23 - its still not working, cant get through to a human being to discuss, no updates given... fault tracker just keeps saying will be fixed that day but hasnt been, its been over a week now?
