    @bt_uk Please help bt you have left elderly friends in the middle of nowhere with no phone or internet for days and they haven't got a working mobile they are that remote....please please fix this....

    What is going on with customer service at the moment?? I know it’s busy but all I need is a bit of help, and with @TSB @O2 and @bt_uk all I’m met with is people who can’t be bothered?? Never experienced anything like it in my life.

    Every single time I write that @BTCare is dreadful I get so many people agreeing! I have been speaking to them on and off since 10.15 and no one knows how to help me! Thanks BT and once this is sorted it’ll by bye BT

    @GabyRoslin @BTCare I’ve had no internet for over a year at my home. BT know this and still take the money every month even though I’ve never even had the service.. not even for a minute. I’ve spent 5 hours on the phone. They take the money and leave me with excuses.
