Matthew (@matthew1471) reportedHi @BTCare, had a phone call from elderly relative. BT Essential Digital Home Phone had run down on a call, she placed in cradle and said it was now quite warm.. Told her that's normal. Noticed in ED Manual you don't say it is (but I assume it is) in Essential (non D) you do.

I recently cancelled BT TV but ever since I am receiving frequent messages asking me to return the kit or I will be charged.
