@bt_uk I sent back a BT hub on the 14th Dec and I’m still getting texts and emails to say it hasn’t been recieved. Trying to get through to Customer Service but no one is answering. Can you help?

@bt_uk I've lived in my area for over 1 year and never had any trouble with internet connection, but, the past few days have been really bad. I was wondering if anyone could look into this for me? It's making WFH really difficult. I'd appreciate any information on this, if possible.

@bt_uk was getting no signal on any channels, have tried retuning channels and a factory reset on the box to have no BBC channels. Nothing on your help pages about this. What should I do?

@bt_uk Will be interesting to see if this works out ok. Just upgraded to Halo3 from Halo1 & have sent text for a handset. BT mobile signal has been fine so far, but hope it isn't affected by upgrade as not in a good mobile coverage area.
