    @bt_uk WiFi and streaming are different issues. With so many households limited to a peak 3mbs broadband this is false representation. Knowingly misleading advertising.

    @bt_uk DM'd. As I said in my message, this is now the third engineer visit in a row marked as "visit complete". Nobody has been. My service is not restored. I literally have no idea what's going on or who, if anyone, is coming to fix it. Nothing from complaints. What do I do?

    @bt_uk Is there a way to stop the @btsport App cutting off the last few seconds of something you are watching? Watching RAW on the catchup today and it cut off the RKO from Randy Orton on Alexa Bliss. I've had this problem every week and it's driving me mad. Thanks.

    @RossH4wk91 @Colleen_Lewis_ @bt_uk That’s mental mate ... I was debating moving from virgin to bt too at the end of my contract but I can’t ever remember virgin being down for days at a time
