Embarrassed to have recommended @bt_uk to my father after level of service he has received in last week. Date given for installation then order cancelled without notification, promised a new date which was then pushed back by 5 days and sold a device to give access but can’t! 🤬

The commentaries on @SkySports are so much better than on @btsport because they have much better co-commentators like Don Goodman as opposed to the awful Steve McManaman or Karen Carney. Shape up BT

@bt_uk Have done so, but might as well be talking to a brick wall, just failed promises, poor service and no fix. Genuinely cannot believe how uncaring and inept @bt_uk has become.

Ok, I’ll just move a @Sonos speaker for Glastonbury tonight. 3 hours later after whole Sonos system disappeared and wouldn’t connect, I find this... ‘BT Smarthub2 @bt_uk may have issues with 5GHz devices communicating with 2.4GHz devices to a firmware update’ AAAAAUUGGH! #fml

@bt_uk No, it’s accepted the pin no & then told me my log details were invalid & then it couldn’t connect to my account. I tried again & it wouldn’t get me beyond the pin no. We are also having stability issues with the internet where speeds really slow down

@bt_uk I want to cancel Britbox. Tried online said I had to contact you. Went via chat and told that as I was a VIP I had to call you … doesn’t sound like very VIP service to me. Free deal runs out 21.6 and I’ve never watched so no need to renew. Can you do without me calling.
