@bt_uk It's so slow when I'm using it on my xbox or if my brother is using his imac, I try to turn it on and off and then it flashes orange for a good 20 minutes or maybe even more. The Internet is very very slow.

  • leelangford66 Lee Langford (@leelangford66) reported from Herne Bay, England

The chap presenting @btsport Ashes coverage appears a little bored by the slow-moving nature of test cricket.

  • dogsboro Aneil Bedi (@dogsboro) reported

Cricket going well then. Seriously why did we bother going? We put in so much effort to the one day and T20 and do f all about our terrible Test team. #TheAshes #btsport #ashes

@bt_uk Broadband is down in Verwood, Dorset (BH31). Lucky I’ve got Hybrid Connect, but it’s 4G, and limping along. Better than no broadband, but come on - broadband has been down for 5 hours now!

  • kehoe_des Des Kehoe (@kehoe_des) reported

@Stephen7015 @btsport Really is bad. Turned volume down they seem to laugh at the slightest thing

  • cphibb Cerys Phibben (@cphibb) reported

@BT @BT_uk two weeks without internet and still no updates. Thank you BT for making a stressful move much more stressful. Lack of communication, people not knowing who’s been or not been. Two of us working from home relying on bad 4G totally ridiculous!
