    @BTCare just had appalling experience with BT customer support. Thursday had engineer booked for today, no engineer or contact. 35 mins on phone waiting for confirmation of what’s happening call ended. Called again & now they put me through to open reach switchboard with no info!

    @ellis_red @IanRidley1 @bt_uk Ian, I tell them the computer is in the other room. Every time they ask me to check something I say 'hang on' and come back in three minutes. It drives the scammer crazy.

    @bt_uk Hmmmm, so you tell me, what exactly is the benefits of Full Fibre 900, if the Wi-fi does not support it????????? Have I been conned here??? A call to OFCOM I think is in order!!!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp The broadband and landline in our new house doesn’t work - two engineer appointments missed and no phone calls to follow up. How is this type of service acceptable especially in lockdown when an internet connection is essential?

    How can i have no wifi from last week monday, called a technician out from @bt_uk, had to wait till today only for him to come out, look & say theyve changed the landline number over & it needs an external technician to fix it.... 2-3 working days lool? So no wifi for 2 weeks...

    Gobsmacked @btsport last night @mrjakehumphrey, calling 2000/01 season one of the best title defences of PL era. It was United's worst under Fergie, ending it by knocking off completely - 4 defeats in 6. Then again, after 25 games United had 59pts +41 & were 15pts clear #MUFC
