@bt_uk How long until an engineer actually turns up for one of the appointment I have booked? This is ridiculous, appalling service. Now I’ll have to wait another 8 days without internet for you not to bother turning up again?

@bt_uk awful customer service today. Advised by OpenReach to request 4g dongle to get my children connected to their schools. Yet nobody will help. Fault already at one week & will be weeks before it can be repaired. Contract may have another year left but it won’t be! Disgusted!

Hi @bt_uk. You've sent a letter to my house addressed to "Valued Customer". I'm not a customer, but took this to be spam since it's not addressed to someone specific. On opening the letter, it's got some PII of the previous owner. They don't live here any more. Can you help?

@bt_uk shocking experience with home move - BT automatically cancelled it having confirmed it . No accountability & shameful level of service. Should 5 of us just not work or do any home schooling for a week?!
