    @bt_uk our internet has been down since 8.30am, called and was basically told to get on with it as we already have an open fault. It’s not good enough I want it fixed now!

    @bt_uk Nope just says page is not responsive and I can't login. As I say, have tried other sites so it's not a browser or wifi issue. Anyone else reporting issues?

    @bt_uk Currently your staffs "solution" is leaving me with out Internet for an entire week. This is after promising 3 different reconnection dates and gaslighting me by telling me you haven't broken TOC's which you clearly have. You're call centre staff need better customer service.

    @bt_uk Im sorry but I dont trust that it won't just be yet more of my time wasted after how I've already been treat by your company. I've had multiple staff "look into it" your company doesn't have the capability to help apparently. What will you differently to your call centre staff?

    @bt_uk This morning it has been working for 10-30 mins then the router starts flashing orange. Sometimes the fix this option on the landing page works, other times it just says to call the number where it says all the areas with faults.
