    @bt_uk Yeah placed a new order online a couple of days ago. Received a text saying network wouldn’t be ready until 21st December. Openreach just been at property and said it’ll be ready for remote activation today.

    @bt_uk Thats not what your website says. It says because the network isn’t ready. Openreach are doing final checks and network is ready. Not good enough and making me consider my cooling off period.

    What I want to know is who will reimburse me for the service I’m paying for while not being able to use it & who’s paying for the extra data I’m having to pay for in order to do my actual work which pays for my home & food? @TalkTalk @bt_uk (3/3)

    @dogthesteve @markphughes17 @bt_uk BT do not appear to have briefed their staff adequately about this. The hybrid will ONLY work AFTER the fibre connection has been enabled. I sent it back because we can get sufficient broadband from our 'phones in the event of fibre outage.

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    Can any @TheVanaramaNL and NL N/S fans explain what the reason is for no broadcasting of games or streaming service. Has @btsport got a a media blackout?
