@bt_uk my broadband has just gone down and after doing a check using the app, it said you are doing work on the network that could be causing the problem. Any idea when I will have broadband again? And should I not have had warning of affected service?

@lucatag2015 @bt_uk Is it that your landline phone service would be disconnected, I.e broadband only, or that you’ll move to Digital Voice as part of the order? Moving to digital voice means that your phone service would now run via VoIP & handsets connect to Smart Hub 2 rather than wall sockets.

Dear BT Sport - Rugby Union Games. Is it possible to have a button to switch off specific rambling commentators- many ex rugby players. They seem to never stop talking. Also can you stop showing rerun bits of video because we keep missing the live action. Thank you. @btsport
