    @_IAmNotANumber_ @bt_uk Trouble is most other providers have to use bt engineers as they only rent lines/fibre. So please check before you change.

    @bt_uk I think you have still understood me. I have had many monthly rolling contracts elsewhere & simply want to know the mechanics of how to turn it off. Usually there is a button. But if you don't know never mind...

    @bt_uk @GBNEWS: Are there any plans to put GBN on the new BTTV internet mode. It's a great new way of receiving television and GBN is the only channel I feel myself missing. Would be disappointing having to use the inferior service for the sake of one channel. Thanks in advance.
