@bt_uk For more than 2 days,there is a fault with my broadband connection(without landline) and I don’t have a connection in my house.Reported the fault and even created a complaint about it, and NOBODY returned me back. As a worker who works from HOME,I regret for choosing you!

@bt_uk Does the EE unit come with an external antenna? We have a femtocell for our BT mobile service so unless the EE unit has a much higher gain than a normal mobile it is unlikely to function. No broadband also means no mobile service.

@bt_uk you are constantly letting me down, how on earth can you take my monthly DD and not be providing a service for nearly three weeks. I was told today at 9.30am I would be back on and surprise surprise I’m not. Time to move to @SkyUK

@bt_uk So,you think this is a good customer service practice: Customer raises the fault, two days of silence and zero feedback from you, while only displaying “There are no faults to display for this account.” message.And when you’re accessed via live chat, saying it’s 19/07 now.Thanks.
