    @bt_uk I’ve sent a DM with the information. The bits I will share here are that the box is on a wired connection, it has been restarted, and the software is up to date as of 12/6/21 - only since this have the problems occurred

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp we ordered a fibre connection with you back in March and we *still do not have an install date* much less an internet connection. We have spent HOURS on the phone with you & no one will help. How is this how you run your business

    @bt_uk I was so confident that this feed would resolve this debacle but unfortunately not. I received an email this morning indicating someone wants to take over my phone line after confirming last night that I have no phone line! @MarcAllera help!

    @BT I know it’s nothing to do with you Brian but there’s a massive communications tower in Birmingham, UK with your initials on the side of it and there’s been a really loud alarm going off for over an hour. Can you help? @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Can you stop dropping my wifi link from the box in hallway to my phone when i go feet away into the kitchen and or dining room.... As for our garden, its just as bad.....
