@bt_uk want to charge for a service to stop nuisance calls which I find unacceptable, we are being harassed daily & have made the decision to silence our landline, something I didn't want to do for personal reasons & emergencies 1/3

@bt_uk just checked on the Internet(using 4G) by popping in my landlines it says the Internet is down in my area? How long can this take to repair?

I can see this evening that one number has been calling hourly, I report numbers to @bt_uk & @Ofcom but looking like it's a waste of my time, we had a landline with Sky for 14 years & never once has this issue 2/3

3/3 landline number has never been given out to anyone aside from parents, these are autodials or BT have provided us with a **** number that someone else owned, we are registered with TPS, I can't wait to get out of contract & ditch @bt_uk

@bt_uk does BT do something to internet connections between midnight and 2am? My router goes down at some point between those times and it's a pain when you're playing xbox online

@bt_uk why has your 'upgrade' locked me out of my email (for up to 3 days)? I wonder how many people will lose job acceptance emails in the meantime. Hire some system architects. #incompetent #terrible
