  @bt_uk Everything in the house nowadays relies on internet and mine has been down all week. Your technician ordered the router -mine died through no fault of my own, your product stopped working - and BT is taking its time delivering new one Terrible #customerservice.

  @bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕

  @bt_uk I cancelled my service on the 25th July. The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. However ive just recieved another bill and My BT says another is due in September! Can someone dm me pls

  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  @bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!

  @bt_uk @RedJesus65 Hey Bt what is going on with you guys...the systens are always playing up cant login bad request and cant even raise a complaint as your status says sorry wr cant upload your complaint right now your service and products are awful been a customer for years totally fed up

  Our internet and landline aren't working. I've text in and it said no issue but there clearly is @bt_uk
