So @BTCare abysmal service strikes again.After waiting for a week for a broken wire to be fixed and no phone or Internet, they promised to fix it today.We have just phoned as no-one came.They have cancelled without notice.Still taking our money though.

@bt_uk @BTCare You recently alerted me to an issue with my BB which i didn’t notice due to Hybrid backup. Today an engineer contacted me and kept me fully updated in relation to what the problem was and step by step what he did to resolve it…..

@bt_uk That is what was offered yes! So refunding last payment ... obvious I would have thought! shouldnt have to pay for no service! £20 for mobile data ... ditto obvious. £30 for all the distress & aggravation seems a bit underwhelming!!!

@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk - 2 days and counting and still no promised call ... at least I have had an email saying complaint reinstated ( for now) unfortunately the ‘ we tried to call’ line doesn’t wash anymore !!
