    @bt_uk Yet more appalling service. 10 days on, no internet connection. NO COMMUNICATION. The lies are horrendous. Told that an engineer is booked, call up to check what time the engineer is booked for, told no engineer is booked on the system. WHEN WILL I GET INTERNET CONNECTION!?

    @BTCare on 28/11 agreed upgrade of just broadband to add landline AND to RETAIN current phone no.for relative with dementia. Checked online and spotted BT error: change of phone no. BT cancelled and refuse to honour deal.Disappointingly poor!

    @garethwynhughes @bt_uk Couldn’t agree and more companies have the same problems. If they had to pay people for the time you have to wait and sort out their mistakes, we’d be a lot richer!

    So @bt_uk are doing their level best to a) drive me completely mad with their appalling service & b) completely stop my wife & I from working by now completely cutting off the wifi. Oh, and not responding to my formal complaint either. An absolute farce. #complaint
