Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! We’ve had no landline or internet for a week now! Residents are phoning their suppliers, but are having no updates! This is getting beyond silly!!!!
