@btbusinesscare I’ve been on WhatsApp for 1 hour now and darent hang up. If it’s not replacing our fibre bb then being charged DOUBLE for just the dongle, no phone line and most basic service is outrageous. I’m also being charged for kit I was told would be FOC!!!!

@bt_uk I've lost a job. I've lost a wage we DESPERATELY needed. We have no money and no work and now I need to use my mobile data so my kid can learn I'm a social media manager. This is not acceptable especially to a long term customer. We had the gall to make a change and here we are.

Just had a phone call, supposedly from @bt_uk saying the internet is going down, all over the UK, in 2 hrs time - and they provide internet for everyone! Since we are with @virginmedia I suspect a scam!!! Anyone else heard anything?

@bt_uk I ended up closing the account but when she moved BT was the only option, it seems to be okay now but the fact it happened in the first place is extremely disappointing, lost all trust in BT from it. Appreciate your offer to help though.

@bt_uk Our BT broadband is first class. All TVs and desktop are connected by Ethernet. Use Wi-FI for radio and iPad. The only issue I have, is not being able to split WI-FI bands on Smarthub 2..

@anna55806428 @bt_uk @Portal_Queen The service is awful. I can’t even home school my children using the 1mbs service we have. They don’t care though! As long as they have your money.

@btbusinesscare I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours. You have my details. I’m not opening another complaint now.
