  @bt_uk Another outage in Leamington Spa tonight. Once again on a Wednesday at the same time for some reason. An important work meeting was disrupted as a result. What's going on? I've never had a BT outage and now I've had 2 in two weeks.

  @btbusinesscare you couldn’t make it up! This is the 4th time I’ve been let down today by BT. Engineer booked, no show for the 4th time in 10 weeks. If I ran my business the way you ran yours, I would be out of business. How on earth does BT survive?

  anyone ever has problems with @bt_uk Internet broadband? After almost 7 years I am with them. I have prolong problems. Poor line, charging me way too much thn what agreed. Refused to fix the problem and refuse to cancel my contract. Imprisonment.
