@bt_uk I don’t want feedback passed on. I’m sending an email to every BT director I can find on LinkedIn and highlighting just how utterly dreadful your staff are. I’ve never experienced such attitudes supplemented with utter incompetence

@bt_uk As I'm no longer able to use BT due to being of no fixed abode £90 is an excessive fine for those struggling. NB I was quite happy with EE TV and only took out the BT contract because EE stopped the service. It is obvious now that is because you're hand in glove with each other

@bt_uk Yes, reported by multiple households. There is currently a @HyperopticCS van in the lane waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer. I did tell the engineers from Hyperoptic of the issue when they were running the new cables, but they just said phone BT, and left shortly after!

@bt_uk joined BT 24 oct when moved into new flat. Fault with ONT box. Had 6 appointments engineers haven’t shown up for & 3 that have been cancelled because my service is “fixed” even though nobody has been near my flat to change the ONT box. Ridiculous and frustrating service 😠

@bt_uk without a doubt THE WORST company I have ever used. Ongoing issues with broadband. No internet for over a week. Engineers not turning up. Billing issues. Complaints not dealt with properly. You’ve no idea how much stress this is causing, yet you won’t let me leave

@bt_uk Rub it in, Paddy. I’ve only been trying to get a service for three solid months now.
