@bt_uk So disappointed we’re now almost 2 working days with no service & only starting to be fixed now. Really unhappy at this dismal, disjointed and totally shambolic customer service. At best, misinformation; at worst, a total fob off yesterday.

@claretnbooze @Pibasedlifeform Yeah, they've said it's because it's beyond their control. They're also saying Ofcom would say the same. @bt_uk have called me today to say that they don't even know if they can supply me with broadband again. An actual Internet Service Provider. They are absolutely useless.

@broadwayptrs your service is flaky, we are 2 days with no service and your tech support see that as low priority P4 and no timely interest to resolve ! Maybe we should have stayed with @bt_uk

@bt_uk reported a broadband issue yesterday morning which is affecting a number of streets around me. Got a text confirming an engineer was booked to attend next Tuesday. When I log in to MyBT, no issues are shown. How can I confirm the engineer has not been cancelled?

@bt_uk Spoke to the BT service desk today and I'm told it's being reviewed on Monday. I have meetings all day Monday and need to be online. I was assured this would be up and running on 17th November when I ordered on 17th October

Really disappointed with @bt_uk. It’s taken ages to receive a new hub, after not being able to get any internet off the old one, and now we’re in a situation where the new one is still not working. And now we’re calling up BT, and can’t get through, shocking. Going back to Virgin

@bt_uk More fibs & fob offs: yesterday you said fix was in progress but taking longer than anticipated. Actually, OpenReach were only made aware of it last night. I know this as spoke to OR engineer currently down a service hatch in the road, starting to fix it now?!
