  So @BTCare Wi-Fi disconnect every 5 mins since approx midday yest. Purple flashing (Halo 3) suggests hardware connectivity issues, which I’ve checked indoors; cables, sockets, etc. So what next, cause in the event log I wouldn’t know my WANs from my LANs or anything in between 😬

  @bt_uk the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. 4 no show appointments. Staff blatantly ignoring emails/complaints. I will never ever use them again

  @bt_uk Doesn't leave BT in a good light James. Maybe you can help me. I have full fibre 2. 70mb download but only 1mb upload. It's unusable. No one seems to be able to help. I am told it is being escalated to openreach to check externally. I'd like some more info and compensation. Ta

  @bt_uk I find it ridiculous that I’ve been a loyal customer for years but if I use the pub’s wifi and pay £30 for 30days it would be cheaper by £20 a month that’s what we deserve as loyal customers?

  @bt_uk No internet/broadband in DA14 & nothing useful on your status checker other than there is a fault that will be fixed in 24hrs. I work from home so need to be online. What exactly is the problem?

  @bt_uk @BTGroup have the worst customer service. Their broadband isn’t cheap by any means and when you lose internet connection, that you rely on for work, they don’t care. My advice go with any other broadband provider.
