    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk Go on their website and raise a complaint. I had 6 months of incorrect billing and many hours on the phone to them. The complaint was how it was finally resolved

    @bt_uk I got through to customer service and the weather has taken out a pole in the network. Also helped in connecting me to the BT Hot Spot. Helpful guy

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk We have had so many problems with them Luke.....upgraded us but didn't! Still charged for it and then they cut off certain parts of tv package that we pay for.....complete shambles! Engineers turned up to upgrade our Internet said they would come back but haven't blah blah blah.

    @Luke_FFF @bt_uk 5 days once with no broadband which for us meant no tv access either turns out we were the last house on the line and it had been diverted to a new customer
