@bt_uk I've reached out to them many times over the weekend but given no details on what they fault might be or when i can expect to be back online which is very frustrating, just anything more then "There's an outage" would be useful. I'll go bug openreach for a reason to the outage

@bt_uk Continued appalling customer services from BT.Worst company ive ever dealt with.Arranged manager to call,manager then transfers me ,several departments later still not resolved.Not the service I need when my dad the account holder has recently passed away
