    @btsport @barclaycard I missed the first 17 minutes of the game because of BTS exceedingly **** website and also because either the website or the barclaycard app wouldn't send/receive a validation code, ******* shambles the pair of you.

    I am currently at my mums waiting on the phone to talk to someone from @bt_uk about her ridiculously slow Internet speed, which they are charging her £42.76 a month for...I've now been waiting for over 30 minutes... 🤬🤬

    @BTCare a week of phone calls and god knows how@ling waiting listening to crap music. Passed from dept to dept. After 25 minutes on hold after a call back today passed to technical as told a fault on my line is the issue. Technical guy says NO FAULT on line at all.

    @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.
