@bt_uk Can’t do it now, but it appears you have a wide spread problem. Perhaps pin a response at the top of your page for others. Hope you get it sorted soon

  • markal1974 Mark Green (@markal1974) reported

@bt_uk Delayed installation! Next Tuesday is the latest I’ve been told yet Friday I was told it would be turned around typically within 48hrs! Over three weeks when both adults WFH is just terrible! I have a complaint in but nothing has happened!

  • LadyLes_ Lady Les 🙈🙉🙊 (@LadyLes on Truth / GETTR) (@LadyLes_) reported

I opened a complaint with the call handler who referred to her manager, who still said no. Can you advise how I escalate this please? To say this is 'just the system' & take advantage of the vulnerable is a poor excuse & extremely disappointing @bt_uk

  • andydeltic andy (@andydeltic) reported

@bt_uk That there is an issue… It’s been quoted to be fixed by 7/10. Interesting thing is that it’s now back on again…

  • whyteuk andy whyte 🏎 (@whyteuk) reported

my @bt_uk broadband 'engineer visit' is now over a month late without a single proactive communication from bt. after 25 days, they elevated my complaints to 'complaint status', which apparently means they start to ignore me all together. advice: avoid bt at all costs. woeful.

  • BonnitaDoodles Bonnita Moaby (@BonnitaDoodles) reported

@bt_uk changed to you less than months ago. I work from home and I have never had so many issues with my Internet cutting out! Hard to run an online business with no WiFi!!! Lost wifi again tonight.......

  • Hudson61600379 Hudson (@Hudson61600379) reported

@bt_uk my broadband keeps drip yet you fix test says not?

  • Katy_Scarlet Katy 🐚🇺🇦 (@Katy_Scarlet) reported

Yo @bt_uk can you tell me why my bill is the regular amount when I was ensured automatic compensation would be deducted as we have been without service for THREE WEEKS now? Switching providers would have been quicker.

  • Pandamoanimum Amanda (@Pandamoanimum) reported

@bt_uk I have no internet and no TV. I’ve checked online to see what the problem is and it’s saying it’s outside my house and will take until Friday to fix! That’s ridiculous. I need the internet for work!

  • Katy_Scarlet Katy 🐚🇺🇦 (@Katy_Scarlet) reported

@bt_uk It’s a main cable down. Which apparently can’t be fixed with any urgency. Can you tell me if we were to switch to fibre would we get connected quicker? A neighbour has no issue with theirs and they are fibre.
