@bt_uk hi can you tell me if the broadband is down in Manchester M14 please

  • cducksbury Charles Ducksbury (@cducksbury) reported

@bt_uk Hi, I’m trying to cancel my subscription but website isn’t helpful and the page where I should be able to cancel says ‘details unavailable’. Please can you help online rather than having to phone?

  • AsbestosLtd_UK Debbie Hales (@AsbestosLtd_UK) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for not helping in anyway. I’m aghast that you have so little respect for your clients & think that because you abdicate responsibility of a duty of care, by hiding behind T&C’s, you don’t have to understand the human element of your service. Ultra reliable, anything but!

  • janek_9 Jonny Holiday (@janek_9) reported

@bt_uk is BT wifi down? The yellow light on my hub is showing. Have tried switching off and back in a couple of times but no luck. Anything else I should be doing? Cheers

  • JennyABurd jenny burd (@JennyABurd) reported

@btbusinesscare I already have someone looking into this. My point is they haven't helped me or offered me any useful help at all to be honest. You call me every day and apologise for your incompetence and blame everything on Openreach. I am at my wits end now hence the somewhat drastic action.

  • jho_zrh Jonathan (@jho_zrh) reported

@bt_uk hi, I’m having trouble watching my subscription channels and keep getting told that I need to set up despite having the VIP package. Is there an issue tonight or can you help please?

  • tonyfarmery Tony Farmery (@tonyfarmery) reported

@bt_uk Tried 2 more times today. Still not working. Must be a very exclusive club who can take advantage of your Broadband deal which ends in 2 hours.

  • The_little_pea Justine (@The_little_pea) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk @BTCare have the most appalling customer service. After a total 14 hours on phone trying to resolve issue it’s now worse! Openreach relying on a system which Bt admits doesn’t work. No-one prepared to help. A lot of recorded calls for offcom to go through!

@bt_uk No, not yet. I am waiting for a site survey from @Fastershire to see whether the internet service at my property could be improved (download max. 10mbps, upload 0.1 mbps) by having another method of accessing the web either through mobile or satellite.
