    @bt_uk once again @bt_uk internet drops at 9pm (critical time for viewing) and diagnostics offer no solution. The help desk is closed (of course). #usualrubbish

    @btsport finally cancelled my subscription to your crappy service. Had ps5 since day1, still havent got 4k viewing on the app. Only have it for @ufc and you cant even have the events up to watch 10+ hours after its aired!

    @bt_uk Seems like your DNS servers are having an issue broadband is connected but unable to resolve web pages.

    Disappointed with @EE service in their Newcastle branch. Went to enquire about changing broadband and spoke to a person in store who gave me some information. Turns out she had signed me up to a new tariff without me signing anything. Thanks to @bt_uk for sorting it today.

    @btsport why is your streaming service so poor? I pay a lot of money each month to watch BT Sport football and in every game I miss huge chunks of the game because the stream keeps spooling. It's not my wi-fi speed as I have no problems with NowTV, Amazon Prime and Netflix!
