@bt_uk To be honest I’d settle for someone that can actually provide the broadband I pay for! 6 days with no connection now & you just keep moving the fix date forward every day! I assume you will be giving customers a refund for the days without service?

@bt_uk What details do you require and I will DM them. I want a resolution from this, I am not prepared to wait til the 3rd march for an update - I've just waited over a week to be told nothing has been done.
