@bt_uk You pretend to cut queuing callers off after 5 mins, so they hang up. Line goes silent, then you get 3 beeps like line has been disconnected. Wait a few more secs you're back in the queue again. Happened several times recently. ***** way to manage call wait stats! #busted

@bt_uk No - it's planned works that the entire street doesn't seem to have been informed about. Not an unexpected outage, I appreciate you can't control those.

@bt_uk We have already tried this multiple times. We've been told it's so bad because we are at "the end of the line" and BT has always blamed Open Reach, who has always blamed BT... and so it goes on and on

@bt_uk I shouldn’t need fibre to have half decent internet and you don’t do it for my area so I’m absolutely appalled that yous always just revert to throwing fibre at people instead of fix area faults you have give me a 10m/b guarantee and it doesn’t even hit 5 on a good day
