    @bt_uk I know but he's put off by getting nowhere recently and i am not at home with him. What else could be a problem? He has tried putting new bt SIM in and turning phone on/off but no joy.

    @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

    @bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun

    How does one leave their contract with @bt_uk and their third world internet speeds? We have had five engineers out and the speeds are still slow. The worst ISP ever.
