Sent a letter to the CEO - tbh there were many factors at wrong with us getting connected but we didn’t get any semblance of the issues until he sent the letter and then WE could coordinate the different parties - Lancs county council, national rail & openreach

  @bt_uk No Broadband since Saturday the 17Dec2022. No communciation, no visibility. I have to check service status online every time myself. The fix date has been pushed out 3x times, from 20Dec to 28Dec. Still no idea whats happening. Customer service said they can do nothing?

  @bt_uk was told earlier that unexpected work had started in my area but checking your official page still says "no issues in my area". The Internet has been down now for hours with no changes. Do you know when this issue will be resolved?

  @bt_uk upgraded to fibre last Monday. All ok apart from no incoming calls. Was told that would resolve today. Around lunchtime today all openreach lights went out and I’ve lost broadband and phone. Order implies engineer never came. Pls resolve urgently. Complaint raised.

  @btsport Is there an issue with the sound on the London Irish v Saracens game? I’ve no other issue on any other channel
