@bt_uk @SarahHar256 Its coming up as no known issue. But as I’ve said. This isn’t the case. Hundreds of people have reported this. And we all have engineers coming Tuesday. People aren’t lying. There’s a problem.

@bt_uk Service checker is now admitting the fault, but claiming it was reported an hour ago, even though the failure occurred thirty three hours ago. Rubbish technical management? Rubbish implementation? Either way, customers coming last.

@bt_uk I’ve done all that loads already and all that happens is that im told to book an engineer even tho the issue isn’t at my house. The entire village now has an engineer coming to their houses on Tuesday and Wednesday.

@bt_uk It's the network that needs updating! I've talked to your engineers. Every week there's one huddled over a box of wires, fiddling around, knocking other customers wires out. It needs a overhaul.
