@bt_uk how long is it supposed to take for the FAULT helpline to get back to you? Had the full day with zero internet, hub won’t stop flashing purple and I’ve had zero response or help back? Can’t reach guaranteed speeds and now can’t get any internet at all

@bt_uk can someone here explain why I have to connect my streaming devices to my mobile Wi-Fi as the broadband at the house is terrible, a broken cable has been repaired so many times it barely works, and you still don’t fix it

Bloody hell, @bt_uk customer service ... 50 minutes I've been on the phone to reschedule the collection of a TV box - and nobody seems to know how to do it. You set it up last week ... 50 minutes 🙄😡!!
