@bt_uk It's more I'm concerned BT engineers will have to run a line from the pavement/road to my house? (a few car lengths) Plusnet had to then gave up on it. Is this going to cause extra problems? TN24 0QA if you need to check.

@rking89 @btsport @Channel5Sport Nothing changes outside the US. Pretty good deal if you are in the States though as you will basically keep the network and get whatever NBC give you

@bt_uk I'm a very chilled guy but when it comes down to liars, it's very triggering. You told us we would get fibre by 2018 and that we were "next" on the list. How do you think that makes us feel, that a new build up the road has fttp and we have 480p still. Stop lying. Help us.

@bt_uk We've spent all of our day walking around my Village in the snow delivering hand written letters so we can apply for vouchers. It cost a lot of ink and a lot of my time to do this but it's the only way to even get yourself and OpenReach to talk to us about fibre. Help us.

@BTCare Thanks for the letter today saying I will lose some TV channels as part of a service change. Failing to tell me what channels is somewhat stupid.

Hey @bt_uk do you have space for a @virginmedia customer who is thinking of leaving? They hung up on me after an hour on the line and are hiking my bill up to £46.50 for only 35-45Mbps. 😭
