    @bt_uk Your internet is crap and overpriced. I've had nothing but issues over the past few years. Internet is getting slower and slower and disconnecting more and more every day. No I don't want to call you I just want to let you all know how much of a dissappointment you are.

    @bt_uk I am client since 27 Jan and till date I saw no one single service activated. I waited patiently and now since latest actiavtion date I am on calls with your agents. Each one promises a solution which the next agent negates and tells me it was cancelled after I believe it’s solve

    @bt_uk @BTGroup WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! CUSTOMER FOR 3 WEEKS PAID 30 POUNDS AND SAW NOTHING TILL NOW!! YOUR AGENTS HAVE NO CLUE. YOUR ENGINEERS DO NOT EXIST. NO ONE MAKES THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. DO NOT#SUBSCRIBE TO BT. EVER !!

    @bt_uk hey if you could stop sending your marketing goons to run up and down the street knocking on doors and then disappearing before people can even get to the door that would be excellent

    @LeeJarvis10 But btsport support rugby its important to them. They don't fill schedules with celebrities singing dancing or eating bugs

    @bt_uk I will do that Claire. But I lost all hope with BT. three weeks of unfulfilled promises. Long calls. No solution. Each agent gives me a promise. I call the next day I found that request is cancelled and I need to book again and again appointments.
