@bt_uk not happy with bt i'm now stuck with bt all because of this Digital VOIP even the ombudsman service lie and agree with bt . any new customers thinking of joining bt run don't do it . my only option would be to move address which i can't .bt have turned into bullies

@bt_uk It's not just about the compensation. I've been asking for an engineer for a month only to be told there is no fault. I've been told so many lies and I'm not getting the service I've paid for. I can't be left without a functioning service and I'll be paying £60 PER MONTH soon.

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply, they just keep saying that BT will come around and check the area and fix it, but no one does, they don't even ring me back. All I want to know what area is affected and when it will be fixed. Thanks

@bt_uk Why is it impossible to access the complaints form on your site? Why can't ANY of your staff solve my BT ID problem? Why is the website so utterly useless for doing the basic function I require it to do? Staff are friendly and I can't fault them for trying...

@bt_uk Hello - still no phone or broadband since 18th. Date for resolution just keeps getting pushed back. No information or sensible guidance on cause or how long this will realistically take to fix. Really frustrating and not good customer service - what is going on?
