No BT Infinity service from around 11pm last night @bt_uk, not exactly great timing, particularly during tier 4 lockdown. Any update would be appreciated.(Normally your service is excellent)

@bt_uk My family’s phone lines are down. They’re vulnerable (both over 80) and have no other way to make calls (i.e. for an ambulance). We can’t get through on the phones to BT as the line keeps saying their number is invalid. What do we do?

@bt_uk why am I being charged an engineer fee when I was assured due to the continuous problems with our line this was a BT issue?! BT sent the wrong engineer to begin with and prolonged any resolution to the issues we have with connection. I will NOT be paying this fee!!
