@bt_uk used to be a customer. I left as you have a good broadband service but a terrible customer service telephone line. Was told I was eligible for a broadband deal today. Went to sign up online and the deal is not available to me.

@bt_uk Hi, I’m having problems with my Wi-Fi in London. My BT account says that there is a Current Service Issue, the estimated fix time is 22:37. The problem was found at 10:57. I’ve been trying to study and work using my 4g. After more than 8 hours it’s becoming impossible

@bt_uk I assume communicating with you here is as pointless as more standard means, but any update (whatsoever) on when the service outage in WR6 (since Saturday) will be resolved. Your total radio silence on this is appalling. @worcesternews

@bt_uk @Nathanb81236595 I need help my internet has been prematurely been cancelled by 3 weeks. Just returned to my flat to find that its already turned off. Tried restarting the router to make sure that wasn’t the issue. Please resolve ASAP I need to work tomorrow!

So @bt_uk broadband has been down since 4 o’clock and they are saying that I won’t have any service till 7th or December. The mediocre apology and the promise of a refund for the days without internet is diabolical.

@bt_uk I'm currently a domestic Halo customer but running business from home want to take up the offer on the black Friday bt business offer. As there is no bt business upgrade available In my account, if I order it will they auto cancel my domestic service?
