  @TerryPDunn @bt_uk I'm also angry & frustrated that for weeks @BT 'guides' have taken my calls for help and either said they have passed the problem to technical team or latest contact was escalated to complaint & complaint closed within minutes of it being taken.

  @bt_uk been trying for 3 days now see my bill. Please don’t tell me you are not aware of any problems. How about telling me how this can be resolved. You emailed to say bill is available ……. All I get is 3 dancing dots !!!!!

  @bt_uk Phoned that number and still they trying to fix it on a computer but fault is outside need you to send a engineer that can fix that

  @bt_uk are committed to excellent customer service, they say so when you ring them. Then they say they're very busy and they promise to speak to you within 20 minutes or you could ring back. Hint, excellent customer service starts with answering the bloody phone.

  @bt_uk So you’re making an upgrade I never asked for and it’s still cost me over an hour on the phone because you can’t get your appointments in the right order. I don’t care about your rigid systems - I’m the customer. I care even less that ‘AI did it’ - you trained it.

  Almost a yr after i left...and im still getting emails and texts from @bt_uk telling me my bill is ready .. plus they never paid me the money they owed me #BT #EE make it stop

  @bt_uk Hello, yesterday I highlighted I needed some extra support and the reasons why are on my account. I had a message to direct message you and you’d get back to me but you haven’t, any chance of hearing anything back? I’m now 8 days over the promised call back from a serious issue.

  @bt_uk I already know there’s an issue as this was discussed on a community Facebook page. But it would’ve been nice to have been told by email or text that there was an issue.

  @bt_uk @ah_potts What “cache what cookies”?? All other apps working just fine. I cant log in BT only. I have been trying for ages! You have sent a bill and I cant access it . Really terrible service😡😡
