    @btsport you’re company is the worst. I moved house on the 16th of March and tried to set up internet prior to this. I got told the 1st of April was the earliest you could do. I called to confirm this today with it being close and get told you’ve cancelled it and now it’s the 22n

    @bt_uk My 79year old father has spent over FIVE HOURS queuing on the phone to see why the internet he booked to go live on 26th still isn’t live. It’s a shocking lack of customer care.

    I've been very patient @bt_uk and now very frustrated and disappointed you hold my money. Had an email to say a complaint has been opened on my behalf. I haven't opened one, just want our money back PLEASE!!!!

    On hold to @bt_uk for over an hour (still on hold). Appreciate Covid has made things difficult for businesses but surely after a year, companies could reduce long call wait times with more staff!! It’s not just @bt_uk that I’ve experienced this with but they are by far the worst!
