@bt_uk I’ve spoken to an advisor this morning. My complaint won’t be escalated until I’ve had a call back in a weeks time. Another call with more false promises no doubt!!

@bt_uk Internet dropping constantly today. Service status says no issue lmao. There 3 bt vehicles on my road, 1 working on our pole.......but there's no issue.....

@Wayne__Lawrence @bt_uk Huge company and they cant get stuff done properly. And the customer service is more useless.the only thing they say is don’t worry.
