@bt_uk you are breathtakingly awful. You are very efficient at taking money, but not at actually delivering a service. I'm seeking legal advice. You can't stop blaming other suppliers for you inability to activate people's internet in a time like this.

@bt_uk Thanks, but that doesn’t help. I don’t have any free sockets in the cupboard. Quite disappointing as I found a dongle for Sky+ box, which is at least 9 years old.

@bt_uk Have reported it and phoned every day. A guy from a contractors finally came yesterday and said a cherry picker had to be brought out to fix a wire on a telephone poll that can’t be climbed. He said it should be yesterday and promised to phone back after a quick job. He never did

@bt_uk Quick question to avoid waiting half-an-hour for phone support: we are transferring our BT broadband service to a new address—should we take the BT hub with us, or will you provide a new one at the new address?

@bt_uk Are you just tweeting about sport or can you help with issues too? As in, is there a wi-fi dongle that would work with the TV Box, as I don't have the TV in the cupboard where the router and the line sit.

@MarcusRashford @btsport Is anyone gonna tell these guys you can’t ‘end hate’ by simply saying ‘it’s bad’ (or kneeling down before a game)?
