@bt_uk I’ve been trying to talk to someone via Live Chat or email as not comfortable talking on the phone. I would like to potentially cancel my mobile contract as other networks are offering better prices. Can someone contact me via email to resolve before I change networks

@bt_uk worst company ever not even got my order yet and on 3 occasions can not send to correct address. It’s not like us keyworkers have anything better to do then sit on the phone to you on hold when we are already exhausted ! Stay well away !

@bt_uk had an broadband engineer round yesterday "i could see it wasn't working this morning but now everything is working", and today I've already had 2 drop outs. You need to retrofit the line on my road, it's been 2 years of poor performance. Invest!

@bt_uk yeah they refused as they claimed they didnt do anything wrong and refused to hear me out as a customer. I was left shaking and crying after how they spoke to me yesterday and today

@bt_uk I am having a problem with my landline and I am having a nightmare getting in touch with you - it seems you just don't straight phone calling any more. I am supposed to text my landline number into my mobile. I CAN'T. What now please?
