@bt_uk You have cancelled my home broadband order yesterday. After almost an hour phone call and several hours sending messages on Twitter today, I was promised a phone call to get this issue sorted. I have yet to receive that phone call. Can we get this resolved now??

@bt_uk can you believe BT is advertising on TV that they have the best WI-FI connection. I have upgraded my package in Nov 2020 and they still couldn’t connect the line. BT customer service updates me weekly by saying unfortunately they do not have any update it’s shambolic. #BT

If you are about to switch or upgrade to @bt_uk for your own sanity don’t. My upgrade has disconnected me from 6/4/21 to 4/5/21 and been replaced with a useless 4g connection (13up/2down) @virginmedia how do you treat customers offering you more money???

@bt_uk if anyone is thinking to get BT as their Wi-fi supplier- please do not. Their service is bad, since November 2020- I am waiting for connection. Excuse: the engineer is off sick- they don’t have anyone around. The path is blocked and by mistake they send wrong people.#BT

The main issue is I can’t cast anything to my tv as my signal is too weak to use my hotspot. I can’t video call and Porter has been ill and I might have needed the doctor! Can’t cast to my TV. Despite paying £15 a month for BT SPORT! It’s a joke tbh @bt_uk

@bt_uk Afternoon, my internet saga continues. I’ve upgraded my package which means no internet till an engineer can arrive on 4th may which seems odd since it was working till the 6th. I have the 4g thing but it’s terrible 13up 2 down is barely enough to watch a video let alone work

@bt_uk hi, we were meant to have someone come to install our broadband after waiting 3 weeks and nobody has turned up. We’ve waited in all day and your staff can’t/won’t help. So annoying!
