@bt_uk Yes. It changes colour. The phone calls I have had on your 0300 number all confirm that they know there is a problem as they can see it on your systems.

@bt_uk your costumer service is shocking, had an engineer come out to connect us after waiting 3 weeks, to be told he doesn’t have the right equipment, now have to wait another 2 weeks for someone to come back out? Absolute joke

@bt_uk No it was a wider issue than just my service and was resolved on the night thanks. I wouldn’t have let it lie had normal service not been restored before now
