    @joncbirder @bt_uk @Ofcom I had the same thing happen last Wed evening in the middle of teaching. Had to cancel the lessons obviously! So crap when you're freelance!

    @bt_uk we have a SLOW connection and with digital learning and WFH , we are as a family cannot do with a speed less than 1mbps within in greater london area. What are we supposed to do with < 1mbps for a family of 4 @BTGroup @GarethBaconMP

    @NigeWhite @bt_care I’ll just leave answerphone on and with caller display can decide who to answer. Given that this is now a big problem, you would think @BTCare would have a solution that did not involve buying a new phone. I have been able to block on my mobile for years.

    Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

    Perhaps @BT_UK's new slogan should contain the words "always tomorrow, never today". A @BTBusiness fibre-circuit order placed with them in 09/20 and scheduled for 12/20 has now been given a delivery date of 07/21. We're making a documentary about this process—stay tuned!

    @bt_uk Your text service found a fault and need to send an engineer to resume service but cannot contact me because we do not have a landline, any help? Who do I contact?
