I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!

MiltonKeynesCAB (@MK_CAB) reported@btbusinesscare IMP-161473302 - still unresolved despite being opened in first week of December. Escalated in January and still unresolved. We need a resolution , not updates advising us you're still 'working on it'. The impact on our clients isn't acceptable.
