@bt_uk Hello, re: the above an engineer this morning has identified a broken cable in the building, he will raise a request for someone else fix the cable but may take some time. Wondering if possible for bt to arrange delivery of something like a temporary 4g / mini hub in interim?

@btsport @EE Hi, added the BT Sports large screen add-on to my EE account yesterday morning and still unable to log in to my BT Sport account. I don't think the account is active yet and have not received an email. Can you help? Thanks

@bt_uk BT care about their customers and REALLY know how to retain them! Still in contract with BT = Moving House = BT Charging us £330 because we want to transfer to Sky as they are cheaper! We will leave as soon as we can and NEVER return to BT. 😡
