    @bt_uk 14.4% increase on my package!!!Called to review my package / create a new as you previously said to another customer. However told no changes can be made, so either pay the increase or pay £362.06 to cancel. Very helpful!!!

    @btsport please sort the god awful app out. Ive never seen a more unreliable streaming service then this.

    Why is the @btsport App such poor? Sound out of Sync, quality is awful on Live sports. Definitely a waste of money!
