    @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

    Horrendous service from @bt_uk. Dealing with my Father in Laws account and getting threatening letters when we’d been reassured it was sorted. Disgusting. Stay well away.

    @bt_uk my broadband is down AND your website is down so I can’t report an outage. Such poor service no wonder everyone is moving to alt nets
