@bt_uk So having read this, I will ask again! So now I am on digital voice via my BT hub instead of the ONT why do I need the battery backup system inside the ONT as I will no longer benefit from the fact the the ONT is still alive that upto now I could make calls during a blackout??

@bt_uk Hi Dee when I try to login it asks for my email address or user name. My email address is a gmail one which it accepts but it doesn't recognise the password when I go to change the password it will recognise the gmail address and it will send a code but it never arrives.

@bt_uk please can you help? My BT Broadband was supposed to be connected on 14/04, still nothing today. On the phone I’m told it’s @OpenreachHelp problem but in DM they tell me BT never submitted the order.
