  @bt_uk I have connection issues with my BB and my employer wants proof that there are issues in Swansea. How can I do this? Spoke to your BB department, and they couldn't help.

  @bt_uk why is it that your customer service staff fail to listen when a customer is telling them that the fault is not fixed, and that they want the case kept open? Instead the case is marked as "you told us the fault is fixed", which are words I haven't used

  @beachjunkey @bt_uk I totally agree ours is the same broadband is awful we have to Mobile data to get a reception not great at all it's 2022 not 1982

  Thanks to @bt_uk Digital Voice, if there is a power cut here due to #StormEunice I have no way of contacting anybody in an emergency. Yes I have a mobile phone BUT THE SIGNAL IS NON EXISTENT so yeah thanks for that BT 😡
