    @bt_uk It's the 8th day after the min hub was to have been delivered as the immediate solution as per our agreement with BT to maintain a semblance of broadband service. Our broadband has now been restored. The failure of DPD is a BT failure as they are your agents - they work for you

    @bt_uk what a shambles, no help at all can not wait to get out of this contract and find a much better supplier and support, never had so many issues should have just stayed with virgin

    @Tedisiek @bt_uk That’s what I thought. Nothing is ‘slow’ right now with 50mb, but for 18p more a month it seemed daft not to. We don’t stream 4K as our old Pioneer TV is 1080p and old mkii Chromecast.

    @bt_uk That’s a joke, never turned up for an appointment. Still heard nothing. Installed the unit myself and it is worse than I had before. Can not even watch TV on a kindle! Thanks BT👎

    @bt_uk Your new diagnostics setup for home broadband is a such a faff. I already turned the router off for 5 minutes and reconnected before your bot did the router reboot. Now I have to wait for a phone call back? The problem isn't my router or cable to the socket

    @OpenreachHelp been told once again Open reach @bt_uk @BTCare are lying!not doing the jobs that’s re told to do! 4 months without Wi-Fi! So guess you won’t be able to do any jobs when your vans are blocked in as they park them down the road from me good luck

    @bt_uk hi, I wonder if you can help. My elderly parents have just moved house and last week ordered BB, phone and TV. Service went live yesterday but they've received no equipment. Royal Mail website suggest you dispatched it last Monday but no more details. Thx

    @bt_uk READ THE MESSAGES!!!! BT WAS TOLD THAT WE HAD NOT RECEIVED IT AND YOU HAS THE CONTROL TO NOT TURN IFF THE EXISTING SERVICE - EVEN IF YOU CANT MANAGE TO GET A ROUTER TO US!
