    @bt_uk BTTV keeps breaking up & signal intermittently drops out for a couple of seconds on all channels. Any issues in the SW18 area?

    @bt_uk Feeling very let down by you guys - Infact I've been sold down the river - my father died & unknowingly to me you guys have just linked me to dad's account, so when I ring up to try & get a deal on broadband as a new customer - just been told no can do!??

    @bt_uk I've had one replacement, but things are worse since that arrived. I get a variety of messages, "not connected, no Internet, no network available" etc... At least with the last one I could connect the discs.... This is having none of it.

    Serious Q ... What has happened to @BTBusiness !? Thirty years with them and now nearly three months without a resolve to a problem THEY caused!? @btbusinesscare Have you all given up? AVOID if you’re a business customer. Time to look elsewhere....Is @Vonage any good?
