  @bigbob25a @bt_uk They’re an utter nightmare ! And they don’t seem to understand the importance of getting this fixed quickly esp when you work from home ! They also closed my complaint before the issue was resolved so asked them to re-open it!

  I have the worst luck with broadband. Upgraded to @bt_uk from TalkTalk because they were offering a good deal at a higher speed but now full fibre is in the area, I'm paying more for an inconsistent 77mbps when some providers are offering up to 900mps for around £5-£9 less.

  So @bt_uk have really surpassed themselves now. I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks, they tell me that they can’t connect me until AUGUST and provide a “mini hub” until I can get connected. However even this has now been switched off, after I made a formal complaint…

  @ahillslegal @bt_uk I've also got a problem with BT not fixing my phone/broadband fault. They closed the fault without fixing it earlier in the year. They were supposed to fix it yesterday, now magically it will be another 2 weeks. They manage to invoice me & take my money on time.
