@bt_uk Well thanks but You could give her unlimited data & it wouldn’t help much, despite your coverage maps saying otherwise, to make a call on her mobile she has to virtually hang out of her living room window. This also leaves her with no tv because all her tv is via streaming.

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Have to admit it just doesn't seem right or logical what is suggested = better fan base, viewing possibilities and future revenue. This decision is as bad as that movie Ryan agreed to star in, what was it called again 🤔

@Vanarama @TheVanaramaNL @btsport The truth is that nobody knows what would happen. So why not run a 3 month trial and then take a much more informed view? My instincts are that this could be net positive but without trying it we’ll never know.

@bt_uk why do I continue to pay premium prices for a bargain basement service? At best my wi-fi is average, but lately it’s pathetic. When are you going to begin to offer some value for the rates you charge? I need to switch clearly….

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I think the issue then is providing the infrastructure for all clubs, some of which are amateur to be able to be able to broadcast games using multiple cameras. When stadiums often have very small grounds

So here we are yet again, @bt_uk, Beyond Terrible. Your recorded message advises that excellent customer services is what you strive for, yet there's 30 minute + wait times, or you can go online - no use when your BT internet isn't working, had 2 days of this and getting fed up!

Hello @bt_uk I want to give notice on my account. Your website says I have to call to do this. I called and was on hold for an hour, then after being told I could not cancel today, I was put on hold again and then cut off. This is ridiculous! Can you help?

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I dont understand their reasoning. They are streaming the occasional championship matches and league one matches on espn+. It doesn't have to be every match. Even 2 or 3 a year would help revenue and exposure.
