@btbusinesscare Your own telephone staff said there were problems with the site. All I was trying to do was access our details to change our direct debit. I phoned the helpline and was told there was a problem and to try again in a few days. Still not working last night.

@bt_uk Trying to report telephone cables which have been cut to properties in an block of flats. I am not a customer of BT Upto 20 properties affected, can not speak with anyone due to automated service.

@btbusinesscare BT you are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Hours of being past from staff member to staff member all of which had no idea how to fix my problem. Now you demand money from me or you will use bailiffs. Absolute bullies.

Did I just hear that right. Paul Scholes on BTsport has just said: “These players aren’t as talented as the teams above them” however it’s the managers fault now he isn’t faultless but if the players aren’t as talented as the ones above I think that might be the problem #MUFC
