    @bt_uk I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes during my work lunch break. Is there anyone who can assist? I have never received an account number and so cannot set up a MY BT Account to see my bill!!

    @adampettit1972 @bt_uk BT are awful imo, they tried to hike my parents' charge by 30+%, we moved to Vodafone for our broadband and are paying less than what BT were charging before they tried to scalp us. Customer service was better with Vodafone too and they changed us over exactly when scheduled 👍

    @RMGirlUK There's a reason why I'm still with @bt_uk for broadband, landline and mobiles - they get a lot of stick but anyone with a large customer base will do so. I've always had a really good service from them.

    @Grantkunta13 @seanbaker87 @bt_uk Hi Grant, I’m actually partnered with Utility Warehouse and as Sean stated we do cover up to £200 to help you switch if you are tied into a BT contract. If you really want to leave I help you out with that.

    @bt_uk After years of providing internet services I am astonished at the lack of professionalism and capability of both service and service providers. Moving house is not an anomaly, so please can you take the time to create a standard procedure and train your employees in this.
