Richard Pont (@richard_pont) reportedHugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for £12pm but only the new customers price of £18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

Steve George (@Baggieboy1888) reported@bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.

Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.
