@bt_uk And the poor customer service continues. Dismissed by your complaints team and then told they would send me paperwork so I could take it up with the ombudsman, unsurprisingly no paperwork vis email or post….

@bt_uk I’m trying to sign up for the £15 a month BT home essentials package however by the time I go to check out my price is going up to as much as £60? Please help. We do not want TV/mobile/landline packages etc, just broadband. So why is it so expensive when advertised cheap?

DONT buy a sports pass from @bt_uk ! Took £25 off me doesnt work. On the phone to their rude ignorant staff for over an hour. Still no access, offered to give me a £1 refund. Absolute disgrace of a company, will be moving to another provider ASAP 🤬Share!
