  @btbusinesscare This issue is still bot resolved. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.

  @bt_uk What a joke of a reply. As I said, my boss was on the phone to you for hours on end; 4.5hours being passed from pillar to post and you want him to do that again? Why does the customer have to do all the chasing for your mistake?

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

  @btbusinesscare I’ve just tried WhatsApp and the same issue. No response. Is there a phone number to actually speak to a human ??? 🤬🤷🏻. I’m being threatened with legal action over an account I closed months ago and I cannot speak to someone ??? Your robot doesn’t understand!! 😱😱
