    @JaneElRoberts @misskirsten187 @bt_uk In terms of the charge a communication provider offers a customer just to have a VoIP service depends on what packages they offer. Today BT consumer have a essential range and packages for those on low income so maybe there will be a Digital Voice only package with no data.

    @bt_uk I am having issues with a route to @EveOnline servers. Your host 109.159.253.95 is showing approx 60% packet loss and an avg latency of 59ms. I appreciate I am not on an Ethernet service but this is still poor and sub-standard performance. Full WinMTR can be provided

    @bt_uk 3 times now Ash, now using my data. To follow instructions on app. Still getting nowhere, light on *** is blue but service is out of range.

    @bt_uk Okay I can see that. Thanks. I now need to reconfigure the two accounts I have in the house down to one. Last time i tried this it was a complete nightmare. How do I get to speak to an adviser? I have to say I hate the @BTGroup experience with a vengeance.

    @JaneElRoberts @misskirsten187 @bt_uk Unfortunately the current PSTN analogue network is not fit for purpose anymore, costing too much, harder and longer to repair. Other countries on VoIP. Industry have been in consultation and aware of the UK national PSTN closure and move to VoIP since at least 2017

    @bt_uk so internet has gone down, not the end of the world, I'll fire up the 4g mini hub that "guarantees" me internet, that also doesnt want to work and your offices closed at 9pm so cant even speak to someone to fix it. Why am I paying extra for this exactly?!

    @bt_uk Could try updating me on my order, have 2 sets of equipment that you have managed to cancel the orders for twice when trying to get an engineer out and still charging the higher old rate!!! Thought you are a communication company

    @bt_uk can BT tell me why the BT mobile signal in Sonning Common has been failing since Friday last week? When I go into Reading I get full single strength but here I’m constantly getting no service!
