@bt_uk Don’t think you have the point . There are a lot of BT customers that have same problem in Torpoint area . The broadband keeps dropping out & is impossible to use BtTv . There was no issues until an outage occurred in area Wednesday . It would appear fault has not been fixed.

@btbusinesscare Best thing to do is cancel your BT service and buy elsewhere. They cut off our phone line without following their own procedures. Took them two weeks to reinstate

@bt_uk This package is good, had for a year and it has been solid, 4 tvs streaming, phones, laptops, Xbox, no issues👍

@btbusinesscare Then they attached a bogus number to our account which meant when We had an emergency whilst I was off-site they refused to speak to me about the account. So they undertook to resolve that issue which took three months

@bt_uk hey! Is there an issue in the OL9 area? Internet cuts off and has the flashing orange light on the hub for ages. Did a test when it worked about 10mins ago and I only got 10mb download as opposed to 50mb. Cheers!

@bt_uk Are there any known problems in the Basingstoke area? My broadband had been dropping out regularly for the last few days! It’s starting to get rather frustrating!!
