@bt_uk not sure if this is the correct account to tweet. My baby monitor which I’ve been using for a year has suddenly stopped working over night. It is a BT6000 the green power light is still on but the screen will not turn on nor any of the buttons will work. Please help!

@bt_uk I’ve tried dealing with customer service 3 times, now saying can’t speak to Openreach until Friday and if they try before then @BTSopenreach won’t speak to them and if I phone them they’ll just put the phone down on me

@bt_uk - my installation date being pushed back and these continual mistakes on BT’s part, I’d like to discuss a bill discount moving forward. It’s pretty poor service from what I’ve come to expect from the company, after my years of being with you.

Great advice from @bt_uk when they totally mess up your order - ask your current provider to extend supply as we don’t know when we can connect you. Already overlapped by a month in case of problems
