    @bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?

    @bt_uk @stokeygurl itโ€™s a massive issue theyโ€™ve caused know all about - i canโ€™t see bills or sort my wifi out or even renew a contract - so iโ€™m leaving as they have been rude and unhelpful

    @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

    @bt_uk No I wonโ€™t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.

    @bt_uk what a shame , 2 weekends, 10 days of using your "service" and I've got yo watch about 4 hours tv, in total. Tried calling your helpline but it was a 90-minute wait

    @bt_uk disabled discrimination. made complaint. respond to complaint by CALL BACK ONLY what about millions who can't use phone, deaf, stroke, speak issues etc etc etc. disgusting

    @bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.
