@bt_uk 2 weeks on no broadband . Pole taken down on street. Promised to resolve by 8th Nov as per email yet nothing. Paid £40 on top of bill for two weeks worth of online Wi-Fi. Can you 1. Let me know when issue in se6 1pp will be fixed and 2. A replacement dongle if it won’t be fixed.

@bt_uk Day 2 of no phone & no broadband, day 2 of not being able to work from home & kids not being able to do home work & College coursework.!! Mini Hub also not working as we live in a deadspot with no mobile network coverage. This service is just shocking!!!

@bt_uk wifi has been down for over 6 hours now and despite your diagnostics team claiming to be able to fix it by 16:00 I’m still waiting.

@bt_uk 1.45 on call so far to the WORST customer service. Trying to get a PAC to leave this dire service, and keep getting told I am being put on hold, and instead they just divert me to another caller. Now on my 6th person! beyond a joke!

@MariePercival4 @btsport It depends who picks up the rights so too early to say. Prime have ATP to end of 2023 and WTA to end of 2024 so another year before it's a problem.

@bt_uk Day 4 with no INTERNET OR PHONE for my mother who is 75! It was bad enough having digital voice that took you 4 weeks to do for her in aug/sept! Put her god damn landline back this is a disgrace! She is half blind so cannot use a mobile because she cant see the screen sort it now

@bt_uk All that’s done is change the supposed fix time from 16:00 today to 08:00 tomorrow? You carry ads for your “unbreakable wifi” and yet I’m going 22 hours with out any wifi and not one word yet on why?
