Maybe @btsportfootball @btsport can explain why I hear the commentator yell 'Deflected! What a save!' BEFORE the ball has even been kicked, let alone saved. What sort of service do you provide? Players are already fuzzy & impossible to tell who they are close up. Awful channel.

@btsportfootball why everytime I watch football on btsport the sound is always out of sync. It's even worse in the last few minutes. Picture froze now sound is even worse than normal. Sky sports us never a problem

Not impressed with @bt_uk! Intermittent internet in my local area now since the 20th August. Went down completely 30th August in the evening promting engineers to come out to fix and its still not right!

@sjjarrettHR @RokuUK We’ll @btsport are feeding you bollocks there. I’m watching through PS4 and exactly the same happened. Error said ‘too many session open’. Missed about 8 mins. For such an expensive product, they really aren’t very good. Terrible commentary, terrible production, just shite 💩
