@bt_uk is there a problem in the Aberdeenshire area AB12 area. My broadband keeps dropping out for upto 5 mins at a time. Never happened with previous supplier.

Hi @bt_uk Shout out for Robert in Warrington office. Called to ? my increase, and phone line as been customer since 1969. All sorted with better deal. Mobiles moved to EE better signal & deal Well done pls pass on

@virginmedia tried to retain your broadband service but your CS is SO BAD i was given no option but to go over to @bt_uk who gave me a fantastic deal and were a pleasure to deal with. Sort your CS out and you might actually retain long serving customers!

@virginmedia trying to cancel your extortionate service but your agent is not listening and I have been on to them for 15 minutes arguing why I should not leave! I am leaving because @bt_uk is £794 a year cheaper for better deal.
