Amazing how awful @bt_uk are at running their Internet service. Internet goes down every couple of minutes so I can't do anything. As if being hard capped at 20mbps download and 2mbps upload wasn't bad enough. Fix it.

@bt_uk Waited 3 weeks for broadband after house move. Engineer came 22nd Dec, internet is NOT working and you have turned mini hub off. No online support available + not able to get answer on phone. I need to work, can you help urgently please.

@bt_uk our broadband has been down since 24th. Unable to reach anyone via online, SMS or phone. Been on hold for over an hour this morning & now placed back to beginning of hold process! Is there any other way to provide support please?

@bt_uk complaint open for 20 day no member of staff wishing to take responsibility to help a customer resolve and too happy to pass the buck. Thank I am going to @SkyUK soon. Nothing but trouble since Oct and poor poor customer service and service

@bt_uk Joke of a company! I had family trying to contact me when my number was changed and I even missed a call from my Dr's surgery about results. Poor Broadband and extremely poor customer service from the first day of service
