  @bt_uk Ok. It maybe free? But an essential part of the contract I took out with you for the service. Let’s see if it’s back tomorrow morning? If not I reserve the right to make enquiries about another provider as my contract with you is up for renewal.

  @btbusinesscare When I try to report a connection issue, your website says it is down for maintenance. Probably not the best time to promote a link that ultimately doesn’t work? Any idea how else I can do this?

  Fingers crossed BT customers will wake up tomorrow to a fully functional email service @bt_uk. Inconvenient to myself today, but undoubtedly a more significant issue for many others.
