    @bt_uk BT you tried to cut my internet off for Christmas, then emailed, texted and called me with no definite message that you had done your job. Seriously! you get paid to do this.. I dont. Wtf VOL013-546537756671.

    @bt_uk would@not use by again! A simple home move taken nearly 2 weeks and has been delayed again today! Really poor customer service!

    We apologise if our phone is constantly busy for more than an hour but we are trying to cancel an account with @bt_uk but it’s impossible! Never ever again!

    @bt_uk I really am at my Witts end with your company. Call backs promised, that haven’t happened & still being charged for a mobile contract cancelled 4 years ago. Add to that the poorest internet service in history...appalling way to treat loyal paying customers.

    @bt_uk I NEED A CALL BACK! Evertime I can your line i waiT to speak to someone for 30 minutes then to be passed to the connections team a further 30 odd minutes for me to be DISCONNECTED. Disgusted with the customer service. Been trying to resolve this issue for 3 WEEKS! Furious!

    Hey @bt_uk just had @OpenreachHelp engineer to check/fix poor bb speeds and there is no difference in my connection. Please help. Fluctuating between 3mb and 15mb up and down. Impossible to work.

    @bt_uk I don’t have the login information myself, but my brother does. The package we now have says we are on 5-6mbps. We also know the issue in our area hasn’t been fixed, so I have no idea if that is somehow confusing the system or not.
