    @bt_uk my broadband is down AND your website is down so I can’t report an outage. Such poor service no wonder everyone is moving to alt nets

    If @bt_uk tries to insist your router is broken (when actually the network is down) DO NOT accept their new router unless you enjoy your tv stream constantly buffering….

    @bt_uk I've tried calling and it doesn't connected and hangs up after a second. I am using a USA e SIM right now, could that be the price problem?

    @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!

    @bt_uk What's happening with your site please? First webmail, now whole site down which is no good when other sites send 2FA emails you can't get to :/
