  @NGFC83 @btsport Now I know it's the 3pm blackout, I'm usually at a game at Saturday so not home for the 5pm Saturday games. Thought nothing of it because I've see so many on Sundays!

  @bt_uk How about instead of taking it offline, you can say why the G66 issue has went from being resolved at 6om, to 11.59pm to not knowing when it will be resolved. Terrible customer service. Good job I'm out of contract soon

  @bt_uk No thank you.After 15 minutes the operative came back to the line to arrange an engineers appt & when I asked again to speak to manager admitted keeping me on the line because I wouldn’t speak to him. I have now used a separate avenue to arrange a call back to cancel my account

  Big fan of all the football being cancelled in the UK and @btsport not showing PSG at 4pm because of the blackout even though there are no games on. Get taken for mugs in this country us when it comes to football

  @bt_uk Not sure if you seen on my tweet but the link isn’t giving any info for our area. Many of us are facing the same issues. BT know about it, my partner rang them today. We just want to know approx how long it’ll take to be fixed?
