    @bt_uk I checked that. My TV is updated. Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, Sky all deliver 4K HDR to my TV. Just your app that's the problem. Clearly there's an issue you need to fix.

    @bt_uk we're on the top home package and have been for years how do businesses cope with this problem - how much extra is a business package if it has some sort of guarantee there are many people working from home (not because they want to) experiencing this what do we do exactly ?

    @bt_uk Yes please, turn the acs on whatever that is. Why was it off in the first place? As for the alibi TV, rather than me having to go and do more research, you can see can see what boxes I have, simple question, can I watch alibi on them? Your support line says no

    @bt_uk hi how do I talk to someone re wifi set up if there isn’t a landline connected to it? Having trouble setting up wifi but when phoning the available numbers it asks for a “BT number you’d like to talk about”

    What a pile of ****, don’t bother getting @btsport , I paid for it through EE and frankly i’ve spent more time trying to fix inane errors than actually watching what I paid for. #BTSport #BT #ee

    @bt_uk shocking service to my elderly mother. Broadband speed appalling 2-6m/s. Told contact out Nov 21 so she arranged to swap. Now told it's 2022 and has to pay £271. U have not honoured contract width why should she pay when told it was 1/11/21?

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk after almost a month without Internet, trying to run a business and work from home and many promises from BT that Openreach will trun up to fix a broken cable, and another promise last weekend and then again on Thursday this week that a team is booked to fix

    @bt_uk No error code. I've reinstalled, I've deleted and reinstalled and still says it's not compatible. Every other app is fine, just yours that's the problem.

    When you receive an email from BT TV saying you’re losing some of your channels but you can pay more to keep them by taking a bigger pack you don’t need. Then another series record fails!! Epically poor. If I’m paying more @BTCare i will be paying it to sky
