    @bt_uk what a shame , 2 weekends, 10 days of using your "service" and I've got yo watch about 4 hours tv, in total. Tried calling your helpline but it was a 90-minute wait

    @bt_uk What’s going on email not working, can’t get into My BT and now speeds dropping to 109mg to 145 after factory you carried. No record of this as promised. Claims for £100 not happening, monitor for week…in other words cant be honest.. Have you been Hacked .?

    @bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.

    @bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?
