  @bt_uk I’m so dissapointed in BT. No internet since last Weds 14th July. The first engineer was booked for Friday 16th & never came. Rebooked for this morning and again no one arrived. Rebooked for tomorrow but I have no confidence anyone will come. Please can someone help me?

  @bt_uk Thanks James. Is there a way that I can get the account amended to reflect a bereavement? My experience with BT throughout this has been awful and today's letter was the final straw.

  @KevinLe80186509 @virginmedia Mine has been down for 3 weeks, abandon all hope Kevin. I called @bt_uk earlier. They pay Virgins cancellation fee if you sign with them.

  @bt_uk I have checked & there are no spam emails at all. I have been receiving emails normally since the incident but there still seem to be 4 missing somewhere in the ether.
