@bt_uk Unbelievable. Just seen my latest bill and the fixed bill has gone up by nigh on 20%. Was also being charged for a 3 services that I don't use. Robbing b~ Solution. Cancelled my contract. Bye by.

Please avoid #vodafone & #btopenreach they are bollocks. They offer cheaper prices to entice new customers, but treat you like **** after you’ve signed up. Waited in all day to be connected, engineer was a no show, customer service is **** & isn’t understandable. @bt_uk @vodafone
