@bt_uk There’s an on-going saga. Our internet should have been activated 3 weeks ago. Lots of issues, new activation dates and “by midnight tonight”s later, and we are still without internet. I was told this morning it was definitely being activated today. It has not.

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @bt_uk I paid to get out of my BT contract, they were awful.

@bt_uk Both BT Sport and Sky sport channels signal scramble especially when my team are on live! I spent 90 mins last Friday talking to an agent and TWO hours on Sunday talking to THREE agents for nothing. You are even incapable of sending an engineer around😡

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @PaulClews2 @bt_uk I don’t think they can do that - OpenReach invest the money to connect the property to their network, they then have to offer access to all the suppliers as above not just BT retail; it may be that other suppliers have not yet got their act together.

@bt_uk Complete load of tosh. My broadband connection from you has serious latency issues and your answer - ah you need to pay £5 more for our Wi-fi guarantee. Hmm the issue is the connection my Wi-fi is 100% around the house.

@bt_uk Rubbish. Charming people they maybe but, thanks to your archaic systems and seemingly dysfunctional relationship with @WeAreOpenreach, they couldn’t provide help if they wanted to.

Now at almost a month without internet thanks to @bt_uk. Talking to customer service makes me feel as if I’ve done something wrong when my only crime is to sign a contract to pay hundreds of pounds per year for, thus far, no service. Am completely out of ideas and exhausted.

@bt_uk Yep @bt_uk all internet services in LS16 down and have been for 8+hrs now. Rgardless of ISP, if they rely on BT lines there is no service.

@bt_uk You’re already sending an engineer out to review the line again. This is the second time. The first you came out after I had repeatedly complained there was an issue as you undertook line test + told me there wasn’t issue. Surprise surprise 42 faults were found + supposedly fixed

@bt_uk Yes and it seems noone is willing to offer any help unless I upgrade and pay another £13 a month
