@bt_uk @tweedledee23 What about those of us who use Wi-fi Broadband? That only tells me that my phone is working The EE portal asks what my device is, but doesn't give a drop-down to select anything, poor quality of service in this day and age. Thank goodness for @ThreeUK & the hotspot on my phone

@bt_uk Have the same problem as everyone else, hub showing its working, WiFi showing it should be working But no Internet.

@blnode @bt_uk Some Huawei phones use Facebook servers as a test for internet. Apparently if phone thinks there's no internet, _some_ API calls used by apps won't work. Twitter works but won't load pictures, Firefox doesn't work, Signal works..

@bt_uk is there a problem with BT broadband? My hub has a blue light as normal. My WiFi says connected but no internet access. Any suggestions? Thanks

@bt_uk Hello Can you help please my broadband has been really running slow for weeks now. I have had the line checked and it’s all ok. We checked the connections so I was thinking maybe a new hub?

@bt_uk hi, I’ve just installed a new router, it’s blue but all of the devices in the house aren’t working? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m currently on hold to your helpline and have been for 20 minutes.
