    @bt_uk Taken out new broadband with you last Friday and I’ve had nothing but trouble since connecting some of my devices & wifi frequently dropping out, previous Sky broadband handled it fine. Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?

    @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

    @bt_uk There’s no broadband in TR7 and you’ve turned off chat support, phone support and SMS support (that’s all support and contact options) for the next 12 hours.

    @HooverMouse @bt_uk I spent nearly 2 hours on the 'phone being passed,after a long wait, to one person after another, only to be told there was no problem! Been going on for days.

    @bt_uk 2 weeks in with just 2 nights tv. Using HELP every night. Your help desk said its my TV. Nonsense

    @EEBroadbandUK @Ofcom @bt_uk Cheers for the horrific broadband you supply to my parent’s home. Every time I come back here & try to watch a football match or the Formula 1 it fails. They keep getting engineers out but u never fix it, yet you keep charging them a fortune tune?
