    @bt_uk Is BT down or something? I’ve been trying to make a BT ID as well as call to report a failure, but the queue to get assistance is long and it won’t let me make an ID because of some failure in the system.

    @btsport VC019 error on my ps5 I can see from your forums and Twitter this has been an issue for some time are you planning on fixing it or just not bothering? So frustrating. What is the point of paying for bt sport when it doesn't even work.

    @bt_uk please fix your PS5 app! Doesn’t let me watch live sport with constant buffering or crashing. Works fine on other devices, just not PS5.
