  @bt_uk learn how to manage an account database. not being able to change the e-mail address back when you changed it in error... thats some high school level computer problem, not a real one in the real world for a megacorp.

  Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. There’s a name for that. Fraud.

  @uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.

  Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. I’ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. I’m moving again and am told I have to pay £73 early termination! So I’m done with BT, me

  @bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

  @btbusinesscare why can I not get to speak to anyone at BT Business Local in Lincoln? The system keeps not putting me thru & then saying theirs a fault? Given I have an ongoing complaint & still no solution is this deliberate?

  @bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .

  @bt_uk please upgrade your mobile app. It is shocking. Can’t link to see accounts and payment set ups just buffer - awful
