    @bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫

    Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

    @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

    @BTCare hello, i am abroad in travelling In Croatia atm. Bt randomly disabled my email.having spent three hours with your messaging team it is still, not working. What do I do? I would like to speak to someone on a phone
