    @bt_uk I cannot use the service checker, as I said I can barely get any 4 or 5g and am using what little I have to tweet. I have messaged the helpline but is this just going straight through to AI and how long until I get replies?

    @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.

    @martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

    @bt_uk why am I still waiting for an adviser to help me via your chat option on website. It's been an hour and 10 minutes so far. A bit ridiculous don't you think?

    Getting better booked engineer did turn up Engineer visit to other 2 houses with issues. 3 hours on the phone @bt_uk so I can book another engineer visit for Monday just because of Poor Bt workmanship Best bit they closed the issue as the no visit
