@bt_uk Day 21 without internet. No one can fix it after 5 (soon to be 6) engineer visits. 3 modems, a new Openreach box. Avoid BT Internet, no clue what’s going on. #poorservice - how do I sign up to @virginmedia ?

@bt_uk My landline and broadband are both down. Reported and apparently I have to wait 48 hrs for a response. My 78 year old mother with multiple disabilities lives with me and we have poor mobile reception. Please can this be speeded up? It’s not the first time.

@btbusinesscare 2/2 He took the time to email + explain problem which the comp team couldn't after over 3 mths last year in less that a few hours i have all the ref numbers ie the tech problem and imp number he helped with and i'd like to have his great help passed on please DM me 4 details

@bt_uk An engineer came today to upgrade me to full fibre, it worked fine for hours but in the last hour it's stopped working. Orange light on the hub disc and red light on the white box on the wall. I work from home and can't miss any work tomorrow - please help!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

@BTCare and others say that you should not be abusive, and I agree. I am angry, but not abusive. What they are doing is abusive. Disgraceful. Utterly, truly disgraceful company. I will never pay for their services while there is a breath in my body.
