@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach She said there was a 4-5 minute wait time to get through to @WeAreOpenreach. It’s now an hour later and no-one has bothered to recontact me with what’s going on. You have my mobile no., you have my email, you could reply via Twitter. But no. Silence again. Ignoring issues again.

  • ItsWardyBoi ItsWardyBoi (@ItsWardyBoi) reported

@bt_uk Ok no problem, how do I go about getting compensation considering this shouldn't have happened in the first place, considering I gave you guys plenty of the time to cancel the takeover?

  • SpitfireMKXII David Diaz Tomasson 🇨🇱🇩🇰 (@SpitfireMKXII) reported

Please, if you have a simple request like when a pole will be replaced, never ask the owners @bt_uk, they really won’t help you. Useless customer service.

Hey @MLB very kind of you to fleece your subscribers at the beginning of the season then take away their streaming service in the playoffs But Super nice from your UK partner @btsport to not even show game 2 of the ALDS I pay for all these services yet had to listen at 2am…

  • ItsWardyBoi ItsWardyBoi (@ItsWardyBoi) reported

@bt_uk Ok, thank for you for the clarity, is there any way for this to be escalated, as 2 weeks for resolution of something that isn't my fault is not acceptable?

  • AnnabelBeeforth Annabel Beeforth (@AnnabelBeeforth) reported

Another tree fallen in the village, taking out the line that feeds broadband to most of its residents. So thats another round of apologies to my clients for not being able to fulfil my work commitments to them. @bt_uk I hope you fix this soon 😕

  • Rolo_Tamasi Rolo Tamasi (@Rolo_Tamasi) reported

@bt_uk I did and I didn't see a clear answer so asked you for your help. Was that a silly thing to expect?
