@bt_uk As a BT customer, if I log into My BT, it says I can't get any broadband upgrades past 67mbps copper, but if I visit your site and say I'm not a BT customer, I'm offered up to 900mbps fttp. Why is this, out of interest? What do I have to do to get fttp? Cancel and sign up?

@bt_uk Hi - we've just lost phone and braodband into the house. The little line-checker bot says there's an incident in my area and I should be back up in 24hrs - is that normal? I'm home with Covid and the streaming is keeping me sane...

@bt_uk I think that BT got a response from the DWP database and decided there wasn't a 100% match on the surname, BT doesn't have my NI number or DOB, which I filled in, so reported that the surname was "wrong". I'm used to this problem, but not all computer systems can cope.

Still don’t get Naby Keita. I am not a fan of “pundits” but two perfect examples were given on @btsport of Keita this evening leaving huge gaps with his lack of tactical discipline and ultimately being very poor for 2 Benfica goals. He has talent, but too much of a liability.
