@bt_uk hi, my BT Wi-Fi hub has gone down completely. No matter how many times I restart/turn off & on, it isn’t working whatsoever. The power light is constantly on orange with the broadband light flashing red. Ive text the diagnostics bot and its saying the network line is fine?

@BTCare hello, bit of a whinge here. Had mega problems with bt about 2 years ago and a fault on my line lasted about 6 months til it was fixed. Been fine but open reach have been in the street today and guess what, no Internet! Why does this always happen?

@bt_uk So Friday night recorded ok but RAW just did not record at all last night despite me checking it was on! What is the issue as getting fed up paying for an unreliable service!

@bt_uk It's very annoying! Thanks for the link but I don't need any self help. The programme listing & description on the tv guide said it was Rugby Stories: Exeter Chiefs, but the programme itself was Rugby Stories: Wasps.

@bt_uk @merseymale Your Smart Hub 2 routers with complete Wifi are totally unreliable for home working. Replaced with mesh Wifi and you have no solution for this.

In November I reported to @bt_uk that the solution they promote for backing up your data, BT Cloud, had stopped working. Many, many people are complaining in BT's forums how terrible it is. I have had an open complaint for months now and it still isn't fixed. It's ridiculous.

@bt_uk Just the live RAW that I seem to have issues with, Smackdown seems to be ok! Get the odd issue with others but when things run over the scheduled time or the channel changes. This time it just didn’t record but previously has said recording failed. Box is connected to the router

@bt_uk Thanks but none of this answers the issue - is one programme that have issues with, I subscribe to the channel and pay extra for BT sport and it just simply hasn’t recorded or it fails to record and none of the things in that article are an issue

@bt_uk I've done this and still no fix, I can connect to my wifi but there is a prompt saying "can't provide internet" there wasn't an issue this morning.

@bt_uk No help at all, just tells me that my connection is running at 1mbps rather then the 20+ I’m used to be getting
