    @farr_win @bt_uk Mines has been ongoing for some time, too. Finally, I got someone who has stuck with me and is actually trying to resolve it. A lot of issues are around the lack of communication between advisors and also Openreach passing the buck. You need to get a case manager to help you

    Hello @bt_uk, we’ve tried numerous times since October to get you to repair our landline and you’ve yet to help. My clinically unwell father is now missing doctors appointments as the hospital can’t phone us. You keep assuring us you’re on top of it, but nothing has happened.

    @bt_uk Hi you really need to start offering 4g in place of FTTC in areas where infrastructure is poor. We average 22mbps fttc but get 3/4 times faster on 4g, with 5g on the way. With hybrid services already offered, surely this would be simple to implement?

    @bt_uk not impressed that my complaint has been closed with no contact from a manager as informed! Poor customer service from bt who are offering a terrible service

    @bt_uk No unfortunately I'm currently with @talktalk but if you can match their prices and plans you're pretty much guaranteed to take most of their business with just a miniscule amount of customer care thrown in to swing it!

    @bt_uk I have received a new mini hub. My point is… I kept the old mini hub, so I had the saftey net of this Halo service you provide…. You could NOT activate the old mini hub, so I’ve been lied to for the second time. So what exactly does Halo give me for the extortionate amount???

    @bt_uk “Assessment”, “Advice you further” more of your customer service gobbledegook… And for the record you nor the agents I spoke to DO NOT “understand your frustrations” of your customers. All you care about is PROFIT Please confirm when you are going to pick up TWO of yor mini hub
