@bt_uk Hi BT! Your phone line suggested I tweet you instead. We had an engineer visit to install broadband today and he said he couldn’t move our socket until after 29th May. He asked us to call back and rearrange another visit to do so. Please help?

@bt_uk Yes we have spoken to them. We also had over a month of issues getting connected in the first place and now the internet connection is quite poor considering we are paying for the full fibre 900 package. Bandwidth is fine but stability is pretty terrible

@bt_uk I appreciate a survey needs to take place to assess what needs to be done but for your company's website to state there are no issues when there clearly is an issue is extremely unhelpful.
