    @bt_uk The Wi-fi in every room is not my problem. It’s your appallingly bad broadband service. Working from home online is a nightmare, And I’ve given up trying to watch streaming services like iPlayer.

    @bt_uk Awful! They even admitted they couldn't supply the Broadband speeds we were paying for so agreed to find another Provider Virgin brilliant. Then we got demands for payments from BT and a Credit Agency! Took them months to sort out... still waiting for my refund from for 5 months?

    @bt_uk we have had sporadic problems on and off with our broadband cutting out, but it seems to settle after a few days. But over the past few nights the phone has started ringing and then cut out. 1471 shows there has been no call and dial tone is very crackly... (1/2)

    Remember when every #UFC was on #BTSport with no additional charges ? Because, you know, you pay **** loads for the channel anyway. Now the higher profile fights are on ‘BT Sport Box Office’ - absolutely scandalous. I hope people online stream it to ****.

    @mcfc_blue @btsport Trevor Morley went on with the same crap in Norway.. Even though it was pointed out severel times that it’s not offside....

    @bt_uk I’ve tweeted what I tweeted and will be moving on. Your service goes on and off all the time this time it’s completely out. I am talking about why my internet access is important at the moment. And you’re telling me about how engineers are working when it’s literally their job

    @bt_uk I have an ageing iPhone, & over the last few hours I have had trouble within the Mail app advising the IMAP can’t authenticate a password. This was in spite of Inbox receiving but since removing account completely, I can’t access anything Inbox/outbox. Any help ?
