Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

Made a mistake in the type of broadband I wanted at our new home. Spoke to an excellent representative from @bt_uk yesterday, she booked me an appointment to help me today and sent me a BT Halo so work can be done from home too. #stayforthecustomerservice

@bt_uk He replaced the cover of the socket and our broadband is now blue but landline is not working properly, he didn’t believe me it was blue so came back in to have a look for himself , its still not functioning like it use to though
