@bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me. Being offline for 4 days is a big problem - I have online appointments and food shopping to sort out. I am mostly housebound so struggle to just pop out or do things in person. Do you have a priority service for people like me like other utilities?

@bt_uk after 11 weeks to live alone with the help of carers following a sever stroke. He is highly dependent on the care line for times he is alone and this line has had a fault on it. We have reported the fault originally on June 1st. The line worked once but was very crackl

@bt_uk It’s the same minimal info from your customer service team. This needs to be escalated to your CEO. OpenReach message is to contact your supplier who will support you through this. There is no transparency, no support!

@bt_uk we’ve had no broadband and telephone line since the 30 May! There has been little communication from your side as to why it’s been out for over three weeks now. We live in area that has no 4G signal so if there was an emergency we have no way of contacting anyone!

@bt_uk @JBKid7 Despite doing all of this and speaking to someone I have now been charged again for a service which was cancelled on 4th April. Can someone please sort this out as I've now paid for 3 months!
