    @bt_uk Once when we first got broadband we were getting 40 + and today 10Mbps with the big problem it drops out 10 times + each hour taken my home phone with it now you forced us to have it through the broadband link.

    @bt_uk @NHSEngland Got a medical surgery with no phones lines in the middle of the pandemic as you won’t let me pay the bill as no one named on the account. All those named are MIA. You should be ashamed of your god awful service

    As much as I appreciate the efficiency of the change over from @bt_uk to @Plusnet, what I didn’t appreciate, along with the rest of the street, is the line being cut at 02:33 and setting my house alarm off! What a stupid time to do it! 😡

    @bt_uk I am not normally one to complain publicly but I am soooo disappointed with your customer service today. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to organise for wifi to be installed and now been put through to a new person to start the process all over again 🙄

    @bt_uk I’m trying to post on your community support forum but it requires my email address to be verified. I’ve attempted to verify it at least five times but each time your email has apparently been resent nothing has come through.
