@bt_uk @keiranatharmony Hello bt. You need to upgrade the exchange in my area as we are stuck with this stupid poor virgin not work broadband. I know if not upgrade my area they will get a ton of new customers. Virgin can't fix anything

@bt_uk @keiranatharmony How easy is it to move to @bt_uk from Virgin? Heard horror stories about trying to get hold of customer services at Virgin to cancel and leave. Do BT handle any if that on behalf of new customer etc.

@realgeedub1979 @bt_uk @keiranatharmony Virgin are having a bad day. BT have them too I switched from BT to Virgin due to downtime (multiple times everyday for 2 weeks) IMO customer service are equally as shocking.

@Jb_radley @virginmedia Not true, since leaving virgin and going to @bt_uk I've only had 1 single issue and that was due to a storm so was out of their control.
