Thanks @btsport for making the #favasefinal free to air. Shame @virginmedia hasn't bothered changing the settings so that I can watch it. @WeAreOpenreach please install fibre cables in my area and I'll be a BT customer straight away!!

  • Nelgumford Nelgumford (@Nelgumford) reported

@bt_uk I don't see how this would help me. They use spoof numbers and I need to be able to receive international calls.

Two things football fans can do to protest against the mercenaries running the “big six”. 1. Peaceful protest - no storming of grounds or injuring police. 2. Cancel subscriptions to @SkySports & @btsport The mercenaries only understand cash, so starve them if it.

  • TheRealNickJury Nick Jury (@TheRealNickJury) reported

@bt_uk I have one of your new router devices for when Broadband goes down. A representative said it costs more but would be perfect. I am without #Broadband and have been several hours now. #FailedTheCustomer and I’m disappointed. I want this sorted TODAY.

  • meguncasey Megan Farrow (@meguncasey) reported

@bt_uk @StickToYoFurey They talk **** been having the same issues with them for months and they send us the power-line **** when my PC and PS5 are experiencing the same issue. They told me to upgrade to the disks when my speeds are hardly existent once you leave the room the hubs in

  • Nelgumford Nelgumford (@Nelgumford) reported

@bt_uk It will be someone from an overseas call centre telling me that they are calling me from BT or Virgin. Sometimes they say that my internet is about to be cut off. If I tell them that's fine, they usually hang up on me. Otherwise I hang up on them. 3 or 4 times a day...

  • Kia_Who_ KiaRebecca (@Kia_Who_) reported

@bt_uk Yes please, I’d rather it get fixed than cancel but I’m not holding out much hope. I’ve been really polite and patient to every one from BT I’ve spoken to in recent months but I still haven’t actually had any solutions so I’d really like my services to be fixed
