  @bt_uk you need to be telling your van drivers to be more considerate !! Parked down my road which is a cul de sac so very tight. Parked on the path or they block the road !! When all the houses have drives ??!! So where are they going !!

  @bt_uk I have. Most every point in my house gives no bars of reception. It's upstairs, right by a window, and still very flaky. Took 90 mins to stream a 60 minute TV show on normal resolution last night as it kept dropping connection.

  @BT @btsport @NOW Hi BT. My Sky Sports TV channels don't appear to be working via BT TV. I can only access these via my Now TV app. I have restarted both my BT Hub and set top box. All BT Sport channels work fine. What can you do to help please?

  how much can we trust #trustpilot? they take down genuine reviews of dreadful companies like @bt_uk, yet let @bt_uk's own employees leave fake 5* reviews on their site? shocking abuse of the system. BT are THE WORST. #avoidBT

  @bt_uk Thanks for this. Is there any way that the switch over process can be sped up due to working from home? It’s not due to be deactivated until March 7th. Any sooner date would help massively with work!

  @VodafoneGroup Why are you making the dealing of the bereavement of my parents so difficult? No other companies, including @bt_uk are demanding such details, when the LPA reference code is enough. Your processes and procedures are antiquated and your poor team won't help.

  @JarekAnd @bt_uk Bt landlines and mobiles calling Ukraine are free, what’s it got to do with non bt customers on roaming? That’s down to the other operators you may be connected to
