    @bt_uk can you explain why I would want to go from £57 a month to £73 a month for my tv package? Please don’t tell me it’s because you are including basic Netflix? Seems loyalty as a customer gets you nowhere these days.

    @bt_uk Unable to speak to anybody at BT. All published phone numbers either discontinued or not recognised. Unhappy with recently upgrade to Halo. Poor customer service.

    @bt_uk hi is there any reason my internet is playing stupid even to the point i cant load my app to do a diagnostic?

    @bt_uk My normal speed should be 65-76 mb download and 18 mb upload. But this internet is very slow.

    @bt_uk Everything got sorted, the issue was that using my phone trying to access the live chat it wasn’t working but managed to get through on the laptop

    @bt_uk I registered some years ago but since then silence. Everywhere round here has fibre access but here just slow old adsl and no sign of any change despite being 500m from exchange

    @bt_uk No internet for 92 days (September - December) - rang multiple times. Given no reason. Told it would be fixed by x date, then x date. Finally open reach arrive. Told I would be compensated multiple times. Now told I won’t be! As it was a “major outage”…definitely wasn’t!
