@bt_uk I’m disgusted with everything that’s happened since I upgraded some of my services on 1/7. Are you *************** out of me on purpose? Embarrassed to be part of BT group. You look at my predicted bill and tell me you’ve not got me over a barrel with my pants down.

@bt_uk BT Support was useless. I eventually contacted Norton who took over my laptop and it took best part of 2 hours but they sorted it. Somehow the BT download was on my laptop but had not worked as it should. All sorted now, thanks to Norton Support & useless, non existant BT suppor

@bt_uk is phone and internet down in Lancashire? Having trouble accessing certain channels and have no WiFi coverage and unable to use the phone.

@bt_uk can someone please sort your app out! You are supposed to be able to control the settings to all your devices and yet it never works! Every morning I have to fight with it because it doesn't work correctly.

@bt_uk Hi BT, we have BT fibre which has been down since last night. Had a text message to say there has been a fault detected and since fixed but still isn't working despite resets etc. From what ai understand this is effecting local residents. Any ideas when this will be up?
