Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, that’s 20 days you’ve left a know vulnerable

Being told that I have informed BT that problem has been fixed three times is sickening. I've got absolutely nowhere. I'm done.
