  @computerized_co @bt_uk Absolutely. Multiple street works installing competing high fibre networks causes additional problems in maintaining paving and roads even after disruption. You'd never have multiple water suppliers putting in duplicate mains - it's just utterly crazy (and costly).

  @markril36127911 @bt_uk I closed my account cause I was told I physically could not have BT at the new house so had no choice but to close it yet still charged me despite being told many times I wasn't with them it's disgusting how they treat customers. I hope you get it sorted

  @bt_uk another day without refund from duplicate payment think I might cancel direct debit next month then pay twice in May. wonder how quick you'll b on my case for payment? company is s shambles

  @swallocks64 @bt_uk Glad it’s not just me. Their suggestion is an aerial issue but not sure on that.
